Thank you best Western.

The location was excellent! Came down 95 from Vegas and it was right there no hunting for it or driving way out of our way.... The breakfast was awesome and the staff kept all the trays of food full and hot......

The pool could have been kept a little cleaner.

It was a safe place to stay, and I’m thankful for it, but we probably wouldn’t come back just because of the odor.

Convenient location.

The whole room and bathroom smelled RANCID of urine; even the AC smelled of urine. Carpet was coming loose in the room and was a tripping hazard, the beds are pretty thin and stiff. My nose was burning and I had a raw throat in the morning from the urine odor.

The hotel was very nice

It was ok could offer different options every morning was the same

Our room was next to the staircase and a room that had military stuff going on very noisy. The men and women used that staircase very early and late.

Nice clean but room was tiny

Nice place that has been recently refreshed. I liked being surrounded by food, grocery store and a 99 cent store.

The room was tiny. No desk or couch. THE worst was that this was a handicap room but getting a chair around the room was difficult because the room was way too small.

Lots of noise from the highway

The highway was passing through our room. There is no insulation on the windows and we couldn’t sleep during three days. It was a total disappointment

Very good

Quiet, comfortable bed, clean room, plenty of pillows, towels. Right next to I8 freeway, but east of metro Yuma. Breakfast was okay, waffle maker, sausage, bacon, muffins, etc.

Ice machine on 1st floor was on the opposite side/wing from my room. Was faster to go a floor up for ice. There is a small snack/sundry nook, not many selections though.

the staff was nice and the breakfast wasn’t terrible

the room was ok at best. it smelt like cigarettes and there’s no windows to air it out. the bathroom had no hand soap, there wasn’t any cups and the water got shut off the last day I was there so I had no running water.

convenient to highway

I was thrilled to see they had an electric car charger in the front parking area. Thrilled until I went inside to ask about it. I was told there was a $25 charge to turn it on! A fully electric car costs around $12.50 to charge. My plug in hybrid which runs on either gas or electric battery takes a maximum of $3.00 to fully charge. A $25 charge is outrageous.

The staff was very accommodating. Friendly and helpful.

Misfortune that hot water did not work in the whole hotel one day . The staff worked diligently to resolve the situation.

Superb

Good variety on the breakfast menu but the fancy coffee machine was kind of weak. If you are going to have a machine that brews lattes, cappuccino etc at least have it dialed in so that it gives a good shot.

It was convenient

The coffee machine makes one cup at a time. People were in line to get a cup of coffee. Stupid. Premade coffee should be offered in large urns readily available.

Enjoyed our stay and the free breakfast was a great start to our day.

The hotel was clean, beds comfortable and the free breakfast (cereal, oatmeal, breads, eggs, sausage/bacon, yogurt, fruit) was pretty good. They had an onsite laundry that was $2 (coins) per use and there is a room by the front desk with quick grab food items (microwave food, drinks, snacks, basic supplies, etc.). There is a drink station (juice, coffee, tea, hot chocolate) by the front desk that is available 24/7. If you were staying for an extended stay the room had a good size fridge. We didn't use the outdoor pool or hot tub, but it's always a bonus when that option exists. The staff were very friendly and it is a pet friendly hotel.

It's priced is high, but that seems to be the case for all hotels these days.

Look out: no valid invoice for your reimbursement!

Good bed

Look out! This hotel refuses to give a valid invoice that i need to get a reimbursement from my company. They say this invoice should come from booking.com but that is nonsense. I never had this problem with any other hotel i booked via booking.com. I contacted the hotel 3 times, but did not get what i need. I put Best Western on my black list.
