The kitchenette is well equipped including a microwave, electric hotplates & appliances.

The lounge is comfortable and warm and features a Smart TV with Wifi and relaxing window seat to take in the mountain vista.

Reverse cycle heating & cooling will keep you comfortable year round. Your bedroom includes a queen bed with electric blankets and amazing mountain views.

Check in time is too late and check out time is too early. There are 4 hours gap, which does not seem to be fair for whole day fee. Either reducing the time gap to max 2hrs or refund for the gap fee would be reasonable.

From outside, the property appeared neat and clean, even enticing. However, due to a disgraceful lack of communication, [or perhaps by unethical intentional commercial arrangement....??] between this agency and the property manager, which resulted in a double booking, my partner and I were not able to actually experience the then vacant property. We had travelled four hours to then be told that the official booking confirmation we held in our hands was entirely invalid and unacceptable. It was to be a special few days away and we were extremely disappointed and upset to be refused entry to the property. We discovered that the town and regional accommodation was fully booked, so we travelled a further four hours back to home. The full cost of the booking, which we paid in advance, was promptly refunded with no compensation for our being disadvantaged by such poor practice. Then we received this "charming" invitation to supply feedback about our "stay"....a further admin blunder.

This property was in an excellent location and very comfortable for a couple. Plenty of space, close to the base of the mountain and close to dinner options. The managers were nice enough to advise that our checkout could be delayed without asking.
