I didn’t like that they reserve chairs and tables by the pool and outside areas for people who want

I didn’t like that they reserve chairs and tables by the pool and outside areas for people who want to ent for few hours, everyone in the hotel has to be locked in there room that is not right and bad restaurant service made us wait 30-40 min for food when there were only two tables occupied in the whole restaurant. Also the food was cold and they forgot my wife’s food so we had to share a little food. And they gave me room with no view and when I wanted to change my room they want to over charge me.

very beautiful lavish, marble walkways green areas kind and helpful staff fairly close the the airport

bed was quite hard (my friend’s was good) carpet near window needs to be cleaned or replaced

The location was good run out of most on The brach ended up paying to much for no food options

Toilet did not work good did not flush well balcony when arrived cigarrents under chairs plus only 2 towels per room not good for family of 5 with kids not good to share towels with kids while adults use them called for extra 2 was told that only 2 per room did not get them bad..plus no help with suitcases when arrived all of us carry them through lots of stairs with the kids help elevator only had through 5 floor only had to carry them through stairs all the way to the 7th floor..

My property was stolen the safe wasn’t working properly my Versace My Versace necklace and Dior Makeup. I realized when o when I was checking out gathering my items. I told front and they did nothing said the manager was not on on property. Also initially they gave me a room with with a broken door I was relocated.

Cold water for 2 days Internet super slow and the maintenance person tried to come in my room then said he thought I wasn't there. No explanation why he needed to come in.

not good at all , they refused to at least not charge for one of the three rooms we booked

the elevator didn’t work , we lost our trip to Mazatlan because they couldn’t open our dour to the room so we couldn’t check out by 11 because our luggage was inside the room , it took over 2 1/2 hours to open it . by then we had lost our bus to Mazatlan , we had to buy tickets again for all six of us
