This Gulf Front Luxury home is poised directly on Indian Rocks Beach and situated in "The Narrows", A unique area on the South end of Indian Rocks Beach where Owners and Vacationers alike enjoy Direct Views of the Beach, Gulf of Mexico as well as Great views of the Intracoastal waterway!
This wonderful home offers 4 Bedrooms each en-suite plus a Media room that offers a queen size sleeper sofa for additional guest. There are 4 full baths PLUS (2) 1/2 baths. On the main living floor you will find a queen size bedroom, media room with a queen sleeper sofa, humongous kitchen with gas cooking, dining area for 10, family room and a beach front balcony over looking the beach and pool. On the 3rd floor there are 3 additional bedrooms..... The Master Suite is spacious with a direct views of the Beach and Gulf. The master bath offers a walk-in shower, tub, his and her vanities, Gulf front balcony and walk-in closet. The 2 other bedrooms both enjoy water views of the Intracoastal waterway. The "kids room" offers two bunk beds both with a twin on the upper bunk and one of the bottom bunk is full sized. All in all this room can sleep up to 6. The other bedroom (4th bedroom) offers a queen size bed.
On the ground floor of this home you will find a 2 car garage, large air conditioned entry with great access leading out to the heated swimming pool and spa, pool bath and BBQ outdoor grill. Perfect for large families! An elevator runs to all 3 floors.
Great location within walking distance to the business district in Indian Rocks Beach offering 5 or 6 fantastic restaurants such as VIP, Crabby Bills, Villa Gallace's to name a few, the post office, CVS drug store, museum and Splash Water park!

IMPORTANT DISCLOSURE REGARDING HEATED POOL:
Pool heaters only function while the pool pump is running. The pool pump typically runs 8 to 10 hours per day.
When temperatures consistently stay below 65 degrees during the day and colder at night, it is not likely that the pool will achieve desired heated temperatures of 82 to 84 degrees. On the rare occasion our temperatures dip into the 40's, the pool heater will not be able to function adequately so will not be turned on.
*This property has a charge of $35/per day to increase the temperature of the pool over 84 degrees.
We do not give refunds or credits for cold weather and or mechanical failures. We will do everything possible to remedy any situation within our control.

Coastal Breeze is an absolute gem nestled on the shore of Indian Rocks Beach. Our stay was nothing short of spectacular. The breathtaking ocean views, colorful sunsets and white sand beach provided a lovely landscape for daily fun and relaxation, not to mention amazing photos. The pool and spa (with retractable awning) offered a nice alternative whenever we wanted a respite from the beach.
The house itself was impeccably clean, beautifully furnished and equipped with everything we needed for a comfortable stay. It was very spacious, providing ample room for our family. The beach views from the huge windows in the family room downstairs and master bedroom above it were truly amazing!
The property management team was helpful and responsive. If we had any concerns, it was the parking, which was a little tricky for our 3 cars, but we made it work.
We highly recommend Coastal Breeze and Indian Rocks Beach for your next vacation.

Great house and location for a family vacation! Kitchen well equipped to cook meals at home or grill on the pool-side BBQ. Beds were nice and firm with wonderful linen. Bathroom towels were nice and fluffy!! Garage had beach chairs and beach toys for the kids. Beach/pool towels were also a bonus to not have to bring your own.
Our only negative was upon our arrival the pool was EXTREMELY dirty and water cloudy.... we thought the pool man might be coming but he never showed up on Saturday. The rental manager's office was closed on Sunday but when we called Monday morning they said someone would be out that day. By Wednesday the pool was clean and perfectly clear. Would definitely book a stay at this house again!!!

We absolutely LOVED this home on the Gulf! Our group had two families; one with 4 adults and 1 teen and the other with 2 adults, a teen and a young child. This home slept all of our group perfectly with beds to spare! We enjoyed the pool when the sun felt too hot on the beach and the beach…wow.. just footsteps from our backyard and absolutely gorgeous. The sunsets were worth every penny we paid for this home. The town had plenty to do and even plenty to walk to from the house. The only thing we would change if we could was the crazy driveway situation. We had to be pretty strategic to get in and out with two cars in our party. We would highly recommend this home and location to anyone!

The Coastal Breeze was all that we hoped for in a get-away house. The property was bright, airy, comfortable and spacious. The views, and accompanying chairs for each spot, were perfect. The pool and hot tub were well maintained. The TV room was perfect for family movies. The Property Mgmt. company responded quickly to our questions and needs. The washing machine and dryer were helpful and convenient to have. The kitchen had many items we needed for home cooked meals. It was easy to walk to nearby restaurants.

We loved our stay here! We appreciated the elevator, enjoyed the hot tub/pool as well as the gorgeous views. The kitchen was well stocked. The pack n play and high chair were appreciated as well as the beach chairs, towels and boogie boards. There were a few hiccups including finding a dead rat in the poolside kitchen area and the microwave quit on us. The cleaning team could also be a little more thorough as there was some accumulated dust in some of the bathrooms/bedrooms. The main issue that we encountered that was not address was that the queen mattress on the main floor was very uncomfortable. This was reported multiple times and ultimately we were told that the owner would not replace it based on one complaint. We would definitely stay here again if the mattress is replaced. We enjoyed the location, beach access and thought the management team was overall helpful.

