Take a look at the before pictures, and you won't believe your eyes. This cabin underwent a transformation like no other and is a great example of space planning! It comfortably accommodates 7 people and is loaded with some of the coolest features a vacation home can have. Combine that with the location right behind the 4-Way and Cozy's Cabin is one of the hippest addresses in town!
Stepping into Cozy's Cabin is a trip from the past to the future. Pulling up you will notice that the outside has been painstakingly preserved to appear just as it did when the early settlers came to Crested Butte. Inside is nothing short of amazing! Upon entering the home you are in the open living, kitchen, and dining area. Created so that the whole family is part of the action, this cabin is meant for fun. There's even a net to turn the dining area into a ping pong table for those late night family competitions!
The kitchen has been created for the gourmet chef in all of us. Outfitted with Carrerra marble countertops surrounding a La Cornue Fe stove and oven from France...this is a chef's dream getaway. Built into the custom cabinetry you will find a Sub-Zero fridge, Bosch dishwasher and Asko washer and dryer.
On the main level is also the master bedroom with queen bed. The master bath has a beautiful stainless and porcelain soaking tub that takes you back to yesteryear, (only the miners just wish they had anything like this!) Out back is a flagstone patio and large yard for the kids to play in. Upstairs you will find 2 bedrooms and a full bath. The first bedroom is designed with kids in mind. There are 3 built in twin beds (2 with trundles) and a flat panel TV for movie night. Across the hall is a room with two twin beds that can be converted to a king in the blink of an eye. The full bath on this level has dual vanities and a large shower with incredible views of Mt. Crested Butte.

Overall the place is solid - the inside is really amazing and well appointed. The location is also nice. The main issue is the front of the house - what the pictures and description do not show is that the property borders a very busy parking lot with a dumpster right outside. The pictures intentionally hide this and make it look like its on a quaint quiet street; its not. There are people right in front of the property all day with their bikes, changing, cooking, dumping trash in the dumpster. If dumpsters and parking lots don't bother you then no big deal; as i mentioned the inside is really great and location is good; but for me and my family when we are paying at a relatively higher price point i'd at least like to know what i am signing up for; hence the real issue is the fact that this was never disclosed and clearly it should have been.

Spring break
We loved this property and will be back! The location is perfect for a quick ride on the free bus to the mountain, and a short walk up Elk to the stores and restaurants! The house’s restoration was done very well, and has the charm of an old home with the amenities of a new house. We loved the size for our family of 4, but it could have fit another family if needed. Monica was wonderful to work with and responded quickly to any concerns!

We really loved this house: from the nice beds, amazing tub, in-wall speakers, games, and books for our kiddos! We also loved walking to the main strip--our 3 year old even walked the whole way and back! Monica was really easy to communicate with and the house is everything it promised to be. We couldn't have been happier with our stay.

Beautiful home and amazing location
Monica's home was absolutely perfect for our family trip to Crested Butte, we could not be more happy with our stay here. The home is steps away from downtown CB, but still quiet at night and in the mornings. The home had everything we needed for cooking and grilling and we loved using the fire pit in the evenings. Monica was a great host and left all the information we needed for a seamless stay. We would 100% stay here again!

Cozy’s Cabin is in the perfect location within walking distance to all the wonderful shops and restaurants on Elk Ave. The house is so cute, and uniquely decorated. The house is amazing! Great location and updated to include everything you may possibly need. The check in and out process was extremely easy and you’re a quick 3 minute walk into town.
You’re also close to the free shuttle that takes you to the mountain town if you don’t want to drive.
We couldn’t have been happier with our stay and will definitely look to rent this spot again! You can’t go wrong!

Welcoming & Warm
Great place to stay and enjoy a weekend get away...honestly, we didn't want to leave, we could have stayed longer. CB is near and dear to our heart and we normally stay on the mountain, but this cabin in town was warm and welcoming. Easy walk to catch the bus to go ski and super close to the main street to walk and enjoy the food in town. We can't wait to go back and will stay here again!

Worth the wait!
I watched this property during its entire remodel phase! I was so intrigued with the progress and couldn't wait to stay in this home! It was so popular that it took several years before the timing of my vacations lined up with the availability of the home. Finally, we were able to stay here and it was definitely worth the wait!! What a precious home...beautiful, yet comfortable and lacking for nothing! Great location, wonderful amenities!

FAV Town & Cabin - BEST experience 10/10
This is our 5th trip to Colorado and by far our favorite lodging experience! Crested Butte is our most beloved town in Colorado and coupled with this amazing cabin, we did not want to leave. We are already planning our next trip when we hope to stay for at least a month. Cleanliness is top priority for us with small children who spend much time in the floor and our expectations were exceeded. The attention given to quality, design and decor in the renovation are apparent the moment you open the front door. We suggest taking time to soak in the views from the front porch swings and the gorgeous patio out back. But rest assured, views are also plentiful from every room in the house. There’s a “secret room” for little ones and our kids had the best time hanging out in this space! Monica is responsive, accommodating and kind! Cozy chic cabin
Finishing our snow tour odyssey to see 8 total mountain towns, this was the perfect last stop for my family to rest. Steps away from the funky charm of the main Elk Avenue it offered great walks while my family needed to rest. Also we had the pleasure of seeing the annual Mardi Gras parade right out on our street. This is a overall pleasing property that we can’t wait to come back and try in the summer.

Wonderful Modern House Close to Town!
This house truly is adorable from the outside and incredibly modern and spacious on the inside. The queen bed in the master bedroom was very comfortable. The kitchen is gorgeous with white marble and large awesome gas oven. The gas fireplace made our evenings incredibly cozy. We loved that we could connect our IPhone to the speaker system and play our music throughout the house. Fantastic location next to the Visitor Center and main street of town. We walked to dinner every night and loved it. We caught the bus to skiing at the Visitor Center each day which was easy and took no time at all. We will look forward to staying here again!

We have stayed here numerous times - you can't beat the location, and it's probably one of the nicest, most original houses in Crested Butte. Walk 1 minute to bus stop to Mt. Crested Butte, 1 minute to town - absolutely perfect! You won't need your car.

Our favorite in Crested Butte!
This is the second time we've stayed here, and there's really no better place in CB in our opinion. Easy access to the mountain (bus stop right behind the house) and even easier access to the town - right across the street! The house has everything you need for cooking in and hanging out. We will definitely stay here again.
