Two leather couches make the lounge room very comfortable with TV and DVD player. Free unlimited WiFi is available throughout the property.

We had a wonderful stay at Charlotte's Cottage - the place is even bigger and more beautiful than the photos online convey. An excellent location in the old port area of Echuca, and the house had all the amenities you could ask for.

Beautiful period home
Close to town meant walking was a pleasure
We had a fabulous time in Echuca going on the Canberra Paddlesteamer to Morrison winery for lunch and back again.
Being at Charlottes Cottage meant we could soak up the warmth by staying put in the evenings, avoiding the cold winters nights and enjoying the company of friends

As soon as you walk in there is a calm enveloping the house. We booked for my husband and daughter and I for our son’s destination wedding celebration and it was the only thing I didn’t stress over.
Special shout out to the cleaners. It was spotless!

Charlotte's Cottage was a wonderful place for our group, comprising three couples, to spend a weekend. The house itself is beautifully styled with furniture appropriate to the age of the house, and the location is fantastic -close to the river and the port. Everything we needed was provided - could not fault the place! We will be back.

Terrific place to stay for three couples. Close to the wharf, shops and restaurants. The cottage provided everything that you need and some extra. Spotlessly clean, could not fault anything. Was a return visit for us and we hope to be back.

A charming and delightful but beautifully restored old house, conveniently located, tastefully furnished, extremely well equipped and spotlessly clean, with four bedrooms, two sitting rooms and a huge kitchen. Very satisfactory!

Our check in was a bit confusing as property manager had forgotten our booking. Otherwise the house, location, and everything about the house was lovely. There were only 4 of us staying but would be great for a larger group. Highly recommend.

Lovely cottage with huge rooms & ensuites. Fabulous kitchen with ice maker fridge 👍 Great amount of kitchen bits. We had a problem with heater but owner fixed straight away. I also did not have a bath mat or hand towel but only a minor issue. Would definitely stay again. Well done to the owners

Three of us were thrilled when we opened the front door!! Beautiful antiques and bric-a-brac in every room. The cottage is actually larger than it appears in photos.
No utensil spared in the kitchen!!
Comfy beds and clean bathrooms.
We had a lovely relaxing weekend.
Parked the cars and walked everywhere.
We will be back!!

We were blown away by the quality and roominess of this old Victorian. Formerly a 3 bedroom BnB, we had it all to ourselves, and it was luxury. Big period rooms, beautiful furniture, every convenience. And a commercial style kitchen all to ourselves. House is in the old well-to-do part of town, we walked everywhere, hardly used the car, quite and peaceful, long walks by the rivers. Would be perfect for two or three couples but we were just 3 and it was luxurious.

Have loved staying at the school house perhaps 10 times now in recent years it suits our group so well. Huge kitchen, outdoor gas bbq, private bathrooms to each bedroom and enough off-street parking for two vehichles each towing a boat, thanks once again!

House was beautifully cool on arrival, on what was an oppressively hot start to our Echuca stay. Location was ideal for the attending the Riverboats festival. We were able to walk everywhere all weekend. Facilities in the house were excellent for relaxing and spending time catching up with friends. Generously size rooms and a well appointed kitchen.
