The property look just like the picture. This was our 2nd time visiting. The accommodations are good and the view is second to none. So tranquil and the perfect place to exhale.
You can fish steps from the deck. Great place to vacation.

The property was wonderful. Perfect location on the lake with a slip for our boat. plenty of space for two adults and three teenage girls to have their own space and bathroom. The icemaker was a huge bonus and came in very handy to keep our coolers ready for the boat. Great location right off Central and proximity to see the fireworks from the top of the hill. Kitchen was stocked and plenty of seating for our entire crew. Great weekend.

The photos in the listing don’t really do it justice! This condo has a winning combination of features: a large, open living space; expansive master bedroom and en-suite; spacious lakeside deck looking out onto a quiet cove; loads of amenities; and access to lots of nearby restaurants. We were two couples staying there for a three-night get-away, and we spent many hours enjoying the beautiful view of the lake.
Our host Mark was quick to respond when we had questions and did so much to make our stay enjoyable. Thank you, Mark!

Beautiful view from back deck. Clean and comfortable. Kitchen has everything needed in a clean and organized space. Bring food and you are ready to cook or just make coffee! Will stay again soon.

Hi. Was able to do what we came for. Just resting. The lake was a beautiful backdrop to look at and exhale. Accommodation were great. Everything we needed was within 5mins up the road. Highly recommend this property.

This was by far the best and most comfortable place I have stayed in! The convenience to everything nearby, the setting, the atmosphere and most of all the VIEW! The room setup was perfect for myself, my mother and 3 daughters (11,4 and 1). It was well stocked and clean! The beds were all so comfy and the kitchen and living area were huge. The carpets were OH So Soft! The evening view of stars and moon and morning view of the sunrise from the Master bedroom and living room were stunning. I would give this place 10 stars if I could! Being able to jump off the dock into the water -it was only about 3 feet deep- was perfect for my Littles and they loved the firepit for the Smores action. The driveway down is a little steep (check the street Central Terrace on your map), we were in a Toyota Camry and had no issues at all. It was scary the first drive in/out, but that fear easily went away. Definitely booking again this summer!

There was plenty of room for the four of us but would have easily held more. We absolutely loved the location both on the water and in town. The dock was great! Thank you for having a great place for a wonderful vacation!

Lovely lake time
Amazing as usual. Our grand daughters loved getting in the lake in the tube and feeding, petting the geese. Had a great mother/daughter bonding time just sitting on the spacious deck. We love your condo and always enjoy out stay and can't wait to return.

Wonderful Experience!
My friend and I had a great time staying here. The view from the living room and dining room were just stunning of Lake Hamilton. Not sure if I missed something but there are definitely 2 steep driveways leading to the condo. I was a little nervous but all in all our trip was great! Thank you so much!

The Condo was absolutely beautiful and very nice! It was roomy and perfect on the lake. The washer and dryer was very convenient! I would definitely stay again and recommend anyone else to stay!

Really enjoyed our stay at this property and would stay here again. Would have been nice for an advance warning about the steep road/ driveway to the property and how tight the parking is.

26th Anniversary
My husband and I decided last minute to come to Hot Springs for our anniversary. We were not disappointed. Although this was a short trip, we have thoroughly enjoyed ourselves. We are already planning a summer trip so we can enjoy the lake! The condo was clean and had ever we needed. Also not too far from anything! Loved our weekend getaway!

Spacious condo
My family and I stayed in this property over thanksgiving weekend, so more hiking and less for the water activities. It was very clean, stocked with almost everything (laundry detergent, paper towels, etc), and was far more spacious than we were expecting. The only thing we didn’t like was the TV. After a long day of hiking, we wanted to watch a movie together but there’s no streaming of any kind, and the TV stations are very limited. But not a big deal, would definitely stay there again.

Views not what it seems in pictures
Spacious and clean. Not enough pots and pans. Only one hair dryer between 2 bathrooms. After charging the service fee and cleaning charges, did not understand why did we had to do the laundry for bedsheets etc. we have stayed at lots of other VRBO and AirB&Bs but never had to.

Location
The unit was on the water. Large partially covered deck with a boat slip. You could look over the railing at the water a few feet away. Plus, carport with the unit. It was literally 5 steps from our vehicle to the door. The only negative thing I have to say is the cleaning crew missed dead bugs in the windowsill, fans needed to be dusted, etc. Called to report a problem and the owner was quick to respond. It was not major but we wanted to report it so he could take care of it when we left. We will stay here again.

Everything went well and we had a great time together. Kitchen could have used some cooking spray and hot pads, but we got by without them.

Enjoyable stay.
The property was larger and nicer than I anticipated and we would stay there again,. However the doors and trim around the doors do need painting and three of the chairs on the deck need replacing as the seats are worn out.

Super easy process to get in the property. I loved the detailed book giving us all the details and lists of their favorite places to eat. The condo was Super clean and spacious. We loved everything about the property,and had a great long weekend.

Perfect
We had an amazing time in your home. We loved it so much we requested to stay an extra night and the owner was very responsive to my request. We went to visit my sister-in-law in HS and there was enough room for her to stay to spend a night with us. The kitchen was full stocked with everything needed for a cookout and anything else we needed to cook. The rooms were very clean and master restroom was amazing and the doors to the balcony were a plus! The place was bigger than expected and pictures don’t do justice to this amazing Stay! For sure will be book again. Thank you
