Cabin was great very spacious really enjoyed it
The only thing was it was lacking essentials in food pantry there was a coffee machine but no coffee but overall stay was great 😊

Everything was pretty much clean and organized. It was very comfortable for a medium sized family to stay in and we really enjoyed our stay!

Loved the layout of the home. We went with a group of parents and teenage girls. They loved having their own bedroom and lounge area downstairs . Lots of seating and big dining room table was nice. Comfortable furniture, big kitchen with lots of dishes/cooking equipment. Was disappointed in the hot tub. It was one of the reasons we booked this home . It was cloudy and smelled like mold, so unfortunately we didn’t feel comfortable using it. The propane was empty. We planned to bbq the first night we were there and unfortunately had to change our plans since the propane didn’t arrive till the next day. One note would be to hang curtains or blinds in the bathrooms and maybe living room. It made it a little uncomfortable to not have those covered especially with teenage girls showering there. Overall would definitely stay again. Beautiful home with lots of immensities and plenty of space for everyone,

Loved this home and its proximity to the lake. We enjoyed watching the sunset every evening and the hot tub.

Our family had a wonderful stay at this mountain home. There were enough bedrooms for everyone to have their own space. The game room was very fun! The kitchen is very stocked and was a joy to cook in.

Nice large house for many guests to sleep comfortable.

Terrible, awful experience. Mouse poop everywhere. Trash strewn everywhere inside and outside. Dead mice in cabinets. Filthy sheets, no mattress covers. Only one flat sheet per bed. No cleaners, soaps, coffee, salt… anything. Zero help or solutions from management company (vacasa)

Very spacious and well-appointed, we had a really nice time. Kids room downstairs with the game room made for a nice place to hang out in the evenings before bedtime.

Cabin was beautiful and very cozy. Only minor defects such as bathrooms not having curtains, middle bedroom mattress being squeaky and stairs not elderly friendly but beautiful views and perfect for large families.

The house was amazing. Everything was decorated well. The beds were comfortable Tons of amenities. Instructions were clear, except how to lock the house up. If we wanted to go somewhere, we were unable to retrieve a key it was not clear how to get it or how to lock up when we left. but the reason for the four is because of the overall cleanliness of the house, there was mouse droppings under the sink in the master bathroom, and in the master bed between the blanket and the sheets it seem like they weren’t washed. We also had to wash the sheets in the extra room, but what really makes me cringe is the last day my niece woke up and found a dirty sock under her pillow & it didn’t belong to any of us. There was also toilet paper rings around the tongs in the kitchen, which is kind of gross. Overall, we made amazing memories &the house was fantastic for us. We would stay here again because of it & just check our bedding. hope that this message helps the owners toget better cleaners

Well, the house was nice! And we had a good time with our family, but there was a lot of things not working for instance the WI-FI was bad some TV’s didn’t work the cable had past recording of movies and shows, The gaming machine didn’t work, the pool table was missing chalk and pool sticks where not useable, we couldn’t use the fire pit, the stove wasn’t that great, the main fridge didn’t get cold, water didn’t get hot and some of the sinks didn’t drain well, the light out side to the hot tub didn’t work so we couldn’t use it at night. For the price we paid we should had all the things work. The location was nice but the back of house had a busy road and we can see and hear all the cars fly by.

Everything was great, super clean, everything we needed in the house. Over all great experience. Definitely would recommend.
Only thing is it’s a 3 story with lots of stares so if you’re not a fan of stares I wouldn’t stay here.

The rental was what it was advertised as. The house was well kept and stocked with everything you needed to make your stay enjoyable. Easy to find with a good location. Would recommend this rental to anyone.

We LOVED this house, but Vacasa management is knowingly renting a house that has had multiple complaints of wet, smelly carpet in a bedroom (likely from snow melt intrusion). I called Vacasa daily and never got any help to make the bedroom useable. We rented a 4 bedroom house for 9 guests and were forced to consolidate into 3 bedrooms as the mildew odor in the wet room was not tolerable. I was really hoping to get the carpet dried during our stay, but Vacasa ignored our daily requests. Ultimately we were credited $280 back, but nothing was done about the moldy/mildew carpet. Very unfortunate and potentially unhealthy situation. Renters beware.

