Direct GULF front!!! Beach service $ 40/day available to purchase on site at the office (1 umbrella + 2 chairs). Condo is located in a small, low rise, three story high building with 47 units next to the state park. Building recently renovated. YOU WILL NEVER SEE CROWDS AT THE BEACH. This is not a big resort but a perfect place to relax. Complex has a swimming pool and a jacuzzi. Convenient location close to restaurants, shopping, golf and theme parks (across the street from THE TRACK amusement park).
Condo is located on 3rd story (high vaulted ceilings) - with is a fantastic view of emerald, crystal clear water of the Gulf and white powder sand. Sit on a balcony and see dolphins swimming at a short distance and gorgeous sunsets in the evening. You are so close to the water edge, that you feel like you are almost floating on water.
Unit has a good size, fully equipped kitchen with granite countertops, 2 bathrooms (one with a huge walk-in shower (much larger than the picture shows) and the other one has a whirlpool tub). HDTV in a living room, high speed internet. Bedroom has a comfortable king size bed, sleeper sofa in a living room and 2 bunk beds. This condo has a brand new, fresh feeling, decorated with beautiful terracotta porcelain flooring tile and hand painted inserts, warm colors throughout. This is absolutely the best one you can find.

The place was very spacious and did not feel like a typical condo. Included beach items in the condo were an added bonus. Absolutely loved the main bathroom's shower! I had a few questions that could have been answered if i read the information sent to me before checkin. However communication from the owner was prompt even at somewhat odd hours. I researched many condos in the area and i am really glad i chose this one. If you are doing the same thing, you wont be disappointed with this one. Ill stay here again the next time i am in town!

The property is very nice and well-appointed. The kitchen is nice with an ocean view. It would work best for parents and two older children that could sleep in bunk beds. The owner responds quickly to concerns. The pool is small but fine for younger children or adults to cool off. The beach is great, not very crowded and umbrella service is available . The washer and dryer came in handy.

Enjoyed the ability to walk to the Back Porch, as well as easy drive to the Harbour. Beach was awesome and the place was in great shape. Highly recommend for a couples getaway.

The property was small and very cozy. It is right in the beach and in walking distance of restaurants and entertainment! It was perfect for a getaway with my husband, mother, and grandmother.

the beach was closed all week, that put a damper on things, some of out boating trips were cancelled but we still enjoyed a lot of relaxing. i think the condo was nice, i think it needs a dresser in the living area for guest not in the master bedroom but it was still nice

This is a perfect place to relax on the beach somewhere that’s not overcrowded and has a nice restaurant just down the beach. My wife and I hardly left the whole time we were there and everything was just as advertised.

This was our 1st time in Destin and 1st time in this unit. Everything was great and the unit was exceptional! Clean and stocked with everything we needed for a great vacation! Communication was never an issue and we highly recommend this unit!

This condo had everything we needed to make our stay perfect. The bed was very comfortable. The walk in shower was amazing. The kitchen was equipped with everything we needed. We also liked having the washer and dryer in the unit. The best thing about this condo was the gorgeous view of the gulf. We loved sitting on the balcony enjoying the view and sound of the waves.

This is the second time we have stayed in this condo. The place is great. You can't beat the location. Isabella is a great communicator. We look forward to our next trip. This is where went for our Honeymoon and now our 3rd Anniversary.

The location is the best part for us. Quiet complex, not overly crowded . The unit is very nice as well. Communication with owner was spot on. Could not ask for anything more. Beach is beautiful, pool is nice. Back Porch restaurant within walking distance. It’s great too.

The location of the property is fantastic, the beach access and pool are great features. The condo was clean, the kitchen and baths were fully stocked with everything and anything we needed. We can’t really think of any negatives and we already plan to come back.

We really enjoyed our stay on Destin. Comfortable bed, porch overlooking the beach, wonderful jet tub, and spacious shower! Beach access right on the property near the pool and hot tub. Just a short walk on the beach to the Back Porch restaurant and a couple beach bars.

The condo was exactly as described! Perfect access to the beach and pool with gorgeous views from balcony! Everyone was very friendly at the property office. The condo was clean! Perfect for families! Felt very safe in this area!

The condo was perfect for our family of four. It had everything we needed for the week. The view was the best part! We could see the ocean every morning and got lost in its beauty. The easy access to the beach was a HUGE bonus! Isabella was very prompt, courteous, and helpful. We will definitely be back!

Overall the place was nice. The condo is managed by the owner and not the property management. So if everything is not perfect it is not going to be corrected during your stay. To be fair we do not reach out to the owner. Some small cleaning service issues during our stay included: the dishwasher was not unloaded, one tall glass was broken in the load in the dishwasher, the shower mats were outside on a rack and not in position in the bathroom, there was glass on the floor not from the broken glass that was in the dishwasher, the bathroom in hall - the AC vent was dirty, rusty water came out of iron on first use, and there were no welcome instructions or general instructions and information found anywhere which we are used to seeing from VRBO owners. Some suggestions ... the bedroom window needs a curtain to block the lights at night. The blind does not fit inside the window which allows people to see in from outside. We hung up a towel to block the light. They also need to relocate the smoke detector which goes off if you take a hot shower. And lastly, all the dish towels smelled sour…both of them. The actual room was very adequate, it just needs much more hands-on attention than the current service being provided.

Perfect quiet get away with everything I needed to escape reality. I enjoyed multiple different restaurants just minutes away from the beach club. The room was perfect and in a quiet beach club located right on the beach. Look forward to renting out this unit again in the future.

All experiences were great. One issue was the cleanliness of the unit floors. They would turn your bare feet black. Need a good cleaning. It did not detract from our overall great experience.

The condo is just as described in VRBO. The beach view is perfect to sit on the balcony for a serene cups oof coffee. The beach was never super packed and neither was the pool. This was a great experience and Isabella was very responsive to any inquiries very expeditiously. Couldn’t have asked for a better experience. We will be back!

From the time I booked until I checked out, Isabella was very responsive. Only surprise for me was just how close the condo was to the beach! Very easy to get to other amenities like ice cream, restaurants, Publix, etc. Front desk staff were very helpful too. The condo was spotless when we arrived and the pillows were very comfy (not always a given in VRBOs). Can’t wait for our baby son to be a little older so we can utilize the bunk beds as well.

Condo was fabulous!! Having a washer and dryer in condo was great!! Everything we needed in the kitchen! Beach area wasn’t packed with people which was extremely nice! Enjoyed being on the beach within 3 minutes of leaving the condo. Walked to The Back Porch for dinner one evening, and was within minutes of many restaurants!! Can’t wait to stay in this unit again!
