Suitable for couples or families, this home offers a sense of privacy like none other, yet is only a few minutes drive from beautiful Cape Naturaliste beaches and the townships of Yallingup and Dunsborough.

The home is completely self-contained and includes four spacious bedrooms, two luxurious bathrooms & a fabulous open plan living / kitchen / meals area that opens via large glass sliding doors to a large covered timber deck.

Everything has been brilliantly thought out so that your stay is enjoyable. Fabulous features include: slow combustion wood fire & reverse cycle air conditioner to keep you warm or cool no matter what weather condition; a modern & extremely comfortable lounge suite; designer chefs kitchen with large oven, dishwasher; quality cutlery, plates, glasses & platters, and a huge fridge/freezer to store all the supplies; a 10 seater dining table plus a 10 seater outdoor setting; outdoor BBQ, 1 carport plus loads of additional parking; washing machine & dryer; a plasma television in the fourth bedroom, as well as in the living room.

The bathrooms are beautifully appointed, both with large showers, double vanities & the master suite has a large deep bath - just the ideal place to unwind.

Timber floors give a warm welcoming feel while high ceilings & floor to ceiling glass windows/doors create a lovely light filled room - capturing the peaceful essence of rural living and making the outdoors seem in.

Ideal property for our family stay. The house was well equipped and very spacious. The view across the valley is gorgeous and made the perfect backdrop while we dined on the front deck. There was an abundance of bird life in the well maintained native garden. Bring your tennis racquets as there is a court on the property. We enjoyed a grazing platter and wine on the balcony at the on-site Rivendell Winery Cellar Door. Our children enjoyed the playground next to the RWCD. The property location was great for our group; as we attended a wedding nearby. Yes, would definitely recommend staying here if you want a beautiful bush setting, & away from the hustle & bustle of the coastal resorts. But it’s still relatively close enough to drive into Dunsborough (15 mins) for shopping etc.

This property is beautiful. Well maintained, very clean and comfortable. Be aware that although there is no wifi the 4G signal is also quite weak making online communication unreliable. We were also unfortunate to have two sets of neighbours renting the large house nearby who were very noisy. This was disappointing. We thought it would be very peaceful on the winery. Overall the ambience of the house was lovely but we were impacted by these couple of issues.

Attractive spacious villa with beautiful views and surroundings, ample storage and good car parking space, also very nice pergola areas. Only let down was that the sinks were stained and smelt, the living areas were in a good need of dusting and the couches could do with a deep clean. Other than that it was a very pleasant break.

We really enjoyed our 4 nights. The house was as pictured and described. Great deck with large bbq for eating and kitchen very well equiped with everything we needed. Thought the master bed was a bit hard for our liking and could have done with a soft mattress topper but otherwise couldn’t really fault it. Would have appreciated some extra soap in the bathrooms (2 single use bars for 7 people not ideal) but we did bring our own just in case. Lovely property and would recommend it to others.

Our stay at Rivendell Heights was nothing short of amazing. The house is lovely and spacious - we stayed with three adults and four children aged 7 and under and it was perfect. The garden is breathtaking, as are the views and surrounds. We had everything we needed and truly didn't want to leave! The property is also in such a fantastic location, so close to everything we wanted to visit. Thankyou for having us - we will hopefully be back soon!

Beautiful property with stunning views and fantastic location. I would have thought that at the price there would have been wifi (I overlooked it on the listing) and also a lack of basics like enough toilet paper rolls for the stay was disappointing. As was the cheap tv and the touchy tv remotes as the batteries had run out and we had to replace them to operate the tv. Great place but would expect more attention to detail.

Perfect location for what we wanted. Well equipped, cleanliness was good. Perhaps more instructions on how to use the fireplace. The front door was difficult to open as it stuck due to the weather. There is no number on the property and the number on the keys didn’t match the property number either, therefore initially thought was at the wrong property.
