We had a nice stay -- would recommend to others

There were lots of choices for a breakfast -- eggs, sausage, bread products, waffles, fruit, etc.

The bed "blanket/covering" could be longer in length and warmth.

One of my favorite places I've stayed at

Excellent breakfast, so much better than most hotels. The deer outside just added to the experience. The room was very comfortable and spacious. Loved the rescue llamas as well.The staff was friendly and helpful.

Fabulous! We will definitely stay here again!

We loved the open space, green grass, deer hanging around in the morning, pool, hot tub, Alpaca's of course, and walking paths to get downtown. What a great location!

Breakfast was plentiful and good! Staff was very friendly and attentive, parking was easy!

Love Sisters and Love the Ponderosa.

This is my favorite place to stay! It’s a beautiful property with an amazing friendly staff.

Disappointing

Breakfast was good with hot food and a good variety.

We got booked in a pet room even though we did not have a pet and it smelled like wet dog and carpet shampoo.

You can't Beat It 👍

Everything, was Amazing. Every morning we had a great breakfast, family enjoyed the pool and sauna. The llamas were an extra added bonus. Coming and going was simple, day and day out as we had many activities planned and completed. The hotel made everything simple and easy throughout our stay. I would definitely recommend. Thank you Best Western.

Good location to relax in Sisters.

Great breakfast, clean outdoor pool and hot tub, fun to be next to the alpacas, pet-friendly rooms available.

Pet-friendly room triggered our allergies- maybe needs some more regular deep cleans or airing out. Needed to get pillows/blanket for pull out sofa bed— none in closet even though we booked for a family of four.

Restful and peaceful!

Everything! Clean and spacious room, quiet, soundproof room, beautiful grounds and landscaping, excellent breakfast!

Stayed the night to be close to Hoodoo ski area.

The breakfast was really good. A local saloon caters the food. Plenty of choices. You can just pick what you want. Always fun to see the Alpacas.

Everything was amazing! We are very happy!

We loved the cabin look that the property has. The location was amazing and close to stores and restaurants. The King Room w/private spa tub was amazing.

I can’t think of anything we didn’t like.

Relaxing and Rejuvenating Stay.

Everything! The location is easy to get into and in a nice location. Spa Suite room is amazing. Very comfortable and clean rooms. Breakfast was good. Guests are quiet. Front desk and cleaning staff were very friendly and helpful.

I have no complains.

Our 41st wedding anniversary

Breakfast was good, room was large and spacious, bathroom with the jacuzzi was awesome. Quite and away from the highway so no highway noise. Patio area was a pleasant view of green grass pine trees and the alpacas.

Having a list of things to do around the area such as finding better restraunts, things to do, shopping. and day trips
