Pleasant

The place was nice - it did have a nice view and the girls who were taking care of this establishment were really adorable.

To be honest, this is not at all a hotel standard and I've also seen Airbnb's that were better/around same standard. I didn't think the stay was bad per say if it hadn't been for the expectation that I had. Also in terms of price to quality ratio the price was just too much. In Santorini we had stayed in a similar type of room for half the price and better location. In any case, as I said the place was not that bad but don't expect for it to be as nice ass the photos.

Great Hotel in the Quiet Part of the Island

This hotel is in a quiet, peaceful, location with an amazing view. Our host Efi was great. She gave us a warm welcome and remained very friendly and helpful with recommendations throughout our stay. She also brought our delicous breakfast each morning which we picked from a large list of options. Our room was well cleaned each day by Maria who was also very friendly. The room is nice and well equipped and was a great place to relax. The porch was large and a nice place to enjoy the view. I would absolutely stay here again!

The perfect home base to relax and unwind.

Efi was an amazing host, always at our disposal for questions or bookings. Maria was also a ray of sunshine and did a fantastic job with keeping our room in a perfect state!

The location is a bit isolated but perfect for unwinding.

Very good location, too calm. Room and breaksfast very good as well. Efi helped us with cruising to Kelftiko, much better price than in the center city.

Efi and Maria are very accommodating and have great communication. Breakfast every morning delivered to your door was amazing. The beautiful secluded location Is the perfect break away. They also helped organise transfers !

We had a wonderful time at Vista Mare Milo’s. The view is stunning, George is a great host who will help you as good as he can, breakfast is great and the room is also very good and clean. Will recommend to anyone!

George was great host with giving us great information,greeted us on arrival. We loved the view and breakfast delivered in the morning. Close to nice beaches.

We really didn’t like the location ( to far from many dinner options if you don’t want to drive at night). May work for some but really wasn’t for us . This was our mistake in booking. The property was a bit overpriced.

Ticks all the boxes!

Where should we start... 100% recommend, everything was perfect! George is the best host, he was so kind and helped us with everything we needed. The studio has a fantastic view and it's the perfect place to relax away from the busier villages. Breakfast was delicious, room cleaned every day. Milos is amazing and Vista Mare is the right place to stay!

George is THE best!

Vista Mare is a very sweet boutique hotel with so much charm! The breakfast that George brings each morning was so special, we loved starting our mornings with breakfast on our terrace watching the sun rise. George had excellent recommendations, so don’t hesitate to ask him if you need anything! We hope to come back to Milos some day and would absolutely stay with Vista Mares again!

As mentioned, the hotel is located a bit far from the main city, but there are cool beaches to explore nearby and the island is small enough to get around on easily. Another traveler wrote about the walls being thin, we had quiet neighbors during our stay, but I would agree that the walls were a bit thin- this is nothing that would deter us from coming back though!

Wonderful sea view in remote Milos

The sea view, peaceful location and amazing starry skies from the balcony! The room is nicely decorated, with all the essentials. We slept incredibly well - partly because of the peace and quiet, but also because of the lovely big bed and soft sheets. The host George is INCREDIBLY helpful. He really went out of his way to help us when our car hire fell through. NOTE: car hire is pretty essential for this place given it's pretty remote on the island (but easy access to the best beaches found on the south side of the island, and nowhere is more than a 25 drive away).

Nothing we didn't like but a few things worth considering...it is expensive compared to other similar places we've stayed in on Greek islands, but that was partly because of the time of year we went (early September) and we found that Milos as a whole was more expensive than other nearby islands (e.g. Paros). Definitely consider location before booking this. We liked the tranquility that came with the remoteness but if you prefer a bit of buzz and being able to walk to tavernas etc then this isn't the place for you (try Pollonia instead). And this is definitely only suitable for couples because as others have said, when you're on your balcony you can hear everything from the other 3 apartments. This wasn't a problem for us in the slightest because we were out and about so much, and all the other guests were very quiet but it's worth noting.

Highly recommend!

The views are amazing. George is so nice and welcoming. Breakfast is such a good touch, can be changed daily with your requests. The property is out of the way so nice and quiet at night and the night sky is amazing as there’s little light pollution. Couldn’t recommend this place enough, such a bargain!

Took great care of us, amazing view from the terrace

Everything was perfect. Minor aspect would maybe be that you can hear almost every tiny noise and conversation from the room next door.
