Located in beautiful downtown Clayton, Georgia! Enjoy all that the Northeast Georgia Mountains have to offer. Only a few hundred feet away from Main St. restaurants, shops and bars... you won't even need your car!!
Relax on lake Burton or Lake Rabun only 10 minutes away. Enjoy an endless number of outdoor activities- hiking, mountain biking, or whitewater rafting. Blackrock State Park & Tallulah Gorge State Park both within 15 minutes! On weekend nights you hang out on the porch, and listen to the live music playing on main street! Great for families with kids or couples!
Washer/Dryer - full kitchen - all essentials provided- free parking- SUPER close to main street and everything downtown! You won't want to stay anywhere else after this!

My husband and I stayed here for our 1st anniversary trip. Clayton is such a sweet little town with several shops, delicious restaurants, and a fun brewery! Everything closes early but that's ok because we found lots of movies to watch at the apartment. The property is in the perfect location, we walked everywhere in town and it was just a short drive to several hiking trails. We will be back for sure!

I was not able to enjoy my apartment because my new chemo pills made me too sick to travel. My friends stayed in the other three apartments and loved it.

The unit is within walking distance to everything on Main Street in Clayton. I was able to exercise each morning by going north on Main Street where there’s a sidewalk that runs for about a mile. The unit was clean and had everything that you would need. It was a bit noisy, as you could hear people in the units around you and music from the restaurants, but other than that, it suited our needs perfectly.

The property is well located on the mainland within a ten minute drive to Fresh Market,Publix, the downtown theater/arts district as well as the public parks/beaches across the close by bridge, including Riverside museum/theater. It’s an older, quiet neighborhood that we found safe.

Great property! Within walking distance to downtown. Unit was clean and comfortable! The only issue we had was with the code to the front door and knowing which unit was ours (I’m going to guess user error here- but I couldn’t find where the apartment number is posted).

Our family had CHristmas inClayton this year at my moms house. Me and my wife along with my sister and her husband needed a place to stay and this location accomadated both of us and in a perfect location in the city. Will definately keep this on our return list.

The photos accurately show how clean & updated this apartment is. We loved being able to walk to Main Street. The property has two bedrooms & one bath but with all the amenities to use as a landing pad while exploring Georgia mountains.

We enjoyed staying here very much! It's on the first floor so easily accessible for older guests from the front door. Very convenient to Main Street and good eating. Paul and his cleaning staff were wonderfully accommodating. I would definitely rebook with them.

We loved Clayton and the apartment but were very cold and upset that the WiFi password would not work despite umpteen tries.
We had NO response from our requests to the host to help with the HVAC.
It remained at 66f and blew cold air.
Would definitely recommend only if convinced that problems would be addressed immediately.
This is not typical of VRBO bookings.

Property was in great condition, kitchen was well-appointed, plenty of parking for our vehicle and trailer. Restaurants and shops were a short walk away. We will definitely stay here next time we come to Clayton

Great property. Close to eating and shopping. The apartment was updated and had everything you would need for a great stay. The parking in the back could use a little attention and gravel. In the mornings the grass was wet and so were our feet going to our vehicle. We enjoyed our stay and would stay there again!

Very Nice Location
Great property! My family really liked it. They would stay again. The coach in the living room needs replaced. We turned on the space heater in the living room. The next day I went to move it and the spot it was at the floor was so hot you could not touch it. Highly recommend getting a new one or putting it on a metal stand.
