About this apartment rental
Centrally located, close to concerts and sports events. Located in the heart of downtown, on the edge of the exciting Union Station redevelopment. The neighborhood has been changing so dramatically that our photographs of the skyline are different every month (you'll see a range of views, from an empty expanse just a few years ago to a brand-new vibrant cityscape now).
Note: the HOA and the city of Denver prohibit short-term rentals, which is why we have the 29-night minimum.
Union Station now offers full rail service to the airport, so getting around without a car is easier than ever. Or you can travel by Amtrak east (Chicago and beyond) or West, to the mountains or on to Salt Lake City or California. There is a morning train to the ski resort of Winter Park (with a stop in Winter Park itself on ski weekends or in the nearby town of Fraser any day, with a free bus to Winter Park Resort).
In just a few years, scores of restaurants and bars have been added to the immediate neighborhood, along with two large full-service grocery stores (Whole Foods and King Sooper).
Better deal than a downtown Denver hotel. Monthly furnished executive or corporate rentals.

This condo is in a great location! It is walking distance to great restaurants both in LoDo and the Highlands, the Performing Arts Center, Union Station and 2 grocery stores. Having the big park across the street, with access to bike trails, it doesn’t feel as if you are downtown. The Glass House is very well maintained and felt very secure.
We enjoyed our stay.

We’ve stayed in this building before in Denver and it’s our favorite- great location and great amenities. The unit was comfortable and well equipped with everything we needed for our 7 week stay. Thanks for the great communication!

We spent almost two months this past summer based at this unit in LoDo, Denver. While the unit is compact, it is clean, modern and comfortable it is also bathed in sunlight and so well located we never used our car in the city. You can walk to great restaurants, ball park and concert venues, food shops and parks which means a lot when you live in a car dependent society. Our purpose in Denver was to take a long summer break from another part of the country, access the Rockies for hiking and enjoy inner city life when not out in nature. Perfect! The building is managed exceptionally well, the staff friendly like you’re in a top hotel, the gym is also outstanding and was used extensively by us. The pool area for our time of year was great and given our weekdays were free we had the space largely to ourselves. The owners are also great, we needed to contact them and response was immediate and super friendly. Already looking at next year and when to return. Great trip, best location!

Thoroughly enjoyed my stay. Great location!!! The gym was a huge plus. Took many of their Pilate classes and it was all included in the monthly rental fee.
Ned was professional, informative and if I had any questions, he addressed them promptly.
Thank you.

Great downtown condo
We spent a month in this condo from 12/15-1/15. We loved the building; great common area one floor down with latte type coffee available all day. Pool deck area is nice; closed for winter. Employees at front desk were friendly and there were ladies constantly cleaning the lobby, elevators and common area. If you have dogs the building is full of them. We had two and the park across the street was so close and a perfect place to walk them. Also, LoHi is a quick walk across the walking bridge and Whole Foods is a 5 minute walk! Denver’s homeless population has definitely increased as you’ll see when you walk the area but never felt unsafe. Condo was great size for two people. Kitchen plates, pots and pans and such was adequately stocked. Four seater dinning table. Bed comfortable and nice walk in closet with lots of space. Loved the view as condo overlooks pool and we could actually see New Year’s Eve city fireworks. Condo was very clean and well maintained. Finally, Ned, the landlord, was so easy to work with. He was quick to answer questions during rental decision and we had a few minor lights that needed to be replaced upon arrival and he was on it right away. If your looking for downtown Denver living close to urban green space and a hip vibe, this is the place!

Great location, and nice apartment.
The location of the apartment is pretty much perfect. Walking or riding distance to so many great areas. Loved that it was so close to a nice park. Great surrounding neighborhoods like Highlands, Lodo and RiNo. About 6-8 minute walk to union station and the Rockies stadium and McGregor square. Also just a quick walk to Whole Foods and king soopers. Too many great restaurants nearby to count. Bed was very comfortable. Nice building amenities also. Very friendly staff. Good communication from hosts as well.

