Cute little cottage in good location. Everything we needed was available.
Some more comfortable couches would be nice for relaxing at night. The bed also was very small.

The facilities is very clean and my friends and myself was very comfortable. We enjoyed our stay and will definitely recommend this place!
The only minor issue was the toilet door was a bit hard to open. Need a little bit of a push.

Charm of old building. Having living room space.

The space was a perfect size for 4 people traveling together. Small kitchen, but easy to cook in and maneuver around. The living room was spacious and lots of light in the house. It was a good place to start our journey to other parts of Isle of Skye from.
We were very lucky to have our travels when there was only a few hours of rain. But just be aware that when there is rain, there are lots of bugs around this space. I think it might just be the area -- and then it gets musky inside after rain.
*having a dehumidifier would be helpful in that house for sure.

The Old Post Office was excellent and I would recommend it to anyone. It was small, but that was expected for a crofter's cottage on Skye. The size was fine for three. Equipment and facilities were great, the location was also good (about 5 miles easy drive from both Portree and Edinbane), and it has bags of character.
I would struggle to find any faults. It was missing eggcups? That's about all :-)

The lounge and the location.
although lots of Liam’s in lounge…. difficult to get the lighting right….. too dark or too bright… think this is about the bulbs.
Twin bedroom would have loved a shelf above the beds … just to put a glass of water on…. these are not criticisms…. just observations which I hope might be useful.

very charming property, wood fire burner amazing!

The cottage was comfortable and the view beautiful. The neighbour who delivers the logs for the burner was very friendly and helpful. The equipment in the cottage exceeded my expectations and the toiletries were a lovely touch. We loved it. Also great communication from the agency who service it.
No real complaints except the kitchen was rather small although very well equiped.

Very cosy and atmospheric. Nice walking /bike route to the nearby river (Snizort) for amazing swimming spot under the old bridge. Extremely quiet and cosy comfortable evenings with the wood stove crackling away.
The house didn't have as good access to the sea as we had hoped for, best access was right along to the end of the peninsula, not across the field in front of the house as we had hoped.

I loved the inside and the wooden ceiling. The space was perfect, beds comfy, everything we needed.
