At Marriott's Kauai Beach Club, the spacious 2-bedroom villas offer a comfortable, tropical-inspired retreat with breathtaking ocean and oceanfront views. Each unit accommodates up to 6 guests and features a kitchenette, living and dining areas, and two private bedrooms with plush bedding. There are no cooking facilities inside the resort, however, gas grills are available for guests to use outdoors. Ideal for families or groups, these villas also include a private lanai to enjoy Kauai’s stunning sunsets, along with convenient access to resort amenities like the expansive lagoon-style pool, beachfront access, spa, and nearby golf courses.
**Guests staying will have full resort access with a reservation.

**Marriott will assign all villas at checkin within the designated view category. The floor placement/building cannot be guaranteed. Lower floor units may have obstructed views.
**Rentals are subject to an additional occupancy tax that vary by unit size. The fee is approximately $27.04 per night for two-bedroom units (subject to change). This is paid to the resort at check out and is not included in the quoted rental rate.
**The complimentary Resort Shuttle is available on demand and currently only operates to and from the airport.
**Guests will check-in at a separate location in the Marriott Vacation Club Owner and Guest Services area, not in the main hotel lobby. Bellman is available at the Port for your luggage needs.
CONSTRUCTION UPDATES:
**Beginning March 2023, Exterior Building Painting, Spalling, and Railing Repairs may impact villa views, and use of lanai may be prohibited during your stay due to the necessary cables and scaffolding or repairs when the tower is being worked on. The hotel co-located with Marriott’s Kauai Beach Club is renovating common areas throughout 2024. Up to two whirlpools at a time and the adjacent portion of the pool will be closed off, however, the other whirlpools and surrounding pool area will remain open. Marriott’s Kauai Beach Club Owners and guests staying at the resort may be impacted by the above as well as noise from the renovation while enjoying the common areas of the property as well as while in their villa. Please note ADA routes will be provided, however, may be impacted.
**Beginning Aug. 12, 2024, to Dec. 18, 2024, Marriott’s Kaua`i Beach Club will be undergoing villa refurbishment. Work will occur daily during daytime hours, so please anticipate construction noise during this time. All other resort amenities are expected to remain open and fully operational for your enjoyment.
The Covid-19 pandemic is considered a foreseeable risk. By accepting this rental agreement and providing payment information, the guest acknowledges and accepts the risk that the pandemic may prevent travel or occupancy of the rental unit and that this will not serve as a basis for requesting a refund. Unavailable amenities, pool, beach, theme park, etc. does not merit a refund. This clause specifically removes the obligation of the owner to provide a habitable unit, if the cause is due to the Coronavirus pandemic.
The Vrbo calendar helps provide availability and estimated price quote. Always inquire with the agent and do not reserve airfare until your confirmation has been received.
Any issues with resort service, accommodations, physical plant, amenities, etc. are the direct responsibility of the developer and must be handled through the resort, not Concierge Realty. Photos are thought to be truly representative of the resort and accommodations. Any variation from the photo and actual property are unintentional, so guests are encouraged to do their own due diligence prior to reserving. Any variance or disruption including but not limited to renovation, unavailable amenity, change in decor, etc. during the stay, whether announced prior to reservation, occurring during the stay or announced after confirmation, is a matter strictly between the guest and resort, are not deceptive advertising, breach of contract or the responsibility of Concierge Realty.