Relaxing pool and comfy condo
I stayed @ the condo for 2 months. The Onwer was very responsive and the condo is a very comfortable, clean and a nice size. The building is located in an excellent location and secure access with 24/7 office/security and cameras. My only recommendation would be to get a dresser and nightstands for the bedroom. Thanks for allowing me to stay in your home. I did enjoy my stay a lot!!!!

Nice apartment with excellent amenities
This apartment was very nice and provided a comfortable stay for two people. The apartment is on the 9th floor but the patio looks out over the pool deck so there are no scares about the height. We stayed during the winter so the pool was closed, but during summer months the privacy would be more limited. We loved the free coffee on the 8th floor and that this rental came with free access to the gym and all classes. The location was excellent, right next to the running paths and parks. Would stay here again! Thanks, Ned.

Perfect Spot for Downtown Denver
Our experience at this property was 5 stars across the board. The on site staff, homeowner, and amenities make this such an exceptional place to stay.
In a pinch, we stayed at this property while we awaited our new home build. I found myself less rushed to move into our new home because we were loving our stay so much. The short walk to restaurants, coffee shops, bars and grocery stores really are a highlight of staying at this property. I also enjoyed walking around the parks and down the cherry creek trail.
This space was the perfect size for two people - and had everything you need for an extended stay. We were comfortable and had easy access to all of the best spots in downtown. We rarely used our car and were able to walk or ride-share to anywhere we needed to go.
Highly recommend this spot - we were sad to leave after 5 months. We will miss the downtown vibe and gorgeous sunrises from this condo.

Fantastic location near Union Station, great property
We were extremely happy with our stay in Ned's glasshouse apartment. We stayed a month, the location was perfect in LoDo, right next to LoHi area , meaning within walking distance to most of the city (and the free 16 street bus). The unit had most everything we needed for cooking. A small unit, but very reasonably priced and perfect for the two of us and an occasional guest. Very quiet, rarely heard our neighbors. Very nice 9th floor view, parking spot gym, amenity floor with free coffee and weekend breakfast. Description and views as described, we really liked working with Ned, very accommodating. We looked all over the area for a place and couldn't be happier with this choice!

Urban living at it's best
We had a great stay at the Glass House for a few reasons:
The Unit was as advertised with all the essentials and a comfortable bed! The owners couldn't have been more responsive and helpful when I had questions.
Also, this building is extremely dog friendly and since we were traveling with our furry kid we were pleasantly surprised.
The location of the Glass House in the city is hard to beat. Forget about needing your car while you are here. The best of Denver what Denver has to offer is just short walks away.
For those that like to cycle, jump on on the bike path going north or south and peddle for miles!
We even went away for the weekend and jumped on the Light Rail for a quick ride to the the airport.
I would absolutely stay here again.

Very clean and great location
Because of its convenient location, we have stayed in various units in the Glass House for the past several years with rental agreements of 30 or more days. Unit 921 has been by far the cleanest and easiest to maintain unit that we have ever used. An added bonus about this unit is the ease in which we were able to communicate and deal with the owners of this unit, and their attention given to us, as well as the detail information they sent to us. We were so impressed with our experience that we have booked this unit again for July of 2019.

Great Lodo condo.
We very much enjoyed our month long stay in the GlassHouse condo. Although the place relatively small it is efficiently laid out and very stylish. Another big plus in the 1st floor gym that is "top drawer". Would stay there again. Richard

Elegant, convenient, bright, pampering in the hub of Denver!! Truly magnificent!
I’ve been to Denver before - but I never experienced it like I did in this wonderful, clean, tasteful apartment that was smack dab in the middle of hip restaurants, great walks, a wonderful park, shopping and all the culture you want to experience. There’s a great Whole Foods and King Sooper in very close walking distance. The apartment building has a welcoming gym with lots of classes to sign up for. The Union station train to and from the airport was so easy!! Before I got to the apartment I wondered how noisy the trains would be. Not an issue at all! If Kirsten and Ned were lovely and answered all my questions. My husband and I were on a work holiday. It was a pleasure to work in the apartment and one of the best holidays we’ve ever had! Thanks Kirsten and Ned!! Janis and Michael Sernik

