The beds were comfy. Staff was very nice. Cleanliness left much to be desired. Breakfast bar was kinda gross. I paid almost $200. The room should have been more like $70.
Breakfast bar eggs were terrible. It was very dirty. I saw them mopping the floors but they should prioritize making the food area sanitary.

It’s very interesting. Overall, it’s pretty family friendly and just dated.
Pretty noisy and was hard to tell what was clean or just super old.

nothing
there was overwhelming trash around the building

I really liked the delicious food and drinks from the restaurant. Also it was one of the most quite places we have stayed.
The shower curtain looked a little dirty.

The ease of booking, the staff’s professionalism, the pool and the hot tub! Thank you! After having a miserable experience at the Super 8 this was refreshing! Well done!

convenient location
the rooms smelled really bad, like they were trying to cover something up.

Nice location, large lobby and spacious but run down
no heat in large facility and restaurant. rooms not cleaned ( hair, blood and whatever on sheets). hair in bathroom floor and tub. bad smell in Hallways. staff walked into room without out knocking while we were preparing to leave room for checkout. Informed clerk at checkout “I tell manager”. spent $145. for this similar stories from other parents staying and school teams staying same time frame! Don’t support this ownership!

nice lobby
our room was ok. no staff. breakfast was eggs and toast cereal. no fruit No yogurt. no one there on staff to ask for anything.

No staff maintaining
Very smelly rooms & lots of maintenance issues or areas that have been most likely turned into insurance claims and then never fixed....yellow/brown water stains in drywall or peeling paint, maid definitely didn't clean the room, etc...never stay there again

Nothing!!!
It was scary for 2 ladies traveling.

Large facilities and easy to get to.
The facilities need some repairs to bring it up to better condition. The room itself needed some painting and plumbing work. It looked like there was maybe a leak from the room above or ceiling causing the paint to peel.

The location was good.
The hotel was really dirty. The roof leaks very badly in the lobby, the foyer, and the pool area. The breakfast was very lacking. The pancake maker was great except there was no syrup and there was no one around to ask. There was a wedding reception in the conference room...no air conditioning. They ending up packing everything up and leaving because it was too hot to be in there, let alone dance.

nothing
dirty, staff is not friendly at all, spent 10 mins in our room and immediately asked for a refund after seeing pee on the walls, past guests nails on the floor, and some substance on the chair.

Nothing
it was run down, dirty carpet in the stairwell. Cracks in the walls and ceiling. No elevator. No extra blankets. Staff was difficult to understand. Breakfast was disgusting. Will not be going back.

We went to Douglas, WY for the state fair. The location is good for that.
Parking was adequate and seems pretty safe.
The breakfast is free, and that's the best I can say about that. The selection is meh.
Oh, where to start. With the state fair, I knew the prices would rise. And I can put up with some "problems", but when I am paying Hilton prices for less than Motel 6 accommodations, I'm not happy.
Housekeeping was nonexistent. We had to ask for new towels, and the room was not cleaned or made up.
The air conditioner kept the room comfortable, but was LOUD.
The breakfast was meh at best. At least there was cereal. And the pancake machine was neat. Yogurt was always out. And there was no one around to ask for help.
The bed, while a king, was uncomfortable as heck. And the covering comforter, eh, let's just say sketchy.

Nothing.
Everything, you would expect a conference hotel to be top notch, but it was disgusting.

The hotel was dirty and smelled like smoke everywhere even though it was non smoking. There were boogers on the wall.

The bed was clean. Also, the fridge was clean and working.
They need to fix the bathroom wall with the water damage, they need to clean or get new carpet. They need to clean or get new air conditioners. They spray perfume in them to cover the mildew smell. The perfume is all I could smell in the hall and in my room. They need to make sure they have food and drinks available at the breakfast bar.

The location was good. Staff was friendly. Property allows pets.
Mainly the disrepair of the facilities in the rooms. Shower curtain rods hung at an angle so you couldn't really shut the shower curtain, vent fan timer broken so essentially made the fan worthless. The grounds of the facility were very sad (dirt), ladders and other equipment leaning up against exterior walls which appeared to have been there for quite some time. Also, what really wasn't right was they rented out the swimming pool (which was one of the hotel's best features) to a children's birthday party on the Saturday afternoon we were there and had no intention of abiding by their own rules with respect to the number of people in the pool, length of time, etc. It was quite a disappointing surprise to be harassed by the mother's of the children when we attempted to use the pool.

good location, quiet, easy access to hwy, good breakfast, excellent Indian restaurant, The Chutes, on site with excellent food and bar! Garry the owner, and Preet the receptionist were very friendly, nice people. A great experience!
I am a 70 year old six footer, if I had thought it out better I would have reserved a handicapped room. The toilet stool was very low. Good thing the tub and cabinet were close enough for me to use as leverage to get up! I found the same issue at other hotels on this trip of ours. I'll know better next trip!

place had a weird smell

I mean the pool was ok.
There was old blood splattered on our wall, mattress was extremely dirty, the linen smelt horrid, there was only a thin quilt on top.
Smelt like old cigarettes and dirtiness,
There was small pieces of glass on ground.
Doors didn’t lock well
Staff is weird
Breakfast was expired food.
I’m pregnant + have a 2 year old, so the fact that they’re serving 2 week old yogurt, expired orange juice, and who knows what else, is extremely disappointing. The coffee was even horrible.
This hotel is maybe worth $20-30 a night honestly.

Quit other than the fight. Close to restaurants.
Tub had no stopper. There was a lot of construction going on so my allergies flared up. There was a domestic fight. Breakfast was not what you would expect for a Continental breakfast. Front desk clerk had no clue what side of the building my room was located on.

Everything was just fine.
