About this house rental

Get the ultimate in luxury combining the space and privacy of a traditional beach villa with the typical amenities of a condominium! Large, roomy 2400 square foot 4 bedroom,4 bath home designed to accommodate the large family comfortably. All just steps away from beautiful Surfside Beach. Our home has a cathedral ceiling in the great room and 9' ceilings elsewhere. There are three porches to choose from when a late afternoon nap calls. The exterior features lavish landscaping and parking under the house as well as additional parking beside the shared 18'x42' pool. The home also has high speed internet and a BBQ grill for those nights when you just want to stay at home and relax!

Just south of the sometimes chaotic Myrtle Beach area, Surfside Beach offers a slightly slower pace. Here you will find great restaurants, a fantastic fishing pier, a water park, a live theater, and all the sand and water you can imagine. There are no high rises here! Surfside Beach is the Grand Strand's favorite family beach!

This property was perfect for what we needed. It was clean, quiet, and relaxing. You could not beat the location! Close to the beach and within walking distance to restaurants and a few stores. Anything you had to drive to was still close. The kitchen was well-stocked; there is pretty much everything you need to cook at the house. Communication with Ms. Lisa was great and check-in/access to the house was easy. Ms. Lisa was quick to answer any questions we had. We greatly enjoyed our stay and look forward to our next stay.

This house had a great beach vibe and was SOOOO close to the beach. 2 porches in the front and a screened in porch on the back. If you want to be near the beach in a golf cart town, come here! If you walk outside people start talking to you. On the beach there were not many people (April) so it gave a lot of room for Spikeball and Bocci. Cute town and many restaurants. This isn't a place to go and party but for good family and or friend fun, stay here!

The property was clean and spacious. It was extremely close to the beach and a 20 minute drive from Broadway at the beach. The beach itself was peaceful and clean. We would most definitely recommend this property and would gladly stay here again!

My family and I have visited Myrtle Beach for over 15 years, and this year we decided to visit Surfside Beach. BEST DECISION EVER. Lisa was absolutely amazing...so polite, genuine, and professional. We loved the house and the location and we plan on making this our new vacation home for years to come!!

This was our first time staying in a house vs a hotel. Overall it was way more comfortable and roomy. 14 of us fit with no problem. Shared pool was nice being a few steps away as well as a short walk to the ocean. The neighborhood quiet and had respectful neighbors in surrounding rentals. There were some minor issues that needed some attention. Bathroom door handle on first floor was nearly falling off when we checked in and the bedroom ceiling fan was very wobbly and noisey. But otherwise good property and would gladly stay again next time we visit.

Nice large property fit our four teens really well. We really like the screened in porch with beach view! It would be even better with some cushions for the chairs out there. It was an easy super close walk to the ocean! We would have loved to have some beach chairs as well but it was a nice not overly crowded beach. Our kids liked the communal pool too!

The house was so nice . I loved all the decorations, it was very cozy. We had a larger group so having a bathroom for each bedroom was great. We rented the house with two other families and it was absolutely perfect for all 11 of us. We were happy about the cleanliness and property was exactly as described! The location was perfect as well. The owner Lisa was extremely helpful and took very good care of any of our needs. We were super happy with this choice! I hightly reccommend it to anyone!

My only complaints were the living room furniture was uncomfortable to sit on and the tvs were really small in a couple of the bedrooms, but everything else was perfect. The location, the size, the description of the listing, the parking was enough for our large family, the pool, etc… We will definitely come back!

We loved the spaciousness of the cabin and the close proximity to the beach. Kitchen supplied well. I did purchase some dish cloths since there was only one. We also bought extra toliet paper for our group. The property is a little older than some, but clean and plenty of beds. Lots of stairs, but we accommodated those in our group that have a hard time with them. We will use this property again and Lisa is terrific to work with.

Spent four nights here and had a great time! We really enjoyed sitting out on the porch for happy hour every day and it was great being so close to the beach. The owner was very responsive and easy to communicate with - we would stay here again.
