Logement vivement recommandé.
Ce logement était au-delà de nos espérances. Tout le confort moderne avec une cuisine complètement équipée, jusqu'au moindre détail, 2 salles de bains, le tout dans un état neuf et très propre. Un parking privé très appréciable, une petite terrasse. Maison à 5mn à pieds du port de plaisance. Un accueil chaleureux, avec les explications bien détaillées et un plan pour accéder au domicile ; des conseils de visite des environs adaptés à nos demandes et une documentation plus que complète sur place. Et des propriétaires très gentils, disponibles tout en étant discrets. Nous recommandons vivement ce logement.

Perros-Guirec
Die zweigeschossige Wohnung ist modern und gut ausgestattet. Auch die Terrasse und der kleine Garten sind gut gepflegt. Dort haben wir sehr gerne den Tag ausklingen lassen. Bei der Übergabe der Wohnung gibt der Vermieter gute Tipps für die Erkundung der Umgebung. Wir haben die Zeit in Perros Guirec genossen.

Nous avons passé un agréable séjour d'autant que le temps était de la partie. L'habitation nous convenait parfaitement et d'une propriété irréprochable. L'accueil du propriétaire fut très courtois et nous avons particulièrement apprécié la terrasse ensoleillée.

Rien à redire
Nous avons été accueillis de manière très professionnelle ! Nous avons tout d'abord été très surprises par la propreté de la maison. Elle n'était pas propre mais très très propre, ce qui rassure dès l'arrivée. La maison est très bien conçue avec une chambre et sa salle de bain au rez-de-chaussée pour les personnes qui ont du mal à monter les escaliers et la chambre au 1er étage également avec sa salle de bain. La cuisine est bien équipée et nous a permis d'organiser quelques bons petits repas. La place privée intérieure pour la voiture est également très bien : pour moi qui n'aime pas garer ma voiture n'importe où ça m'a rassurée également. Très bon wifi également. Vraiment rien à redire à cette location et à ses propriétaires très attentionnés :). Si nous voulons revisiter ce coin, nous n'hésiterons pas à y séjourner à nouveau !

En vacances chez Big Brother ! Au secours !!
Si vous êtes à la recherche d'un séjour totalement sous contrôle ... du propriétaire , vous êtes au bon endroit !
Proprement étouffant !
Un séjour TRES pénible , aucune autonomie ne nous a été accordée , interdiction de baisser le chauffage dans l'appt , d'obtenir des douches vraiment chaudes , de fermer les volets à notre guise , d'ouvrir les fenêtres , d'utiliser l'eau sans avoir droit à une conférence du propriétaire mettant en perspective notre consommation d'eau avec la sienne , celle de notre département d'origine , des départements du sud de la France , comparée à celle de la Bretagne ... etc .
Nous aurions utilisé 140l d'eau par jour et par personne, ce qui a été très difficilement supportable par notre propriétaire ... une telle remarque est impensable , .. et insupportable !
L'heure d'arrivée de notre vol a été suivie et commentée à la minute près , on se sent contamment espionnées , contrôlés , le propriétaire gère toute la domotique depuis chez lui à l'aide son téléphone connecté . Résultat de quoi , nous n'avons pas pu dormir dans des chambres surchauffées , avons eu froid sous les douches tièdes , avons eu des remarques si nous avions laissé allumée , par erreur , et à 2 reprises , selon notre "gardien" , une lampe extérieure . Du jamais vu , jamais entendu pour nous , Avec un propriétaire littéralement à "la porte d'à côté" , puisque nous n'avions qu'une porte nous séparant de sa maison , donc que nous l'entendions parfaitement bien et que lui aussi par conséquent . C'était une atmosphère tellement lourde qu'il nous tardait vraiment de rentrer chez nous . Je pense que pour continuer à louer , il faut impérativement renoncer à vouloir tout contrôler , tout vérifier , tout compter !
De bien pénibles et fatigantes vacances !
Logis propre par ailleurs mais sans réel extérieur , en fond de couloir et fenêtres donnant directement sur les fenêtres des maisons voisines .

un bel endroit confortable, fonctionnel et très bien équipé à deux pas du port et un accueil du propriétaire qui donne de très bonnes indications sur les bons plans côté spécialités locales, restauration, visites, balades... tout est bien pensé et organisé, cela permet de se retrouver dans un cocon pour des vacances très agréables.

Très beau logement moderne, propre et bien équipé, très bien situé non loin du port de Perros-Guirec et qui nous a permis de découvrir cette magnifique partie de la Bretagne que nous ne connaissions pas encore, visites facilitées par les conseils avisés de notre hôte. Tout était parfait !
La location était en tous points conforme à nos attentes : spacieuse, confortable, bien équipée, très fonctionnelle. On s’y sent rapidement chez soi.
Le quartier est très calme. L’accès au port et au centre ville se fait sans problème à pieds.
Nous avons profité pleinement des « alentours » de Perros-Guirec avec les conseils avisés de Mr Jaouen, le propriétaire, nous permettant de profiter de paysages magnifiques (les 7 îles, la presqu’île de Renote à Tregastel, l’île grande, l’île de Bréhat …

Tolle Wohnung in ruhiger Nachbarschaft und trotzdem mitten drin. Alles was benötigt ist in nächster Nähe erreichbar. Vermieter gibt einem jede Menge Tipps für Sehenswürdigkeiten. Um die Granit Rose zu erkunden ist dies ein guter Ausgangspunkt.

Wunderbarer Aufenthalt
Wir haben eine Woche im September in Perros-Guirec an der Rosa Granitküste verbracht und uns in dieser schönen, gepflegten Maisonettewohnung sehr wohlgefühlt. Der Vermieter hat sich um alles gekümmert und gute Tipps und Empfehlungen gegeben. Die absolut ruhige Lage in der Nähe von Geschäften, Restaurants und Yachthafen ist perfekt, Terrasse und Parkplatz stehen zur Verfügung, also alles bestens. Alle Hygieneregeln werden sehr genau eingehalten, gut zu wissen in Coronazeiten.