We splurged on this gulf-front house and really enjoyed our stay with our grown kids and one grandchild. Wonderful pool and hot tub patio right outside and the beach and water just a few steps away. Fantastic views from the living room and primary bedroom. Nice open kitchen. Ample supplies of soap, t.p., paper towels. Nice Keurig and a regular coffee maker and fridge with ice and water dispenser in the door. Lots of books at the house for adults and children. We enjoyed Keegan’s and Guppy’s and one special dinner at Villa Galace. Also Pipo & Betty’s coffee shop and bakery

this property is beautiful! Very clean and well stocked! the kitchen had everything we needed. Parking is tight! Sure would be nice if we could park in the hotel lot! We needed one of us to direct the driver to get out to the road. The full bed under the bunk bed and the fold out bed were uncomfortable. The master suite was wonderful! The pool and hot tub were big hits with the 3 and 6 year old. The beach was wonderful and not crowded at all. Nice walking distance to restaurants. Short drive to groceries and liquor and Costco! Would highly recommend this beautiful home and beachfront! Thank you for making everything so easy from checking in and out!

A return visitor to this home and it never disappoints. The house feels like our home away from home. We were not able to warm up the spa this time and always struggle with the narrow driveway but overall it's our go-to when visiting Indian Rocks. Walking distance to shops and restaurants makes it very convenient since we do not like using that driveway.

Coastal breeze was the perfect place for our extended family. It was just as beautiful in person as it was in the pictures. We had everything we needed from a fully stocked kitchen to beach towels and pool/beach toys. The staff in the office was extremely helpful and easy to get a hold of. We’ll definitely be back!!

Amazing
From the moment we arrived until the moment we left, we enjoyed all of it! We hated to leave. The kitchen had every gadget you would need to cook. There were pool toys and beach toys. The pool was cleaned twice when we were there. Being on the beach was a plus too! The views were amazing on both sides of the house. We walked to multiple restaurants! We would stay here again for sure!!

Beautiful home right on beach with heated pool and hot tub. Spacious and thoughtfully designed interior, we were very comfortable in the home with 3 adults and 4 children.
Great location with easy access to good restaurants, activities and airport. House came equipped with pool/beach toys, abundant towels, etc. Property management team was great to work with and checked in on us multiple times during our stay. We rented it again before our trip had even concluded.

Wonderful Family Vacation Home.
We had 6 adults and two children and this house was perfect!! The pool and spa were wonderful as well as the elevator. Loved that we were steps from the beach and the area has plenty of restaurants and shops.
This house had everything we needed from the basics to beach toys and shovels.
The driveway/parking can definitely be tricky
but by day 3, we had it down.
We even saw a dolphin in the water one morning.

Gorgeous view
We booked this house for our annual family vacation for its size and being on the beach. The house had three floors, an elevator, a well appointed and tastefully decorated kitchen and living room with a spectacular view of the beach. The is a TV in every room. The master bedroom had the most glorious view of the beach I’ve ever woken up to. The pool and hot tub were clean and were located in an area that got sun the entire day. Lots of toys and beach chairs were available for use. The week flew by. There are restaurants within walking distance and grocery stores just a short drive away. I highly recommend this property!

Property is lovely.. we are a very active middle aged group, who make this trip annually- but I think if you bought kids, it would be awesome for them too... although parking was a little tight, it would be 100% manageable for small/med sized cars. Kitchen was very well appointed - we are all foodies, and we did not lack for anything. We cooked every night but one, and we were not disappointed! Bedrooms were all very comfortable, with ample towels, and lovely bedding. We are big deck people, so this one is small, and furniture could be a little more comfortable - so we spent most of our time by the pool. Pool area was great, and very inviting. One suggestion though - maybe consider an additional step down to the beach... its just a little too tall..Overall, lovely property, and well worth it. a comfortable property
Overall, a nice place to stay (we were a party of four adult couples).
Pool and spa area were great as was the media/entertainment room and kitchen was well furnished.
Our only negative was the quality of cleaning in the kitchen area; granite counter tops were oily/sticky and refrigerator and several cabinet fronts had grubby handprints.

Perfect family getaway
From check-in to check-out we loved this house. Super easy and very responsive property managers. The only issue we had was a dead battery on a fire alarm and they came right over at 10pm to fix it. Each day "Fred Enrique " the Grey Heron came by and hung out for a few hours poolside with us.
The house is better than advertised. All week we kept finding pleasant surprises in the home that made our stay more enjoyable. We really enjoyed the retractable awning above the pool deck. The location of the house was perfect, and it was great walking directly out to our beach...or just swimming in the pool and being able to enjoy the beach view. The house had plenty of towels, beach equipment, toys and everything we needed to cook at home. Each bed was super comfortable and the kids absolutely loved their bunk room. Our 5yr old loved this place so much he cried all the way back to Tampa airport because he wanted to go back. Thank you for a great, memorable family week.
