Appartement très agréable - Situation en plein centre ville. Accès à pied aux remontées mécaniques Tout peut se faire à pied - Accès possible à la piscine de la résidence en fin de journée Parking souterrain

Très peu d'équipement dans la cuisine pour pouvoir cuisiner correctement. Le mobilier pourrait être amélioré pour donner un aspect plus accueillant à l'appartement

Un hébergement calme, propre, douillet et "prête à l'emploi" pour nos quelques jours de vacances.

L'hébergement était très propre, calme, bien équipé (réfrigérateur, micro-onde, plaques de cuisson, cafetière, bouilloire, télés dont une dans la chambre, étendoir, etc...), bien chauffé et température facilement réglable, un certain nombre de choses étaient fournies pour notre arrivée (PQ, serviettes de toilette, savons, café/thé avec sucre et filtres, etc...), la literie était bien confortable et propre et une couverture supplémentaire était disponible en cas de besoin. Nous avons également eu un peignoir et une paire de chaussons (dommage qu'il n'y en ai eu qu'un lot alors que nous étions 2). Il y avait suffisamment de rangements pour nos affaires et de prises pour nos appareils. Du wifi disponible mais aussi des prises réseau dans certaines pièces. La douche était bien spacieuse et pratique à utiliser. La résidence avait un parking facile d'accès, un ascenseur et un certain nombre d'accès à la résidence depuis l'extérieur disponibles via la clé qui nous était fournie. J'ai également beaucoup apprécié de ne pas avoir à faire le ménage moi-même comme c'est souvent demandé dans ce genre de location, c'était un stress en moins (nous avons quand même laissé l'appartement dans un état très correcte).

J'aurais aimé qu'il y ai une machine à laver le linge dans l'appartement, ou une petite laverie accessible pour les clients, mais une des personne de l'accueil m'a gentiment indiqué des laveries dans le secteur. La salle de bain manquait d'un porte serviette : un seul crochet contre la paroi de la douche + un sèche-serviette assez petit, c'est un peu juste pour accrocher tout ce qui était fourni (2 grandes serviettes, 2 moyennes, 2 petites, un tapis de bain et un peignoir ; j'ai dû faire preuve d'imagination). La douche manquait un peu de débit à mon goût et les WC étaient un poil trop hauts (assise dessus, mes pieds touchaient à peine le sol, je fais 1m60). La vue depuis le "balcon" donnait sur la cour intérieure et les balcons des résidents. Quel dommage au pieds des montagnes, de ne pas pouvoir les admirer depuis la fenêtre. Mais ces quelques petits "soucis" n'ont en rien gâché notre séjour. Nous choisirons probablement à nouveau cette résidence la prochaine fois que nous viendrons.

Clean apartment, but note it’s located in an elderly care home

The apartment was spacious and tidy, the underground parking was nice and secure.

It was mentioned in the reviews, but the notion that it is a senior complex is an understatement. It’s better to describe it as an elderly care home. This might not be an issue for some, but it definitely impacted our stay.

there are no curtains in the bedroom or living room, just light nets. means light comes in from cinema signs and also as soon as it gets outside. there is a second rail for curtains to be in place - maybe they were forgotten?

the cleaning lady was extremely rude and came with her own key without knocking when I was changing, half a hour before the check out time limit. she said she was in a hurry and can wait for us to get dressed and leave.

briancon is a fantastic alpine retreat with great walks, this apartment made it all the more enjoyable.

centre ville location, parking secure, very spacious apartment; vast bathroom! staff particularly helpful. strange being in an old persons facility but a few bemused but relaxed tourists like us enjoyed the fantastic facilities including a pool early evening to ourselves.

well fitted kitchen but no bowls and only one knife! otherwise a great place.

this is a great option if you look for a clean, modern and fully furnished accommodation in briancon. we particularly enjoyed the company of the elders. the location is great, easily accessible by car with a large parking slot. very good value for money and good restaurant at reasonable prices. highly recommended

It's an elderly house / service flat building. So, you are in a room, that is designed for disabled persons, which is okay, but you should be aware of.

Comfy and spacious apartment in a very quiet relaxed residence

part of a senior assisted residence, our one bedroom was really comfy, very spacious and welcoming. The balcony and underground parking were really nice

We liked the location and the free indoor parking and the spaciousness of the apartment.

Lack of utensils for self catering i.e. no bead or chopping boards, no sharp knives, only one small pot and one small frying pan. No oven only a microwave.

Good location,close to ski lift. Great value

The accommodation was spacious and very nicely presented . The warm bathroom with shower was large and accessible the bed was comfortable and had very nice bedlinen. Pool was warm , the hrs were restricted 6 -8pm ,suitable for post skiing relaxation .More to like-The accommodation provides a lovely environment for mixed senior full time residents,their visitors and other guests including some children . Very suitable for mature travellers. The staff were welcoming and helpful and post stay followup was brilliant. Thank you . Ski shops do overnight ski and boot storage , short walk and warm boots . Excellent garage for car and ski storage on site if needed.

A few extra conveniences to help with self catering without encouraging massive meals would give added value . Useful tips - self drive - arrive and leave in daylight ! Car hire - chains essential.

The apartment was impressive and comfortable, with amenities that far exceeded my expectations. The apartment included a kitchen, a small dining area, a living room and a balcony from which one could see the mountains. The garage is very comfortable!

Difficult to find it (eg. google map). WiFi access to one device only.

It is big, new and spotlessly clean. Fully furnished and functional. Friendly receptionist

The complete absence of charme. Fully functional, the whole place is like a newly built prison with large gates surrounding it, feels like an old age pension, no one around, cold, and there is a lot of construction work around it.
