About this house rental
This upscale four-bedroom, two and one-half bath home is found in a lovely east side neighborhood just minutes from wineries and downtown Paso Robles, with easy access off Hwy 46 East. Enjoy the surroundings of an established, quality neighborhood with large homes and yards, creating a sense of privacy for your stay. The dramatic entrance gives way to quality decor and furnishings create an ambiance you'll want to settle into and enjoy with friends and family. Formal front living room with gas fireplace flows into formal dining room, kitchen breakfast bar and informal family room with flat-screen TV. (Fireplace in family room is not available for use.) Very near local conveniences--groceries, Starbucks, multiple wineries and downtown wine tasting, too! City Permit #STR19-0207. ***Five Star Coffee Program- We start your stay with a supply of coffee, filters, coffee pods, cream, and sugar for our provided drip and pod-style coffee makers onsite at every home.***Wi-Fi and/or power outages can occur periodically in our small town and rural settings, over which we have no control***

Serenity was the perfect house and location for our girls trip to Paso! Beautiful house and quiet location and neighborhood . We loved every minute of it! Thank you !!

The property is in a perfect location. Easy drive, or uber to downtown or Tin City. Most top Wineries are less than a 20 minute drive. Very close to a Smart & Final grocery store if you want grab something to BBQ at the house. The house is clean and well maintained with everything you need. The space is very large and easily accommodated our group.
The weather was really hot so we didn't get to take advantage of the large outdoor space until the evenings. But the house stayed nice and cool.
3 car garage was a bonus and helped keep our cars out of the hot sun!
Highly recommend this House. It was perfect, we will be back.

My husband and I along with two other couples recently had the pleasure of being guests. The home itself was immaculate. A wonderful layout with spacious rooms and plenty of space for gathering. A particular highlight is the pergola in the huge backyard, to enjoy early evening drinks and conversation. The home itself is in a quiet neighborhood that really gives the feels of what Paso Living is like. The check in and check out process was seamless. What a wonderful way to visit the area.

We were very happy with our rental. Everything went as hoped. We enjoyed the home, were able to cook breakfast and several dinners. We also enjoyed the beautiful backyard. The only complaints from the group were that some of the beds were a little uncomfortable and the ice maker didn't seem to be working although there was some bagged ice in the freezer.

The home was very well maintained and with just enough tools/bedding and towels in the kitchen, bedrooms and bathrooms to make our stay comfortable. We were around the corner from the rest of our group who were staying with friends. So much nicer than staying in a hotel in a beautiful, quiet and safe neighborhood. Staff were very responsive with some minor assists for both the door code and some ants who decided to join us (the ants left and never came back).

We really enjoyed our stay at Serenity! Our group of five women had enough space, with two sharing the master suite, the other three of us had our own bedrooms. Everything was clean and the kitchen was well stocked and organized. We would have likes one more full bath, but the extra powder room worked out well. The bathrooms are not new, but everything was clean. I think our favorite part was the huge backyard space! There are several seating areas and it’s very quiet and relaxing out there. The location is close to everything, downtown is around 10 minutes away, and you are close to various wineries on that side of the freeway.I would definitely recommend this house, we hope to come back next year!

We had a fantastic stay at Serenity. We came to Paso Robles for our niece’s wedding. We had a great time in Paso Robles. The beds were very comfortable and the house was clean.

My family loved it! Close enough to activities and quiet peaceful neighborhood. We are already planning a return trip. The only downside for me was the kitchen. I am a cooker and some of the pots have seen better days.

Our family had pretty high expectations because of the great descriptions & photos of this home. We were thrilled to arrive to such a clean, airy, thoughtfully set up home. The bedding was luscious; really lovely, unexpected toiletries were provided and the management team behind our stay was so upbeat, kind & informative. Wonderful experience!

Plenty of space for our family so each separate family had their own space. So much seating in the backyard made having a BBQ with everyone super easy. The provided dishes and kitchenware made it so we could cook anything we wanted. If we do this again, we are definitely staying here!

This house is absolutely gorgeous. Could not have asked for a more perfect stay. Great location close to downtown Paso Robles and close to San Luis Obispo.
Would recommend to anyone to stay here. Very welcoming, clean and everything you need for a nice stay.

Had a wonderful at the home as well as a wine tasting bus tour. The house is located in a beautiful neighborhood very close to wineries as well as stores etc. we even had a day exploring the costal towns and shopping. I would highly recommend staying here

We came to Paso to celebrate a friend's birthday. The location of this home was perfect as it happened to be in the same neighborhood. The check in was super easy and information was located in the entrance of the home. This house has everything a family could possibly need. We had an amazing visit and look forward to returning! The home was in beautiful condition and the best part was we were given access to park our vehicles inside the garage. It really felt as though we were staying in our own home!

We have rented Serenity before, and have enjoyed our stay there. I would like to see some other kitchen items but at least there are the things that are there...comfy beds and lots of room to be there with our family of 13...only 7 at the rental and the others live in town...yard is nice for relaxing and egg hunts too! guess we like the house, this was our 3rd time to rent there. My husband loves the idea of the garage too!

Property was clean, well-kept and comfortable. Neighborhood was quiet. Having access to the garage was nice. Experienced a small problem with some outlets and the management company took care of the problem quickly. The location was a short drive to wineries & downtown restaurants. We had five people in the home but it could have held more. It would have been nice to have access to more towels/wash cloths instead of having to wash a load daily. Overall very satisfied.

New renovations nicely done to make the home brighter, wall colors, curtains flooring etc. The only things I miss are things I am used to in my home kitchen, more flatwear, bread basket, mixing bowl...the silver ones are so heavy, and one more at least pot in between size ....but most people make do and I try to bring what I think I may need. We had to run dishwasher between meals.
All in all we had a nice 3 day family visit with Easter and egg hunt and lots of food and drink..and all my family and grandkids come to visit and play games together. We are 13 people but 7 stay and the others live close by....

Wonderful rental. We were a group of 6 adults and 2 children. Home is very spacious and well-appointed. Plenty of room for everyone. This house was lacking nothing! Very clean. We were pleasantly surprised as to the immaculate condition of the home. The background area is also very large. The kids enjoyed throwing a football around. There is a digital check in monitor as you walk in the door. That was a first! All and all, this is a great rental.
