Location is great, building is of nice colonial style an well kept.
Rooms are not very comfy, there is no A/C, parking lot is small. Our room’s bathroom was ridiculously small. There are no phones in the rooms so if you need anything, its necessary to call the front desk using your own phone (If you have the number).

Need better pillows to rest after a day of walking the streets of taxco

TODO EN GENERAL EXCELENTE

I like a lot the place and the amenities, also the location you can walk to downtown and some other places
I cancel one night and booking didn't answer me, I don't know why but I still waiting to have some news about the night I cancelled and what will happen with the money cuz I don't have any refund about the night I cancelled.

Excellent environment with garden and pool.
Location is great, a few minutes away from the hassle of the zocalo.
Inside the room, it’s somewhat lacking. Not much furniture, just one chair, lack of surface to put things. There’s no window, just a pair of doors open to the balcony. You either open the doors and risk of mosquito attack, or close them and feel suffocated.
The complimentary breakfast is as “ continental” as one can get if continental means light.

My hotel room was a dream - The large balcony doors opening up to the most beautiful view, the expansive balcony space to enjoy the crisp mountain air. The bed was so comfy and being able to sleep with the doors open at night was fantastic.
The location is perfect - and the restaurant on the rooftop provided a wonderful space to spend my mornings reading.
Access to the pool and the grounds was a huge perk as the days were very hot.
Everyone there was so friendly, except for the peacock. She was not interested in conversing with me ;)
The wifi in my room wasn't great - I wasn't able to connect to video calls and internet was very slow. But internet isn't great anywhere in town so not necessarily the hotels fault. But it forced me into stillness and rest which was very much needed to connect to the quiet of the nature and cute mountain town.

Beautiful hotel, really close to the center and the central plaza. Great view from the restaurant. The pool area is gorgeous, the pool looked clean, and we did not swim. There is a peacock and the garden is really peaceful.
The isolation is absolutely terrible! We stayed on a Saturday evening and I was barely able to get some sleep. Our room was located just under the restaurant with street access, between people walking in the hotel, cars, and street noise, it was an absolute nightmare!

The hotel was beautiful just like the architecture of the village. It was quiet and magical. It felt like we went back in time and experienced the life of the villagers.
The mattress was hard and there were no matches or lighter to turn on the stove.

The hotel was confotable and cozy.
Probably a bit expensive for what you get

Love the location was perfect although getting to park a van was tricky. I booked 4 rooms and the main room (for only two people) had a wonderful view of the pool and to Santa Prisca church. The complementary breakfast was great to start my day without paying extra money.
One of the rooms had tub and it didn’t drain properly when the shower was in use

The room we had was very nice. It had a balcony that overlooked the pool and courtyard where there were birds including a peacock roaming around. We also had a view of the cathedral. The hotel was quiet and peaceful. The breakfast was delicious.
