The first floor includes a large family room, dining room that seats 12, modern updated kitchen, living room with a fireplace , full bath and large front porch. On the second floor there are two spacious bedrooms with queen size beds and two full bathrooms (one in Master Bedroom) as well as a large front porch. On the 3rd floor there are 13 foot ceilings and three large bedrooms - one with a queen size bed and pop-up 2 twin or combined king trundle; another with two twin beds and the 3rd with a full size bed and twin bed loft bunk. This was our first time staying at this property and we are so glad we found it! The house is spacious; the decor beautiful. The house is extremely well stocked with everything you might need. Its location is amazing. It was an easy walk to most of the shopping and restaurants. Plus only 2 blocks from the beach. Our favorite part of the house was the 2nd floor porch where there was always a nice breeze. Kristyn was such a kind host and very responsive! Highly recommend!!!

We just got back from a wonderful stay at this true gem! We had children from infants to teenagers stay with us and 10 of us were very comfortable in the house. The common spaces really let us bond together and the location of the house was superb for strolls through town together. The owners were also so inviting and welcoming. Very highly recommended!!!

After a few years break, ten members of my extended family and I returned to Cape May to make more memories. "Pearl By the Sea" was the perfect place for us. Gorgeous interior decorating and extremely comfortable accommodations whether relaxing on the front porch/balcony, lounging/singing in the living and game rooms or sleeping in the cozy bedrooms. The home was extremely clean and well-stocked with everything we needed. Very convenient access by foot or bicycle to the beach, Washington Street Mall and the restaurants in the neighborhood (we parked our cars and never used them again until we departed). An added bonus was the easy access to the bicycle route to Sunset Beach which we rode to as a group to attend the beautiful and moving evening flag ceremony in honor of our mother who loved Cape May.

Great Victorian house in a great location! We’ve stayed in a number of rentals over the last 30 years in Cape May, and this location was the best yet – a short walk to beach, mall, restaurants, etc. The house was beautifully decorated with many amenities; yet still very comfortable for our active preschool/elementary aged grandkids. The reserved parking for two cars was a big plus, and the owner was very helpful and easy to reach. Thanks for the wonderful vacation memories!

This house so many pluses and all of us had a great time staying here. The house was clean, well decorated ( gorgeous interior design), perfect location to everything Cape May has to offer. It was just a short walk to the beach, restaurants, shopping and more. We enjoyed sitting at the porch. The kids loved the balcony! There is also a grill and a lovely courtyard to hang out at the back. The large living room was excellent for our big family where we enjoyed some board games and watched TV( comes with streaming channels). The chess set table in the first living room was a hit with the kids! The owner had thought of everything to make us comfortable including good beach chairs, trolleys and umbrellas. Owner was very helpful and friendly.

Many home amenities we didn't even use. The rain kept our group from using lovely porches and backyard, but the location gave us easy walking access to restaurants, trolley and the beach. So we also hardly used the kitchen amenities or beautiful dining room with 12 chairs. Krysten was quick to respond to our questions....yes, you need to bring bed and bath linens, for example. Both parlors are large enough for our group of 8 to gather in one to discuss plans. Highly recommend.

great location- very clean - the only drawbacks were the three flight of stairs- not great for young children however the host did provide gates - also there is no bathroom on the third floor where there are third bedrooms-but the location was perfect and there was enough room for 7 adults and 4 child

Fabulous place for our family week at the beach. It's a beautiful home and the perfect location. So close to the beach and the shops and restaurants. The place was great for us -- it was my kids and husband (kids 3 and 6); cousin (18); and in-laws. We had a great time. Plenty of room for all of us. Enjoyed sitting on the porch and having a drink and watch folks go by. It was great to be so close to everything so that everyone could have their own time. Also loved bbq'ing in the back yard after a long day at the beach. Fabulous!

This was our second year staying in this beautiful home. We had no complaints at all year one, and we couldn’t wait to return! The chess table by the parlor windows is a lovely touch. The home is very spacious with ample gathering areas to share time or to sneak away to enjoy a great beach read. The furnishings and finishes are quality! The owner is very responsive and has curated a fabulous setting for a relaxing vacation while still being in a location that is convenient to all Cape May has to offer! Watching the horses and carriages pass by never gets old! :-) We can’t wait for our next trip!

