Property adequately appointed for family gathering, including extra places to stay in the basement where the washer/dryer were. The modern kitchen was very nice with what we needed to fix breakfast and enough room for us to spread out and make our plans and eat. Parking was easy for the extra car we had, and the immediate neighborhood was fine, not far from town (walking distance even). We did note that going a little ways the opposite direction from town would be a neighborhood not to take a morning jog through, but it was fine for just traveling through in a car. We found the convenience of being near the highway as well as good places to eat were the true bonuses for this place. Beds were comfortable and the AC worked, even though we were there during a heat wave. Would recommend, especially if traveling with pets and more family. Compliments to the owner for making a super easy check out as well as leaving enough toilet paper for our stay! (not just a starter roll in each bathroom, which is annoying if you are only staying 3-4 days).

House had well equipped kitchen and room for 7 people. We utilized the basement beds also along with the 3 bedrooms. 30 minutes from Canada and 7/8 minutes from riverworks. Added an extra day on the reservation with ease but VRBO did charge additional fee

Perfect place to stay that’s close to both the arena and baseball stadium. The house is spotless - and we felt safe walking back late at night. The kitchen has everything you could ever need, bed and living room furniture was super comfy. Highly recommend!

Myself and my two 40 something sons were planning a trip to Buffalo. We could not find a hotel to fit our needs. We found this condo on the VRBO site. It was perfect, 3 bedrooms, a well stock kitchen, living room with TV, about all we needed. It is close to downtown in a safe area. Uber rides to the downtown were only 8-9 dollars each. There is a lot to do in BUF, and this worked well for us.

We were in Buffalo for. Buffalo State football game our grandson played in and stayed over for the Buffalo Bills game against the Texans. Great place to stay! Only suggestion, need some folding chairs and more teaspoons in the kitchen. Otherwise, had everything and more that we could have needed. Thanks!

This was my first time booking a rental home through this website; and I was very skeptical. From booking to check in to check out, everything was great. The host is a great communicator, and answered any and all questions I presented her with, which were many! There were a few hiccups, but the host did her best to correct any issues, and make our stay great. The place was wonderful, and exactly as pictured. The home was on a quiet street in a quiet neighborhood, and we had no issues. Walkable community, and close to everything. Thanks for a great stay!

Townhouse was as listed. Very convenient to attractions in downtown Buffalo and a short drive to Niagra Falls. We had neighbors in the townhouses on either side but never herd them during our stay. Property owners responded quickly to any questions we had.

The communication was great with the owner until we got there and couldn't get in the door. The code would not work and about 40 minutes later we heard back from the owner who said she could open the door for us. We wanted to be able to open the door ourselves as we came and went. We were even more concerned with the property. The attached townhouse was vacant and had food spilled all over the driveway with seagulls covering it. The neighborhood was not the quiet area as explained and had leasing flags posted everywhere. We were not comfortable there. We ended up getting a hotel last minute

We went to Elton John concert on Saturday! We booked it for Friday to Sunday. The condo was clean, comfortable and convenient to everything. We parked and walked everywhere from great breweries, a nearby casino and the Key Bank Center. 2 thumbs up!

Great centrally located property for family gatherings

My family recently rented this property while in town for my mother's funeral. Three of us stayed at the house, but this place was an excellent place for family to convene, from surrounding downtown hotels to share meals and memories. It's a relatively quiet neighborhood and, were it not for the heat/humidity when we were visiting, it would be within easy walking distance of downtown. (The A/C in the house was a much needed oasis for this trip!) Regina was extraordinarily prompt in responding to emails and phone calls, being of assistance, and even went above and beyond in helping us when my father left his cane and cell phone charger after we had checked out. I cannot recommend this property enough for a family visiting the Buffalo area.

The owner was great to deal with and helpful. The property was not exactly as described. In the description the owner says new everything, this is an over statement. The kitchen was new but the house specifically dining area and living room seem to be furnished with yard sale finds that had seen better days. Chair rungs were all broken, arm chairs were broken, two sets of blinds in two bedrooms fell down. The bedrooms were fine except for this issue. The bathrooms were clean. The townhouse attached to the rental had a condemned notice on the door which was unsettling. Location was in close proximity to the key bank center and casino as well as the ball field.

This is our first experience renting a vacation home and I didn't know what to expect. This home exceeded my expectations. First and foremost, the house was VERY CLEAN!!!!! The owners of this home obviously care a great deal about the experience they're providing their guests. The house was clean, tastefully decorated, and thoughtfully stocked with everything we could possibly need for our stay. I am so grateful that we chose this home. I was also grateful for the professional and accommodating manner in which the owner, Regina handled a problem I created with my reservation. I'd love to know if they have other properties in other cities because they would definitely be my first choice This will absolutely be our home away from home whenever we're in Buffalo! Thanks again!!!
