great place to stay in Hakuba, friendly staff with great local knowledge. comfortable, quiet location. hotel staff easy to organise trips locally
Moderste but easy grade walk into town (approx 10 mins)

Cosy and comfortable like your house.
The onsen is a steal after daily skiing.
The view from the window of Ski Jump, also from the restaurant is amazing and unbeatable.
Super delicious breakfast with great view
Distance to the other slopes besides Nakiyama slope. Distance to Echoland where all the restaurants are

Family run boutique hotel with everything you need and more. Shuttle bus right outside. Free parking if you drive. They have a restaurant that serves a good selection of Japanese and western breakfast. They also have a reasonable priced dinner menu.

Mr Keita is a true gentleman and a fantastic concierge.
He runs his hotel smoothly and efficiently.
Is in a wonderful location, right in front of the mountain.

the owner Keita and Monica are exceptional people with excellent pmservices and make our experience in Hakuba truly exceptional.
the location is a bit far to walk to the Happo One bus terminal however the free pick up and drop off service is excellent

breakfast. there was a public bath and sauna.
traditional Japanese style rooms. Bathroom was very very small which included toilet also. The pillow, carpet, furniture looks ages old and have sign of prolonged use. The lighting inside room is very dark which gives a sad feeling.