This is a very nice property and we had a wonderful time. Our group- 2 adults/ 6 teens. We enjoyed most of the amenities. The home was nicely situated a short drive outside of Shaver Lake. Only 5 minutes from pizza and about 10 min to the marina. The neighborhood was nice for walking.
Please note that this property is adjacent to the main highway into Shaver and beyond. If you want to feel secluded, the road noise might be bothersome. If you look over the road, the views and sunsets are lovely. We did use earplugs at night and eye masks as the car lights flashed on the curtains of the master bedroom. Suggestion- Please replace the curtains with ones that adequately cover the windows and light block. Small fix= big impact.
We should have been told about the construction next door! Not cool! Heavy equipment was in operation early Saturday morning. Set the expectation to avoid upset guests.
The layout of the home was terrific for our needs. Food and entertainment are on the top, quiet rooms are in the middle, and games are below. There is a TV in pretty much every room! After 2 days my legs did notice the trilevel stairs impact so I would not recommend this property if you are mobility impaired. The game room is a blast! Not everything works perfectly, but if you roll or slide with it, all is fun. The kids really wished the video game worked. The card table was also a big hit (needs more chairs). The hot tub was nice. Looked clean and was warm. The lid needs repair/replacement but worked well.
There are plenty of dishes for a large group. We did cook a little and found what we needed. Basic appliances were on site and working (toaster, coffee maker, Keurig, crockpot, and cookware). As with most vacation homes, plan to bring your own foil, wrap, dishwasher pods and etc as well as any spices. There was salt but not even pepper.
I would suggest a booklet for the house. As someone who does not have DirectTV or cable, initially, the electronics seemed daunting, but we did figure them out and connected our RUKU. I could not figure out how to turn off the light on the firepit side.
Minor issues- Internet connection glitched and Vacasa was very responsive. We got it working. The lock box is more than frustrating. The lock is finicky. Check-out was at 10 am which seems early, especially on a Sunday so we booked an extra day so we could enjoy the day.
This is a great house for any group. I would book for a week or longer if dogs were allowed.

Fun house
We loved how spacious the area was.. The pool table and poker table can in real handy had lots of fun.. the jacuzzi worked great with no problems.. they supplied popcorn for the popcorn machine.. Wish there would of been wood for the fireplace but we made use with what we had.. The master bathtub was also amazing. The beds were also really comfortable

Great place for a large family vacation
Loved everything about the place but as is the case with most rentals, there were a number of amenities that were in need of repair, upgrade, etc. Most of it was small stuff and I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend highly.

Well stocked kitchen. Room for sledding and playing next to house. Great, large space for kids downstairs. Need to install some window coverings in bathrooms and improve TV cable service and instructions.

Have Fun on the Hilltop
Let me start by saying when we travel, we usually are let down by the quality of the beds as they compare to our own mattress at home. This cabin was the exception as our beds were very comfortable and we had excellent sleep after each day of fun and a soak in the jacuzzi.
The cabin layout is terrific with the entry floor on top allowing us to unpack with ease. There are three bedrooms on the floor below and the bottom (third floor) below that has a game room, bunk bedroom, living room and large kitchenette. This is also the floor that has the jacuzzi on the deck. The game room will keep you entertained at all times. Would have been good if the classic video arcade game worked, but it didn't stop us from enjoying ourselves with the pool table, shuffleboard table, darts or card table.

Better in person than the photos!
It was beautiful inside and out! Our first cabin stay and it did not disappoint. It was a perfect setting to celebrate my husbands birthday with close family and friends. Everyone fell in love with the cabin. And close to the marina for our boat rental. I definitely recommend staying here. We loved it.

