We had an amazing weekend at this hotel, with clean rooms, beautiful bedding, delicious food.

The room was impeccably clean, and the living area was spotless as well. The bedding was not only beautiful but also incredibly comfortable, ensuring a restful night's sleep. The shower was pristine, and the view from the room was simply breathtaking. The hotel's restaurant was another highlight of my stay. The food was delicious, and the menu prices were very reasonable. It was a delight to enjoy such tasty meals without breaking the bank. The room was well-equipped with air conditioning, a TV, and a bar fridge, adding to the overall comfort and convenience. The hotel also boasts a lovely garden with a pool, providing a perfect spot to relax and unwind. My stay was good we did enjoy with my family

The food was good, and the price were reasonable the burger was the best my boy was so excited. The place is so beautiful, pool and garden very clean.

My mom complains a lot about a bed even me too it was not comfortable the king one, Spa is upstairs, and my mom cannot use more than 3 steps because of her illness but we were promised that they are busy preparing a ground floor for such people

I liked the kids' playroom and the teacher who looked after the kids. The breakfast buffer is the best, and I really enjoyed it. The food overall was amazing.

The bedroom carpets need to be cleaned. The lift needs maintenance. The showers need maintenance The aircon release dusts.

Everything was lovely. From staff friendliness, cleanliness, etc. Rooms and bathrooms are nice and spacious . Pool area is amazing. Beds are so comfortable!!! The view from the bedroom was amazing . I would definitely recommend

refreshing, excellent and reviving

breakfast was great fulfilling and the location is super great. quiet and intimate the lady at reception was welcoming and very friendly. she made my checking in so easy and was quick to resolve any query I had. and Mr. Moloi at reception was super great....

I was disappointed that the cruise was not there anymore, wall climbing as well and the TV was not working in my room. I hope if I decide to visit again, everything you are advertising on your website is operational.

Pleasant

The room we had, need a revamp.... We did however noticed that they are busy with the revamping the hotel. Sitting room furniture and fridge is very old and need serious replacement. No room service menu in the room.

It was okay.

The views from the hotel room is spectacular.

There isn’t a lot of activities within the premises, had to drive out to Emerald resort for kids entertainment. It’s only the pool and play area( jungle gym) is way too small. Had dinner in the restaurant the 1st night and it wasn’t appealing. We had to eat out on the 2nd and 3rd after checkout.

The hotel looks oldish inside and needs to be modernised. The lounge didn’t have a TV and thus uncomfortable to stay in there. The headboard was shakey and making noise every time I moved on the bed

Really fine. I would definitely use this place again, so long as the prices do not rise too much.

The views from the rooms that face down the river are really good. The hotel has a slightly traditional style, which is good to maintain. The staff are very polite.

The system of door keys via a mobile phone feels a bit odd at first but turned out to not be a problem, but I wondered what would happen if someone would turn up without a mobile phone.

Disappointing stay, when small improvements could have made a big difference.

Room access using an app. on your cell phone is ridiculous. Stupidest system I have ever had to use. Kettle in room couldn't be plugged in without being put on the floor! Shower door opens wrong way, making access almost impossible. Shoddy finishing od tiling on walls of shower.
