2012 Olde Florida style, 2257 sq. ft. House has recently been completely tiled throughout. Open kitchen with granite counter-tops, High vaulted ceilings and a Tin Roof gives a wonderful finish to this superb home. Family room comes complete with wet bar for entertaining family and guests. This house is huge and brilliantly filled with natural light. The kitchen has newer appliances, and a granite counter-top for casual dining long enough to seat 4!! 4 Bedroom, 3 full Bath vacation home. King bed in master (private bath) Queen bed in bedroom two and two twin beds in bedroom three (share a jack and jill style full bath) and one queen in bedroom four (private bath) Pack and Play Crib available. Making this a perfect home for those vacationing with 6-8 people. Kitchen is equipped with everything you will need to prepare and serve meals, all small appliances (coffee maker, Keurig, toaster, microwave, utensils). 50” HDTV provided in living room, 140+ channels and high speed wireless internet. Flat screen TV in master bedroom. Cook out at the barbecue grill while your family or guests splash in the southern exposure, private screened in lanai, and hot tub (Pool and Hot Tub Heating available for extra fee). Or just enjoy a glass of wine and a good book. The house comes ready for the beach stocked with beach chairs, umbrellas, coolers, and beach towels, bicycles. Just one minute on 41 to trendy Mercato which has vibrant night life, upscale shopping, and high-quality groceries. Public beach parking is located at popular Delnor-Wiggins State Park which is 1.3 miles away and proud to be named the #9 best public beach in the entire USA, or head south 1.7 miles to the award-winning Vanderbilt Beach.
Also, located close is the award-winning Turtle Club restaurant, Naples Zoo, 2 movie theaters, Sun-N-Fun Lagoon, Waterside Shops, Downtown 5th, etc! You can be certain that this home will inspire wonderful and lasting vacation memories for you, family and guests. We are a smoke free home, pets on approval.

Pool & spa heating is an optional add on. Pool & spa heating is an additional $175/ per week. (Or min three days if applicable). Pool heat must be ordered at least 72 hours prior to arrival. Pool heaters only heat when the exterior temperature is above sixty degrees. As a courtesy we attempt to pre-heat the pool to 82 degrees before arrival. Please Note: If the pool heat has not been utilized, it may not be up to full temperature at time of check-in and may need several hours to heat. Any questions please don't hesitate to ask.

Spa heat is heated to a max temperature of 101 degrees.

Pool heat, is heated to a max temperature of 87 degrees.

The 4 Br /4Bth house was perfect! Whatever you needed it was available! The house, the pool and the location were just fantastic! I was an Assistant Agriculture Agent here in 1966. Population 6500. The city as done a marvelous job building Naples! Hat’s off! Uncle Julio’s was remarkable as was Seasons 52. Great time! Weather was hot! Will go in Spring or Fall next time!

This property was exceptional. It was large, very clean, and had everything we could have possibly needed. The owner has thought of everything. The location was great - very close to the beach and central to many activities. I highly recommend this property to anyone looking for an enjoyable stay in Naples.

The house was perfect for us all, 6 adults & 2 teenagers. It was fully equipped very spacious, great pool/ hot tub. Plenty towels, & laundry facility. We used the outdoor bbq & entertainment area. Would highly recommend the house in a great location. Chris was very responsive to our needs

Clean, comfortable, well equipped with what we needed. Good refrigerator and freezer space with two refrigerators and two washing machines and dryers were wonderful. Pool was great and enclosure made it extra enjoyable for sitting, eating, and talking insect free. Comfortable beds and house is bigger than it looks. No complaints and hope to come back some day.

The house met my needs, the owner accused me of having other guests, it was just me and I used only one room. Very strange. Owner was also concerned I was leaving hot tub mode on. I used in morning and night. The owner said there was blood in other rooms, I did not even enter any bedroom other then the one I used. I think hotels are just easier.

Chris was a great host! My family & our dogs had a blast. The house was roomy and was very well stocked. Beach towels, bathroom towels, kitchen was fully loaded - we all took turns cooking meals and had plenty of space. The dining room table was great for meals and game nights. The pool and hot tub were relaxing1 Thank you for letting us stay in your home - highly recommend!

