About this apartment rental

Comfortable , newly renovated 2bed/2bath open plan club cottage with views of pond fountain and golf course beyond. Non-Smoking, no pets. This 1143 sq feet, 1-story cottage in PGA National gated community is perfect for enjoying the PGA season; Cognizant Classic; Baseball spring training; or your favorite foursome of golf or fishing trip. This Club cottage has tile floors throughout. The newly renovated Kitchen has white cabinets and stainless steel appliances fully equipped for cooks. The master has a king bed with new ensuite walk in shower bath. The guest bedroom has 2 queens allowing for extra visitors. 400 count Linens/towels/ beach towels provided. Hair dryers in each bathroom. Flat screen TVs located in each bedroom with a 55" TV and DVD in the living room. Cable and wifi internet service throughout. Enjoy grilling with gas on your outdoor patio while enjoying the fountain water views with The Staple golf course in the distance. The private community pool is a short walk away with its own bathrooms.

The club cottages are in walking distance to the PGA resort with a convenient access bridge. The resort boasts 5 onsite restaurants and lounges; a chocolate shop, and a world-class spa which are all available to the general public. Note: Access to the PGA National golf courses require a minimum of 1 month rental and a membership transfer fee.

Outside of PGA resort: The area boasts numerous good semi-private/ public golf courses, tennis/ pickle ball facilities nearby as well as LA Fitness. The Publix grocery is located just across PGA Blvd. With Whole Foods, Doris' and Joseph's near by. You are 10 minutes to the Gardens Mall, 15 minutes to Juno Beach and 15 minutes to West Palm Beach Airport. PGA Boulevard alone has over 100 restaurants from which to choose, with Jupiter Harbor Place and WPB City Place and Worth Ave a short drive away. The Arts are all around with multiple museums and theatrical offerings. Numerous public golf and tennis facilities are nearby as well as LA Fitness. And lots of activities for visiting children with Lion safari and water parks.

We've been coming down to the area for years. PGA is a wonderful place to stay. The Vrbo was clean and the owner stayed in touch throughout our stay. We'll be back.

My wife and I reserved this property a few months in advance of the expected birth of our first grandchild. This was a perfect base to be able to spend time with our daughter and son-in-lay as well as our new grandson! The house was spotless, everything in good condition. We walked every morning around the neighborhood, very quiet and peaceful. We hope to stay again when we come to visit in the future!

We had an awesome time and experience at this house. Plenty of room for myself and my family great for little kids. Lots of room for them to crawl around and be kids. My children loved the pool! Easy location to get in and out to nearby stores definitely recommend and if available will be staying there again!

This lovely cottage is located in a quiet neighborhood. It is well-maintained and had everything my family needed for a comfortable stay. We enjoyed the pool, walking paths and playground - all close to the cottage. The owner was very responsive and provided all the information we needed. I would definitely rent here again.

Our 14 year old son played in Summer Nationals at PGA National. This condo is literally right around the corner. The beautiful community is gated, so we felt very safe. We took advantage of the pool one of our days and enjoyed ourselves. There were a couple of other families there with us, but the pool area was big enough that we didn't feel crowded. The condo itself was very comfortable and had everything we needed for our stay. The bed in the master bedroom is so comfy that I am actually missing it back here at home! The kids slept well on the beds in the guestroom, as well. I cooked a few meals, and the kitchen was stocked with all the utensils I required. The washer/dryer is a bit smaller than what we have at home, but we were able wash everything we needed. The owner is very thorough in giving information needed and was prompt and courteous in communicating with us. Our family would highly recommend a stay here!

We have stayed at this cottage for around 4 months. Communication with the owner is excellent and when raised concerns due to very minor malfunctioning items she has arranged for replacements and/or fixes very promptly. Great area for walks, golf and nearby wildlife observations points. Thank you!

The property was perfect for our family of four and was centrally located for all of our planned activities of golf, beach, walks, eating and drinking. The cottage was exactly as shown in the photographs. Each bedroom was comfortable and the kids rooms, with queen beds, was large enough for our two daughters. We ate breakfast at the cottage each morning and the kitchen had everything we needed. All appliances in good working order and plenty of dishes so we didn't have to run dishwasher every day. Bathroom were also perfectly fine for us with great water pressure and enough space that we could get turned around after the beach for dinner. At the end of our stay, we felt like we were leaving home to head back north. .The owner was proactive in communication and all of our questions were answered without even needing to ask. She kept in contact by email during our stay making sure that all was well...which it was!
