Overall a good experience

Very good location, close to centre of Marbella but far enough out to keep away from the noise Super efficient check-in process Spacious, modern apartment for the most part Lovely view from the balcony

Noise of moving furniture from other apartments - every morning of our stay Lack of atmosphere at the pool Pool facilities limited - second pool closed Functional kitchen, not at the standard of the rest of the apartment

Ok once we got our original booking

We booked the marino Mariola for 8 nights and a few days before they said that our apt wasn't ready so we were in another appartment the first night about 4kms away(Coral beach) - We accepted that - We arrived checked into Coral beach and the next morning they said out of that by 1pm that day and our own Apartment in MM was not ready till 3pm - They did not offer us a taxi back to our original MM accommodation and we had to sit outside on day 2 of our holiday on the street with our bags and 4 teenagers for an hou or so and get our own taxi to our original MM accommodation. We lost 24 hours of our holidays.

Very good

Beachfront location at less crowded part of boulevard. Nice view from balcony and large enough terrasses to use. Service at property is excellent. Apartment interieur is partly little outdated but TV, Sofa and kitchen equipment were really fine. Easy location to reach P Banus and other dining/shopping locations. Large parking garage.

Could use a few more umbrallas at the pools.

The apartment was in a great location but sea view only from balcony.

Easily accessible because I had a car. Friendly staff, good communication.

It was off-site from the apartment. If I did not have a car, I would have had to take a taxi with all my things, then take a taxi to the apartment

Great apartment location close to beach but customer service could be better

Had to travel to location quite far from property. This was not revealed until after booking. Had to arrange our own transport for this contingency.

Customer service. The original apartment we had had a problem. The apartment company offered us a new room and instead of letting us keep this at no cost suggested we go through the inconvenience of moving mid holiday. They did eventually let us keep the room but we had to pay for it even though there were clearly non other bookings. Not ideal having to go through all of that mid-holiday. No instructions on where to take bins on check in. We only received these on check out.

Superb

The locations and the host Emma were superb - there were a few teething problems with one of the toilets, the wardrobe doors and the beach towels not being there but Emma sorted these out very efficiently. The dishwasher was faulty and this needs to be attended to but other than that we really enjoyed our stay

Completely chill experience in the BEST location possible. 5 star apartment with sea view

The apartment is run by Coral Beach, who were excellent. We even got a maid service that we didn’t expect. The location is amazing. Right on the beach

Very good

The location is just perfect. It is on the beach and close to Marbella. Thera are a lot of restaurants. The communication with the host was very effective via WhatsApp. The host was always very helpful.

The furniture on the terrace was old and dirty. We couldn’t use the sun beds. Terraces were not clean. When we arrived the apartment was clean but apparently not used for a long time. There was a feeling of musty.

Perfect and kind staff

The place it was perfect. The staff was so nice as well. We would love to repeat the experience again. Thanks so much for all.

We missed some items at the kitchen. Like a broom for swiping or kitchen paper. But the rest was so cool, so clean and comfortable.
