This is our 3rd stay at the house and we love it!

As advertised the Panacea Boathaus delivers a cozy cabin feel with spacious living spaces, a variety of sleeping options, and ample sitting for groups of 8+ both inside and outside. Our kids (and more importantly mom) loved it! Very close to the water, marina and other outdoor activities. A must stay! Would definitely stay again.

Great space and location to the lake. Owner even dropped off a plastic pool for our dogs.

Paul let us know we could check in early which was nice, off season is just as nice as peak. We walked, road bikes, antiqued, sat lakeside in the sun...Everything there to cook, but not far from restaurants either.

Had my birthday party there , was in such a great location no one had trouble finding it and everyone absolutely loved the theme!

I am just stunned that someone would risk the lives of a family for some money. Dangerous wet mess. They put my family at risk. I can't believe that the iTrip management company and owner would even rent this out with this type of roof leak. Had someone touched just right spot or switch, while the water was running over the electrical outlet and lighting, anyone of my family members could have died or been seriously hurt including myself and grandkids. The sunroom leaked along the whole wall. The sliding doors leaked under the door. Basically the whole sunroom was wet. Spent the last morning cleaning and drying our cloths, instead of enjoying time with my grandkids. The tiny refund wasn't even enough to cover a night and it was like pulling teeth to get the small amount. VRBO was NO help. The iTrip management tried to say it was because it was a big storm... We are a family of roofers and that roof has been leaking for a while and will continue to leak. The fixes that the have done have exacerbated their issues. You take a vacation to get away from work and to have someone put your family at risk is inexcusable. They should have tried to make it right as soon as we reported the issue to them. Instead they used "you stayed your whole intended stay". It didn't rain until the last night and the extent of stuff wet wasn't fully realized until everyone sleeping in the sunroom got up.. It's a couple days later and I'm still spitting mad that we had to go through this.

Located pretty close to Table Rock Lake, a short drive to Silver Dollar City and the Landing. Had enough space for many people to sleep.

Great for what we needed only two actual beds
Sweated first couple nights didn’t know thermostat set at 85 during day.
Once we figured that out , much better.
Fold out couch need to bring your own mattress not comfortable. found lubricant packages when unfolded couch. Very roomy cabin

We came in from AZ and met our kids and grandkids. This house worked perfect for us. Enough space for everyone and places to escape if you needed to. Plenty of dishes and silverware, though I would suggest bringing extra coffee cups if you have more than 4 coffee drinkers.

Nice place near the marina
4.5 Stars
Nice place close to the Kimberling city marina. We’ve been coming down to Table Rock/Kimberling city for 15+ years and have stayed at a handful of places in the area. So when I say we liked this place it’s one of the better places we’ve stayed at. Plenty of space, clean, lots of seating, nice clean bathrooms, and the beds were more comfortable than other places in the area. The kitchen island was cool with nice seats around it and a clean new refrigerator. I'd say it sleeps 3 couples comfortably (one couple will be on a futon) and 4 kids.
A few things need updating:
• New pans (we covered them in foil to use a few of them),
• When we turned on the grill outside it continually shot rust everywhere so we couldn’t use it. We went and bought our own.
• The boat seems cool but didn’t really seem like something we’d want to sit on or eat dinner at, maybe more for little kids but you’d need to clean it out first.
• Smoke alarm low battery went off in the middle of the night ---I chalk that up to randomness.
Despite a few things listed above this is a great place. We’re considering going back here again next year.

On the positive side this is a very unique house! It would certainly accommodate two couples very comfortably especially if they had a boat. There were plenty of plates, silverware and glasses. There were adequate cleaning supplies available. On the negative side however, it definitely does Not sleep comfortably any more than 4 people. The couch mattress is horrible with springs poking you, one of the futons sags so two cannot sleep on it, the other futon is comfortable however it’s next to many windows and the outdoor lights next to it don’t go off so it’s very bright at night and that room was very cold, the “3rd” bedroom was a cubby with a bench too narrow for even a child and the bunk above it had straps that were broken so it could not be set up but would have been too dangerous anyway. The balcony above the kitchen had a blow up mattress but the stairs were steep and dangerous for young children. For an older child it it is fine. The kitchen didn’t have adequate cookware and we had to go to a store and buy pans in order to cook a meal. The only pool nearby was at a motel. There was no access to the lake unless you own a boat. There are no sidewalks or walking trails. The house sits just a few feet off of a busy road and is not good if you have small children. The house next door appeared to be abandoned and very run down. We went to Ripley’s Believe it or Not museum and tried using the one free adult pass they said was included but the Ripley’s manager would not accept it. My biggest complaint would be that this house should not be advised as good for families with children and for sleeping 12-16 people. I’ve never given a negative review before and we frequently stay at houses with our family so I would like to end on a positive note that it is unique and would be a nice place for two couples or a family of four with older children.

Wonderful Vacation
We loved the boathouse! There were 11 of us including our kids and grandkids. It was SO nice to come back to a home at the end of the day. Everyone could relax and spend time together as a family.

What a unique piece of property! There was not much of anything lacking on this property and my family of 9 adults and 3 children really enjoyed our stay!

Great Location ... 2 Bedrooms NOT 3
Short walk to boat slips! Plenty of places for folks to sit inside and out. Great gathering spot if you had a large group staying in the area. CAUTION: It is listed as a 3 bedroom but there are only 2 actual bedrooms. There is a closet with a bunkbed set and there is a crawl space with an air mattres at the top of a 10 ft. ladder. There is even a nice open sunroom off of the main living room. None of these would be classified as a third bedroom by a rational half-intelligent person. Property Manager argued that there were plenty of pictures posted and somehow that justifies stating there are 3 bedrooms even though no picture actually claims to be of the 3rd bedroom.