Condo at the Glass House, Denver, Colorado
Location - location - location! This condo is located in the heart of Lodo and is within easy walking distance of the best of what Denver has to offer. Grocery shopping, restaurants, bars, museums, shops, sports venues, music, botanical gardens, and more. We walked miles exploring and trying new experiences. There is even a really nice nail salon just down the street. The condo itself is beautiful and we loved its open, spacious atmosphere. We hosted a family dinner and easily fed and accommodated 12 people! The kitchen was well equipped with lots of dishes, glasses, flatware, nice pans, and even spices. All small appliances were furnished as well. The bedroom and bathroom were equally well supplied with the stacked washer/dryer located in the bedroom closet. It was cold when we were there, so we didn't take advantage of the 8th floor patio area, but it is a lovely space.
The building is beautiful and the security is excellent. Very friendly and very pet friendly. Also a very nice fitness center included in the rent that offers classes and state of the art exercise equipment. Secure parking garage was a big plus for us as well.
The owners live close by and were quick to respond to a couple of equipment issues we had.
In summary, the condo is really nice and we couldn't have chosen a more perfect location to explore and experience downtown Denver. I recommend this rental highly.

Mixed feelings on unit.
The building is great, the location of Glass House & view from the unit very nice. The appointments in the unit however leave a lot to be desired. The queen sized bed is extremely low & the bedding is hard to believe for a unit described as luxury. There is no furniture in the bedroom except the aforementioned bed & 2 plastic end-tables. There is a glass-top table in the living room that is an accident waiting to happen given the room's small dimensions & narrow traffic access around it. Overall lighting in the unit is poor particularly in the bedroom & shower.

Great Stay in LoDo
Attentive owners. Fabulous location. Good restaurants aplenty and nearby. Can walk to many of Denver's main attractions. Building is very well run. Great to have parking in building. Gym is in building and not crowded at all. Very dog friendly - park across the street and dog park two blocks away. Residents are friendly and courteous. Great views. Denver's most happening location. Unit has all essentials and is very comfortable. Highly recommend and would certainly rent again!!!

quiet living in Denver
Unit 921 in the Glass House maybe small but the space is efficiently used and comfortable. A designated indoor parking space is a real plus. The elevators respond quickly. The attached health club is easy to access and has numerous machines as well as free weights. The kitchen is very well equipped with cookware, utensils, silverware, dishes etc. The owners are responsive to all inquiries. Definitely recommend this unit. We rented for a month and enjoyed our stay.

Sunrise, city view and parks!
I stayed here for a month long federal trial downtown and the condo was ideal. I loved stretching every morning looking out at the sunrise and the vast and unbelievable city view. The building is very pet friendly, the location is convenient to all things in lower downtown and the owners very helpful and available. The parks and river across the street are also a great plus.

Elegant Condo!
I stayed here with my dog while I was in Denver on business, and enjoyed a very comfortable, easy stay - the owners are so nice and accomodating and the building is beautifully run by an excellent staff. The condo is close to everything; including great parks with wonderful views, and the free 16th Street Mall Bus, which takes you into downtown quickly and easily. This is a great place to stay!!

Wonderful Condo Great Building
This was the perfect condo for our one month stay in Denver. Beautifully decorated and
fully equipped. We were on the ninth floor overlooking public terrace with outdoor pool
with lovely city views from apt. and our own terrace. We had an indoor parking space, but mostly walked everywhere. We walked over pedestrian bridges into the city or West through
Riverfront Park to the Highland area.Stores and restaurants were nearby. The Glass House is a great building in a great location with outdoor pool, complete gym, and eighth floor clubhouse with free breakfast on Friday, Saturday, and Sunday. The staff was excellent
and our condo owners were very responsive to anything that came up. We would definitely
want to stay here again on our next trip to Denver.
