War für Kurzurlaub perfekt.

Machart, Ausstattung, Erreichbarkeit auch für Radtouren ins Umland. Velogarage ist eine gute Einrichtung!

Der Gebäudekomplex von Healthineers verursachte störende Geräusche 24 Std. Ob die von Klimaanlage oder Wärmepumpe kommen kann ich nicht sagen. Auf jeden Fall war es nicht möglich nachts zum Schlafen das Fenster offen zu haben.

Extremely happy with the service and the stay. I will definitely go back to staying here.

The location is very convenient, the staff are extremely helpful, and the place is very well maintained. I had a really comfortable staying experience.

As the upper floors get hot during summer, they could provide a fan with every stay.

- ruhige Lage der Ferienwohnungen, - gute Verkehrsanbindungen in die Stadt und in die Umgebung, - nahe gelegene Einkaufsmöglichkeiten, - Gutscheine für das Frühstück, gute Auswahl - Dusche im Zimmer + gute Ausstattung, - Küchenzeile + Mikrowelle und Herdplatten, - flexible Sitzmöglichkeiten + Sessel und Stuhl, - Jalousien - freundliche und hilfsbereite Mitarbeiter, ein Anruf und schon ist jemand vor Ort, - Kühlschrank für Getränke in der Lobby, - Fahrstuhl - Parkplätze für die Gäste hinter dem Haus, - Mülltrennung nähe Parkplatz

- Gardinen: - keine blickdichten Übergardinen (Balkontür zum Lüften des Raums aufmachen ohne jedes Mal die Jalousien zu öffnen) - Leselampe am Bett ist zu dunkel

Sehr ruhiges Haus mit guter Ausstattung, gerne immer wieder, auch für längere Aufenthalte.

Sehr ruhige Lage und sehr ruhiges Haus. Großer Supermarkt fußläufig in der Nähe. Zeitgemäße Ausstattung, es ist alles da, was man braucht. Auch für gehbehinderte Menschen finde ich es geeignet. Ein Haus zum Wohlfühlen!

In der Duschkabine gibt es beginnenden Schimmel in den Fugen und den unteren Ecken. Viel zu kleine Müllbeutel für den viel zu großen Mülleimer, alles fällt daneben.

Will book a room there again for the upcoming work-trips to Erlangen

The rooms are spacious, well equipped with kitchen appliances/TV and with a balcony or a terrace. I was provided with breakfast coupons for a nearby bakery for the duration of my stay. The apartments are located in a quiet neighbourhood, with decent restaurant options nearby (5-10 mins walk).

Very clean and comfortable.

This is very clean even by German standards. The location is central but quiet. You can sleep well, there is everything you need and you can do laundry in there for free, as well.

+ very clean + friendly staff + easy access + close to 3 supermarkets. + big room.

- the walls are thin, and you can hear what is happening on the hallway (my apartment was located near the entrance door in the hallway - the location is 20-25 minutes walking to the city center. However, it is behind Siemens Medical. And there are a couple of buses that you can take to the city center.

Very nice fully equipped apartment.

Nice fully equipped apartment with good bed (hard mattress) and balcony. The apartment has a big heater so it was nice warm there. As a bonus for a short stay I have also got a 6,60 EUR breakfast coupons to close bakery. I found also laundry room with washing machines. No problem with parking on the street.

Not a permanent reception with open hours, so you have to call before you check-in and also the main doors are locked. Tiled hard cold floor without any carpet, wood or laminate. Noisy on the hallway due to long stay occupants/families which visit each other. Maybe for somebody to take out the trash (like from your home) but for me it was not a problem.

Being an apartment, it has no cleaning services included for an entire week, even if a hotel with a similar price and conditions has them. To be taken into consideration for long stays. The towels were not extremly clean and, more awful, the sheets had strains (or, maybe, where just dirty!)

I really enjoyed my days in Erlangen and if I am to go back I will prefer to stay at the same place.

The location was very fine to me in such a way that I was able to do some shopping to the near by supermarkets.

Good value for money

Wide and bright room, fully equipped kitchenette (I didn't use), useful desk, good wi-fi, easy parking in the street. Cleanliless, noiseless. Because of a storm my flight was delayed, I informed the property and there was no problem (the staff is not continuously present). Nice young lady at the reception. A bakery-coffee with wide choice a few hundred meters away.

TV not working (no signal). Quiet residential area, which means with few shops and restaurants (that close early), to dine you have to move by car.

Good Location , nice people, all was fine!

Nice place in a comfortable location! The Host was very positive, responsive and polite with a great sense of humor :) Recommend!

The only "problem" for me was lack of coffee :) one coffee machine could help a lot :) and the Fire Alarm :)
