Fantastisch!

Het is een heerlijk ruim en mooi appartement met een prachtig zwembad. Het appartement nodigt uit om te ontspannen. De eigenaren waren bijzonder vriendelijk.

Great family apartment as a base to explore the Vlore coast.

The owner, Ines, was very responsive. Her father was very welcoming and spoke a bit of English and Italian so we could communicate. The apartment is super clean and spacious. The views are beautiful and the swimming pool and garden are lovely too. Very well equipped kitchen and comfortable beds. Quiet neighbourhood.

Everything was perfect. Please note that payment is in cash which I was not aware so had to go to get some cash out. But there is an ATM nearby in Orikum.

Perfect for our holiday

We were very happy at Vila Elida and plan to return. Communication with the owner was efficient - when the wifi went down one night she got it sorted very quickly and she kindly allowed us a late check-out as the next visitors weren't arriving till the following day. Her father, who looks after the property on a day to day basis, was lovely. He kept the pool and garden beautiful, kindly brought us fruit and generally made us very welcome. We had the ground floor apartment - before we arrived I had thought a higher one would be better but actually it was perfect and I would choose it again. It is in good condition and very clean. There are two bathrooms, the aircon was quiet and efficient, and the beds were comfortable (a big one for us as my husband and I both have slightly dodgy backs). The pool is also well maintained and a good size (if you have small children be aware it has a shallow end but gets very deep quite suddenly). We were happy with the location too- being higher up it was cooler than at the beach, which is only 7 minutes drive away. We bought excellent local cheese from a dairy in the village and had a fantastic meal at Bar Restorant Rrepet e Izvorit which is about 10 minutes walk from the house. We enjoyed Orikum beach too and found the best supermarket there, though the one in the village was useful for getting first supplies when we arrived. Other recommendations: we visited Apollonia on the way to the apartment (we started our holiday elsewhere), which is really worth while - if you do visit, there is a beautiful restaurant on site at the top of the hill which we only discovered after we had been to the one nearer the ticket office (which was fine but the setting of the other one was stunning so check it out before deciding where you want to eat/drink). We also did a morning trip to St Mary's Monastery at Vlorë followed by a visit to a great beach bar nearby.

The wifi can go in an out - that bothered the kids more than me.

We are liked everything, a very quiet place, comfortable, a pool after dinner, that what we liked(the children were happy). Gorgeous view of the mountains. Pleasant hosts, always worried that we liked everything. I recommend !!!!

Excellent Appartment

Good Appartment at the Villa Hause. The host very friendly and everything in contact. Any questions try to help and assist. Nice swimming pool outside with clean water. Perfect view from the balcony. Needs car to reach supermarkets and beaches..

there are some dishes missing in the kitchen (teaspoons, large cups, a lid for a frying pan). The door lock does not close well. The water pressure in the bathroom was constantly changing. But these are small things, rating is 10.

The garden, the swimming pool, the rooms, the saloon, everything

The place was amazing, the village is located 5 mins away by the see side. I took it for 1 night but i used the opportunity to stay more because: Perfect conditions for two families The price incredibly good The swimming pool The privacy The possibility to have a dinner near the pool with the necessary equpiment to prepare a barbecue with the family in the evening The child's loved more the accommodation than stay in the sea site. Tv cable & Wifi we're perfect I estimate the place how italian says diesi e lode 10+. Thanks to Vila Elida. See u next year Driton

The location was OK, nothing very special, but the view is great and even though it's in a village, it feels like you have no neighbours. Every room is airconditioned and we were welcomed by the book. We rented the whole house for 10 people, and even though the interior is very clean, and even though the kitchen is very well equipped, we mostly spent the time outside. The pool, garden & general vibe is amazing. We enjoyed our stay very much!
