This spacious 3 bedroom, 2 bath cottage offers great indoor and outdoor space! One King and One queen bed and a bunk room with 6 twin beds, there is room for the whole family. There is a wrap-around porch, upstairs balcony, and backyard cookout area.
Have your next getaway with an intimate view of Firefly Park! This cottage offers great space both indoors and out. There are two bedrooms one with a King and one with a Queen bed, and a bunk room equipped with 6 twin beds. Downstairs includes a living, kitchen, and dining area, along with a bedroom and full bath.
Upstairs you will find an additional bedroom, a bunk room, and an additional full bath and living area. The porches offer great views and plenty of space to gather and host cookouts!
This property has a Black Back stone propane grill for guests to use.

The house was great and in the condition as described by the listing. It sits in a really neat spot within Carlton Landing that gives you the opportunity to meet neighbors and relax on the porch while your kids play in the shared park area. Would highly recommend!

We enjoyed a girls weekend with my mother and two sisters and celebrated my sisters, 60th. birthday! The house welcomed us with open arms! We enjoyed the area and our time together. Back at home we all talked about the beautiful home and so many people commented on our post on Facebook! We loved it!

Nothing but good things to say about this house and location. Very clean and kitchen had everything we needed. The Blackstone grill worked great for making breakfast for a hungry crowd. The bunk room came in handy when friends a/c stopped working and they needed a place to sleep. Very close to restaurants and pools. We kept our boat at No. 9 Marina which was convenient. We found the courtesy docks in Carlton Landing which helped with taking a break off the water. I highly recommend this house.

Such a fun place to stay! There was lots to do close by…lake, paddle boards, kayaks, pools, a small zip line for younger kids, basketball, snow cone truck, amazing coffee shop, pizza place and a grocery store not too far away. It’s was the perfect location for our family reunion.

We had a great time at Prosecco Point. My mom with a walker stayed downstairs and was perfectly content. Her walker fit through all doorways. We enjoyed going on walks throughout Carlton Landing, playing tennis, going on the Nature trail, playing ping pong on several of the tables scattered throughout the community. We roasted hotdogs and marshmallows on the firepit, then on Thanksgiving I had no problem cooking a huge thanksgiving meal. I did bring my own disposable baking pans, but there were plenty there if I had wanted to use theirs. Plenty of utensils, towels and everything we needed for a 2 night stay. The electric fireplace was so cool! The furnishings were beautiful and it was SOOOO CLEAN!!! It was a great get away!

I’ll first start off by saying we have stayed in Carlton Landing a few times and have had only good experiences until our recent visit. The property we stayed in this time looked like it had been recently rented and not sufficiently cleaned or picked up afterward. There were clothes from either the owners or previous renters under a few beds and dirty towels on the backs of a few of the bathroom doors that were missed or not laundered. The worst part about the stay was the complete lack of Internet or cable and the inability of the Carlton Landing staff to either remedy the situation or get a hold of the owner to figure out what was going on. I spent three days calling the staff multiple times per day, and ultimately had to go to the office and ask to speak with someone in management. The issue was addressed and although cable and Internet was never restored or turned on, at least an effort was made for the owner to bring down a hotspot which ultimately did not work. The manager I spoke with in the office did offer a 15% reimbursement discount, but this was never actually credited to my account or credit card. Overall it was a very lousy experience and not what I have grown used to. Unfortunately it does make me hesitant to rebook, which is a shame given how much my family and myself like the area. COVID-19 had a few amenities shut down which was also a bummer but understandable.

We visited in October and the weather was perfect! The porches on this house are to die for! My family of 7 was so comfortable within this home, the bunk room for the boys, the queen bed for the girls and the downstairs suite for the parents. There was abundant seating everywhere you turned. Overall a pleasant experience. The property was well maintained, pictures and listing was accurate, and the kitchen fully stocked with everything needed to prepare and meals in the home. The outdoor dining and multiple outdoor living spaces was a plus! The house was lovely for hosting our bachelorette weekend, as we venues to the pools, near by pizza, enjoyed cooking in the kitchen and open floor concept.
There was not a check in email the week of traveling to provide detailed navigation, address and check in instructions. Rather the very first booking email had those from over a month prior. Additionally, the VRBO app isn’t as user friendly saving all your messages in one place like other booking apps. The location was hard to find by Google maps and neither the app or confirmation email provided detailed navigation. We arrived after dark and looked for the house for over 30 minutes. The emails (multiple for payments processed over three different periods) had the location of the property management rather than rental address. Therefore there were conflicting addresses. We eventually had to park and walk around after dark by pictures of the house to find it. The address takes you to back entrances that are not marked. I did call the property management around 1030 and left a message. They did promptly call back within 10 minutes.
For a property that sleeps 10 people, it was stocked relatively slim. There were only 3 rolls of toilet paper in the house and enough coffee Kcups for 7 people. The two bedrooms had very comfortable mattresses and linens. The bunk room was less comfortable for adults but would have been great for kids. The house had beautiful furnishings, well thought out design and was clean! I would book again.

We were quite comfortable eating at the island and enjoyed the porch very much. The home was well equipped with towels, soap, and trash bags. We went with another family. There were 5 kids and 4 adults. It was the perfect size for us! The house had excellent location. It was clean and had everything we needed for a 2 night trip. We loved sitting outside on the covered patio while the kids played in the grassy are out front.

Very nice house. We enjoyed the property and were within walking distance to other family members staying in carlton landing. The only downside is that the property is that its pretty difficult to locate the exact house. It would be great if the houses were more clearly marked, especially in the back alley areas. However, that seems to be an issue across Carlton Landing and not specific to this house.

Utopia
Prosecco Point was absolutely perfect. Right when we walked in, we kept saying it is the most “Instagram-able” house ever. Everything was spotless and new.
The location was perfect for the neighborhood and all the activities. Our kids ran around outside, like kids should. We spent time at the parks, pool, beach, garden, and playing ping pong. It was nonstop fun. A band played at The Meeting House on Friday- it was a blast.
The neighborhood church was very welcoming on Sunday. Nobody wanted to leave.
And, be sure to try Mama Tigg’s Pizza. It was delicious!

A Getaway Just Because
Even with construction in the neighborhood, it is simply beautiful!! My mom lives close to the area, so we pass by several times throughout the year. Driving by the entrance doesn’t start to describe this hidden gem!! We were there during Christmas, and our hearts were beyond happy. I can’t wait to get back during summer!!!

This was our first time to visit Carlton Landing. It was a great option for our family including children and grandchildren. Having pools, a small beach, etc. available is great and the neighborhood concept works! The literature probably needs updated as the kayaks and paddleboards are not free, they are $10/hr. The "pop-up shops" event on Saturday had only 2 small vendors so it was a little overstated. I understand some weekends are busier than others. Overall, it's a beautiful area to relax and we had a great time.

We had a great experience at Carlton Landing. The house was very clean and neat. It held our group of 9 easily. I recommend bringing your own k-cups and kitchen supplies (plastic wrap, foil, ziplocs, etc) if you plan to cook at the house. I would highly recommend this cottage and hope to be back again soon!
