We enjoyed our stay here. We arrived to find the home was clean and exactly as described. It was a very convenient walk to town, and we enjoyed the extra exercise - especially after a big dinner! Felt safe after dark. The home had a bedroom and bathroom on all 3 levels, which worked well for us. You will definitely get to see some bears when you stay here! usually early morning or evening they come out and walk around. Just stay out of their way. We enjoyed spotting them! We would stay again.

All was easy with booking, accessing property, and knowing who to contact if questions. We ended up with no additonal questions or needs though as all was set up with what we needed. This location could not have been better with proximity to main road with stores/restaurants (walking distance) and Smokey Mountains. All local attractions overall were walking distance or short drive. We loved the ammenities included, and we had all that we needed for stay. 100% recommend to stay here, and if we return for future trip will request to stay here. You will not be disappointed!again.

Close to attractions, easy in and out. Enough sleeping arrangements, however for a large group of 8 people the gathering space was small.

This is the 2nd time we’ve stayed at this property and we absolutely love it! Cleanliness, layout, and location are perfect for a Gatlinburg area vacation. Easy walk to the strip and close to all amenities nearby. 3 bedroom layout with 3 king beds, tv’s and bathrooms are ideal.
Charles is very responsive and a pleasure to deal with on any matter.
We will only rent from Charles in the future and plan to be back again. Smokey Mountain National Park in stunningly beautiful.

If you have a hard time with stairs this isn’t the place for you. We had two teen girls with us and it was the perfect location for them to be able to walk down to town. Nice location.
It was clean and nicely set up.
We typically rent cabins but wanted closer to town this trip. Actually seen more bears staying in town then we have staying outside of town.

It was a great place for my two siblings and myself! We each had a floor and bathroom for privacy and a common area to chat and watch TV. The location is good for walking or catching the trolley.

Family of 4 with two teen sons loved each having our own rooms! This would be great for 3 couples too, with the sizable beds and bathrooms. We loved the location and walked to the Parkway multiple times per day, i recommend this for an active group. If mobility is an issue you may wamt to identify another property with this management group. Everything was clean and well maintained and the hosts have added heat/cool options in the "extremeties" of the unit so every room stayed comfortable even when the temp dropped to the low 20's overnight. We didnt end up cooking at all in the unit (so many great food options in town), the kitchen would have allowed this as it appeared fully stocked. We will recommend this unit to friends!

Nice place. Disposal didn’t work well. Overall a good experience

We enjoyed the space of the property. Much nicer than all 4 of us in a single hotel room. As a travel agent I am very picky when it comes vacation accommodations. Felt like a few amenities were lacking. Would have appreciated a box of tissues in the unit, and the toilet paper is horrible. The carpet on the stairs up from the ground level is extremely dirty and gives a bad first impression upon entering the unit. Made you feel like the whole unit was not going to be clean. The beds were comfortable and the aesthetics of the property are nice. We travel often and we haven't had to strip the beds, take out the trash, etc. in a VRBO in a long time. When paying a high cleaning fee those things should be taken care of for you.

The location was great. Our walk to the shops and restaurants was very easy.

The property was clean, modern, and the space was very well laid out. The location is within reasonable walking distance to many Gatlinburg attractions and only a 5 min walk to a trolley stop. Would stay here again.

Everything was as advertised. Comfortable place. Very convenient to downtown. We added a nice skillet to the kitchen collection for future guests.

This property was neat, and clean'with all amenities. Full kitchen, Cable TVs, and a nice washer/Dryer combo. The only issue is that the bedrooms are on three levels. We are elders (us), took the bedroom on the first floor. My adult children, and their families took the two other bedrooms on the second, and up a spiral metal staircase, on the third floor. Depending on the seriousness of your handicap, walking the stairs to the second floor. could be challenging. The kitchen and living room is on the second floor, as is a bedroom with a full bath. I have an ankle fusion, and, although difficult, the stairs were manageable,
There would be no way for a wheelchair bound person to easily get to the second floor. The internet and cable TV, (with Firesticks), were fairly fast.
It is 1/4 to 1/2 mile, downhill, to downtown, but you will have to hike back up hill to the Condo, on uneven sidewalks. You could drive downtown, and hope for parking (at $15 to $20 day).
We explore Sevierville, Pigeon Forge, and the National Park. the property is super nice except for the aforementioned issues.

This was the perfect little condo for my family. The location is absolutely perfect for walking down to the strip! I would stay here again and again and again!

Loved by all. Children and adults, room to be together and time to yourself.
10.0 / 10.0
Great location to walk around Gatlinburg. I loved the layout of the house. Good amenities. If planning on cooking here bring your own non stick skillet and condiments/spices. The biggest thing is that the carpet in the loft and on the stairs could use either an intense deep clean or just needs to be replaced.

We usually stay in top dollar rentals, but we were meeting family and wanted to stay close. This condo, for the price, was really nice. It had evidently been upgraded recently. The things I didn't like, which were no fault of the owner or the condo management, was the exterior door instead of an elevator to an inside door. Also, every bedroom was on a different level, which was no problem to us but could be if someone had trouble with stairs. The only other thing that was negative is the upstairs bed was not comfortable and squeeked whenever you moved. The positives were the location was a short walk to the main strip. Make sure you go down by the Subway restaurant and not the other way, which was much longer and much more of a hill. It was decorated very cute. I liked the screened in porch. I liked that each level could control their own air temperature. All in all, I would recommend.

Absolutely love the proximity to town! You could walk or take the trolley. Checking in was easy and the condo was as expected.