We had a really nice vacation. Great location, we had a couple of small issues, but they were taken care of immediately by Jeremiah. The game room needs a little attention, specifically the pool table and Equipmemt associated with it. Also it probably could use a good deep clean. Probably from lack of use with Covid etc…? Other than that we really enjoyed our stay!!

Great Location...
Had a very relaxing stay and the house is loaded with lot of good things. I will give a 4+ star review if it had a Air condition, Living area was hot when temperature is 90+ degrees. Kids enjoyed the Game room.

Great for group gathering!
The cabin was clean and had great beds, bathrooms, game rooms and balconies. The sunsets were beautiful and the kitchen was easy to cook in. We had plentiful hot water the entire stay. Just be sure to bring foil, siren wrap, coffee, oil and spices if your cooking.

Great get away
House is great size and location for large families. Beds are comfy and water pressure is great. A few issues: direct tv did not work, grill was out of propane (we refilled) and the house could use a deep cleaning., lot next door was being cleared of all trees starting every morning ( morning wake up call) and did not realize house was close to main road. Overall we had a great trip and would stay again.

Beautiful vacation house, Great location very spacious, When we got to the property we realized there was no hot water and my husband was able to locate the leak which was in playroom under the sink and was leaking out on the floor, the hot water valve was broken and the main hot water was turned off for the whole house, it needs to be fixed as soon as possible . Mold is under cabinet so we didn’t play down stairs . Games are not in order pac man machine not working pool table scratched and scuffed up .Cleanliness needs to be addressed several things were not done , vacuuming, dirty dishes , coffee pot and toaster dirty , so I washed everything we used . This is a beautiful property it really could use some TLC. We could not get the WIFI to work could not use TV . There is no shovels to clear pathway to front door we had to buy 2 shovels . We would stay here again if issues are fixed .

Cleanliness questioned
The house accommodated our family comfortably as it was very spacious. The snow was steps away from us. However, I question the cleanliness of the house as we noted the following: spiderwebs in two of the bedrooms, several dishes appeared to have been used by prior visitors and placed back in the cabinets, trash behind the nightstands in the queen bedroom such as a used q-tip, dishes were already in the dishwasher (we never used), dirty kitchen counter and microwave. We also found trash on the porch. In the time of covid, it doesn’t appear they took the necessary cleaning precautions. We wiped down EVERYTHING and had to clean someone else’s mess, and still were required to pay cleaning fees and check out on time.
The wifi did not work the entire trip. Those who had school and work were not able to do so. Unfortunately for us, management couldn’t get a hold of the owner of the house. We came with the assumption that we’d have wifi, as advertised.
We were not provided with a full, new roll of toilet paper. The one provided was more than halfway used, leaving us to purchase our own.
Be weary that none of the bathrooms had window coverings. Two of the bathroom windows have a clear view of the shower.
The game room was a bonus and great way for entertainment. But it is very evident the games are not maintained. The darts didn’t work. We purchased our own. And the arcade didn’t work properly. Also, the first picture on the site is of a jacuzzi, yet there was no water in it.
The pictures and description are deceiving as we were led to believe there were perks with the house. Perks that were non functioning.

Beautifully Remodeled Mountain Home
Gorgeous property! Tastefully remodeled and clean. A few broken things, bathroom sink in half bath, closet door in bedroom, game room stuff incomplete and old. We were there for the lake and hiking, so it didn't matter to us. NICE kitchen and master suite. All in all, great for our family.

Fun in Shaver
Overall it was a great stay! the top floor was a little warm so we spent most of our time on the bottom floor which was really fun with all of the games! The sound of the traffic woke me up early both mornings we were there. I wasn’t expecting so much traffic noise but other than that it was a wonderful family vacation and I would definitely stay there again, maybe just bring earplugs next time.

We had a great stay in this home! The views are amazing. The home is decorated beautifully, the game room is great! We had everything we needed as far as dishes, pots, pans, utensils, blankets, pillows. The game room was great! And to top it off we got lots of snow (oh and there’s sleds and shovels)! This place was just amazing!