My family had the BEST time staying at this gorgeous rental property! In addition to it's Victorian charm, high ceilings, and plenty of space for a multi-family vacation, the home has clearly been recently updated with designer-quality decor -- it's sooooooo beautiful! And even better than that is the LOCATION -- less than 2 blocks from the beach, restaurants, shopping, and more -- I literally parked my car upon arrival and didn't move it again until my departure. This beautifully decorated home is perfectly situated - just a couple blocks to the beach and to the walking mall (shops and restaurants). We have stayed in many homes in Cape May, and 111 North is the nicest, cleanest, and most updated. Beach tags were provided, which we appreciated, and there is parking for 2 cars, which is not always the case with other rentals.

Gorgeous home, fabulous location
The owners of this home have simply thought of everything! The home is so beautifully decorated and includes countless thoughtful touches throughout. I've never stayed at a beach house where the hospitality of the owners gleamed so brilliantly. There are ample spaces both indoors and out to gather with family and comfortable furniture on which to relax. It was wonderful to watch the horses and carriages pass by from the cozy swing on the front porch. The large table in the dining room is perfect for family dinners and game night. The bedrooms are spacious and provide areas for quiet time to read or unwind. My children adored the bunk beds, and I adored the owners' attention to safety, as the bunks have stairs rather than a ladder. The home is very conveniently located to the mall, restaurants, and the beach. Having two permit parking spaces (one in front of the house, and one in a lot just around the corner) is a wonderful bonus in this part of town. As my kids walked around, checking everything out when we first arrived, my youngest remarked, "These people really know what they're doing!", referring to the owners. He's spot on! They most definitely do! Kristyn was very responsive from my first inquiry about the property through my text to her, after we left, thanking her for a fantastic stay. I'm hoping we'll be back to stay again soon!

Great location/wonderful owner in Cape May!
This rental is half of a duplex within walking distance to everything: stores (including CVS), restaurants, the beach, and town. We've visited Cape May each summer for many years now but have never stayed this close to downtown before - it was great! We had eight adults and five kids in our party ranging from 1 to 7 years old. The kids appreciated the toys and games inside the house, the beach toys and the beach wagon and walked, wagon-ed and biked everywhere all week. We rarely used our cars.
We spent lots of family time playing games in the spacious living room, eating together in the dining room (which accommodated us all), relaxing on the two porches (with a range of seating options), and barbecuing on the deck in back (note that the deck is the backyard).
The owner was fantastic to work with, very accessible and checked in regularly to make sure our stay was going great.
The neighbors were quiet and polite - we never heard them from inside.
As this is a downtown location, there's no driveway and parking for two cars are provided, one in the front of the home on the street and one in the back (it's a reserved space in a shared lot). Note that parking for additional cars can be a challenge at certain times of the day as many spots in this part of town are reserved or metered. There are two bedrooms with a queen bed in each and two bathrooms on the second floor (one bedroom has a private bathroom), and three bedrooms (one with a full/twin bunk, one with two twins, and one with a queen and a king sized popup) and a bathroom on the third floor. The central air worked well and additional fans made the third floor pleasant all day.

Lovely home, great vacation!
This house is very lovely and big! The pictures don't do it justice! The bedrooms, kitchen and family room easily accommodated our 7 adult and 2 children family! My 7 year old grandson was thrilled to find the house came with a lot of toys/games to play with and the house came with baby gear so we didn't need to bring a highchair/pack-n-play for our 1 year old granddaughter. It has a sweet little fenced in backyard and the outdoor shower was wonderful! But my favorite place was the front porch with a lovely swing and chairs for afternoon shaded relaxing. Also, of note, is that in the adjourning house lives a very nice woman, whose family was visiting the week we were there -- so no wild renters interrupted our relaxing vacation! This house feels like it's a part of a neighborhood and not just a rental. I highly recommend it!