6 adults and one baby stayed in our group. We had plenty of space all weekend. Very nice to have 3 baths. The house is walking distance to the Mercato, which is where many nice shops, restaurants, and cocktail bars are located. We were also close to many golf courses. We had a Great stay and our host was great with communication.

First, I want to say how great the property manager/owner was at communicating with us. Our check in date was about a week following Hurricane Ian & he kept us up to date on the property. The property itself was exactly how it was shown online. It was very clean and well stocked with anything you would need. Unfortunately, most of the beach was closed but there are lots of beach chairs, blankets, towels, even a big cooler provided in the house. Thank goodness for the pool which is where we spent a good deal of time. The pool was very clean, well maintained. The spa was very nice as well. The location was good! Right off a main road, making restaurants & shopping easy, without hearing the street traffic. We would rent this property again, for sure!

My husband and I, along with our two young adult age sons spent a week in Naples & stayed at this very comfortable home while there. It is in a convenient location, with close access to the beach and Mercato for shopping & dining. The private pool area is wonderful! The home is spacious with lots of room for the whole family. This home would serve well for a multigenerational trip as the master suite has its own laundry & kitchenette. We settled in quickly & it definitely felt like a home away from home. We would definitely stay again on a future visit to Naples!

We’ve stayed in dozens of VRBOs in SW Florida (especially Naples) and this one receives high marks for cleanliness and amenities. The cabinets and closets were very well equipped and it was a pleasant surprise to have two sets of washer/dryers. The owner is fantastic and always receptive. We loved the square footage and it worked well for our family of 6. Would highly recommend.

The process of renting this property was easy. The host was very informative and was quick to reply when messaged. The house was beautiful! It was definitely more spacious than it looks! The pool and spa just made it even better: go ahead and pay for the heat!!!! it was nice to relax after a day on the beach. The kids never got tired of swimming! Having a grill was wonderful! We even enjoyed a full day of staying at the house, playing phase 10 and putting a puzzle together. We had one of the best vacations ever, went to the Everglades, rode a airboat from Captain Mitch’s Everglades Airboat private service on Marco Island, which was awesome, went to Keewaydin island by a rented boat from Rose Marina, Amazing!! Collected Beautiful shells 🐚!! We also visited Delnor-Wiggins State Park, and Vanderbilt Beach, which had easy access and Clam- Pass Beach, the last night for pictures. Best Restaurants we’re at Tin City: Riverwalk and Pincher’s!! This Property was Absolutely Beautiful and Spacious! We Loved our visit to Naples, Florida. We Would rent this property again in a Heartbeat!! ❤️

I cannot say enough good things about this property! Location was great and close to beaches and shopping. The pictures are spot on and everything was perfect. This house had everything we needed and made traveling with kids less tedious. Chris went above and beyond to make sure we had everything we needed and even went out of his way to provide additional things. We have rented through VRBO in Florida several times and this was by far the best. We will definitely be coming back!

Beautiful home, well stocked, and very clean. We loved hanging out in the lanai, swimming, and relaxing in the jacuzzi. Close to the beach, and tons of restaurants. The property manager was great to work with. Highly recommend this property.

We loved our time here! The pictures reflect the house accurately but we were still surprised by the size of the house. It is very large with updated bathrooms and nice rental amenities such as night lights, alarm clock, little travel size toiletries, extra toilet paper, dishwasher soap, etc. The house was extremely clean and the perfect temperature with different a/c zones. The family room tv was great to unwind after a day in the sun with a nice cable package and the ability to log-in to your favorite streaming services. We opted to have the pool heated and loved that we could always get right in and enjoy it especially on a cooler day. If we are ever back in the area, we will definitely return. Thanks for being a great host!

The outside noise disappeared when you walked into the nice modern looking interior of this cute pink house. We were surprised how big it felt inside. Big kitchen, big dining room table. 2 sets of washers & dryers. Pool and hot tub are right outside the patio door. The heat in the hot tub was perfect. I would recommend though that they smooth out the bricks around the pool area so someone doesn’t trip.
