Limpeza, conforto do quarto, localização, segurança e água e café como brinde. Atravessando a rua já tem um shopping.

Excellent hotel in good location

The room was in the Raddison hotel and had the ability for late checkin and valley parking. The room was in very good condition, modern, clean and comfortable.

Through Booking, it was booked as ITC Flats. Although the room was a Raddison hotel room, it was not the Raddison responsibility. So we arrived late and needed extra pillow cases (they did not have cases on the extra pillows). The Raddison hotel reception said we had to contact ITC Flats who was closed at that time of night. So although everything else was perfect, not sure the value of booking with ITC Flats vs Raddison hotel

Fiquei na unidade 2304. Quarto espaçoso e confortável, localização muito boa, café, agua e refri de cortesia, camareira muito atenciosa, estacionamento com manobrista incluso. Bairro tranquilo, shopping Vila Olímpia na frente.

Falta de informação Não fui informado que o apartamento pertence a um particular e não ao hotel, solicitei um apartamento nós andares de baixo pois minha esposa tem fobia de elevador eles nos colocaram no 23 andar e não havia como mudar isso estragou nosso final de semana

Cama, chuveiro, ar condicionado, piso

Carpete mal cheiroso no corredor, passei a estadia toda com alergia. Funcionaria da limpeza levou meu cartão de acesso ao quarto e não devolveu. Frigobar sem gelar direito e por isso tive que deixar minha medicação na geladeira da recepção.

Achamos muito desagradável a porta do banheiro, onde se localiza o vaso sanitário ser de vidro. Para uma família fica bem desconfortável utilizar o banheiro. Nós também achamos a cama um pouco desconfortável ( colchão duro )

The location was fantastic, the staff was very kind and effective, the room was very spacious, modern, and clean.

Some materials used to build the room felt cheap, and also there was no door to the shower which was extremely odd-water would just spill onto the floor and cold air would come into the shower which was not ideal.

Melhor custo/benefício em SP

Não tem jeito, já fiquei em dezenas de hotéis em SP e o melhor custo benefício é sempre o Youstay Radisson, cama e roupa de cama sensacionais, a agua cortesia parece besteira mas faz muita diferença, sem contar a estrutura e localização do Radisson, excelentes pra quem necessita estar perto da VO, Berrini e Faria Lima.

O banheiro de alguns quartos é mega apertado, pessoas com mais de 1,80 e 100kg certamente terão dificuldades para entrar e sair do box.

Quarto muito bem decorado e muito bem organizado, localização excelente pra quem procura estar próximo a Faria Lima e adjacências.

Apenas 2 coisas: o controle do ar estava quebrado, funcionava mas não dá pra ver qual a temperatura programada, os disjuntores das luzes estão ligadas em série ou seja, se vc apagar determinado disjuntor, vira um loteria encontrar o correto novamente para acender a luz.

Bem localizado, limpo e bonito.

A acomodação encontra-se dentro do Hotel Radisson, com isso compartillha todo os benefícios de ficar no hotel. Café da manha bem servido e a localização muito boa, próxima a shoppings, restaurantes e bares.

Paguei antecipadamente o café da manha no valor de R$50,00 por dia e pessoa, porem lendo os comentários no booking após ter feito o pagamento, aparentemente é possível comprar ele diretamente no hotel por R$30,00. Além disso tinha um pequeno vazamento embaixo da bia do banheiro, comuniquei ao proprietário no fim da estadia.

Overall it doesn't feel like a five star hotel

The location is great and the staff is friendly. Rooms was spacious for one or two persons. If you stay with a family it might be a bit small. Cleaning staff does a great job, it felt very clean.

The hotel and room were dated and had several issues: 1. Several things in the room were damaged, this included the floor, the shower, and the closet. 2. It's not soundproof, you will hear the neighbours having conversations, doors in the hallway etc. 3. Hotel facilities are a bit dated, you would expect more from a five-star hotel 4. No information regarding the in-room locker. 5. Check-in procedure is vague. You check in at the front desk of the Raddison, but the information is not up-to-date. My check-out dates didn't match the booking 6. Breakfast and dinner in the hotel are limited, not the best. However, there are great places near the hotel. Moreover, although the rooms are on the upper floor of the Raddison hotel, it's not part of the Raddison hotel so every consumption has to be paid for separately which is annoying. Overall it doesn't feel like a 5-star hotel.
