Fabulous friendly staff, we ended up staying there 3 times during our time in the Annapurna area, and each time they welcomed us warmly. They stored our bags while we went on our various side trips. The room had a great view of the mountains. The rooms were clean and comfortable, and hot showers.
The mosquitos in the reception area. This can't be helped, as with the open plan layout and the beautiful garden out the front, there is no way to stop the mosquitos. They had anti mosquito plug-in in the room and this worked perfectly, it was only at reception I got bitten.

Very helpful staff. Very comfortable bed and clean room. Swimming pool on roof is great with views over town and lake Phewa.

it had a rooftop pool. Has some good views from that rooftop. Other than that, everything else was bad about this hotel.
Staff was super shady and unfriendly. They dont even give you Handwash in the washrooms!
When we checked in first the staff gave us a room where the AC doesn’t work. When we called and complained he kept saying it will work give it some time. after freezing for around 2 hours finally they came to the room and realized the AC is nit working and changed our room. and when the staff came he stood on top of the small tea table I was eating on. I had finished eating before he came but still him standing with his sandals on the table looked weird. Glad that we had changed the room after that and I did not had to eat on that same table where he stood with his sandals on.
Their hotel food is not great. We never took the breakfast after seeing the food was not good.
The bed was small and stiff. the mattress was low quality.

Its good hotel, always choose it when i am in Pokhara for me and my guests
Last time i got a room which was attached with other room by inner door,, which was closed but verg thin. And they place in a next room Nepali family with 2 small Kids. So it was super noisy, the Kids start to run and shout from 5 am and till late adults was watching tv very loudly. They left next day, but my advice double check u dont get this room there.

Hospitality of the staff was exceptional. Suite room was perfect with breathtaking scenery of snow capped mountains, paragliding & the lake. It wasn’t even pricey!

Locations of the hotel is nice, quiet area, yet close to the restaurants and shops
room was not well maintained, furniture seemed dusty and worn off, stains on the bedding and towels.
The bathroom flooded when showering, water didn't flow off to the drains. There was only hot water coming out of the sink's tap.
No value for the amount we paid

The rooftop pool had world class views of both the lake and the Annapurna range and particularly Fishtail. Million Dollar views .
The staff tried to be helpful wherever they could
Quiet but central location
like most higher class hotels in Nepal it needs a little TLC but after some bad years Nepal is coming back and hopefully the money will be around to fix these minor issues

Loved the terrace with the swimming pool as an option for relaxing, and the absolute friendliness of the staff!
We were given a room that had an option for adjoining to the next room, this meant a super thin door with cracks in the bottom and we could hear EVERYTHING said or done next door, it was quite uncomfortable and when we complained the hotel did follow through with contacting that room however nothing changed. the television and talking was loud enough to wake me up mid sleep at midnight and also wake me up at 6am, so we decided best to find somewhere else to stay.

the roof top pool has a great view
the shower flooded ever time we used it. it was a little bit off the main strip. foyer/breakfast area was dark and not inviting

very clean property with impressive pool views but lacking in customer service.
They didn’t provide what I paid for; i.e a room with a view, mini-fridge, working TV. I had to go to reception several times to get the door card to work and the lights in the hallway to my room didn’t work. The wellness centre upstairs was non-operational/unstaffed.

Nice hotel in Pokhara in a quiet street, just 5 minutes walk from the main street. The Google location is not correct, you can find it next to Hotel Mount Api. The rooms are clean and comfortable and the view from the rooftop is beautiful.
You can wait 5-8 minutes every time for the hot shower and for this price so many hotel give a breakfast

staff were friendly, hotel and room were clean.
They call themselves a boutique with spa but there is no spa and infinity pool was so cold we couldn’t get in. Breakfast was below average, milk was off, no one actually told you what you were getting for your $5 brekkie and when it turned up you could see why.
