Nice, clean and spacious apartment on two floors with large balconies. Comfortable beds, huge TV in the living room, beautiful paintings on the walls. The kitchen is equipped with everything you need. Top location. The only disadvantages are the lack of a private parking space and the lack of a toilet on the first floor (there is a bathroom with a toilet only on the second floor, which is a bit inconvenient for those sleeping on the first floor). However, we had a great time there.

Property is clean and comfortable. Shops within walking distance and town centre around 15 minutes walk downhill but uphill on the way back of course.

Apart from some initial confusion regarding check in everything went perfectly.
Ideal location, close to public transport supermarket and walking distance to the old town.
Please consider your ability to walk up the internal stairs as they are quite steep.
Very quiet location especially in the evening.

The location of the property is perfect. It is in the middle of town yet very quiet. Everything is within walking distance. The apartment is beautifully furnished and has everything you could need. Internet connection was slow at times but that was nothing but a minor annoyance since that was not what we came to Nürnberg for.

Before arrival and day of arrival we received replies from Thomas that were not helpful or very friendly. We kept him apprised of our train arrival time from Koblenz, in train station at Nuremberg I asked him if a restaurant would be open nearby to eat, or we would need to get food before arrival. Thomas replied “please come and take your key, I have to leave the house!” In a market we got a frozen pizza. Thomas had his neighbor greet us, she was wonderful, helpful, friendly, even gave us glass of wine our last night! When I baked the frozen pizza the baking pan was dirty, and there was very little toilet paper and nearly empty paper towel roll to last overnight until we could get to store. We knew the unit had stairs, but we found steps narrow, slippery so we used an outside elevator also. With bathroom upstairs and kitchen/ living room down stairs, this did pose a hassle, regret having booked this Verbo. If it wasn’t for his neighbor, who he had check us in, this Verbo would have been a real disaster. Never did meet or hear from host Thomas, except neighbor told us he said we needed to leave 30 minutes before actual check out time. Thomas was unwelcoming and told us we needed to leave early so cleaner could come! Would not stay here again.

Easy from beginning to end. Good location, short downhill walk to old Town. Restaurants, grocery, and a bar within a block. Very private and quiet for a city location. Apartment is well stocked, and has everything you need for a nice stay. Taxi ride from train station was 13-17 euro at this time depending on traffic. Tom is very nice and was attentive without being overbearing. Would definitely recommend, and stay again.

While the property advertised that there was parking. they must have meant on street parking. However, to park on street, you had to have a resident's permit. Fortunately, there was a private paid parking garage a block away with a few spots.

Sehr empfehlenswert.

A modern spacious apartment, super clean and excellent communication from time of booking to checking in. I was on my own but plenty of communal space and balconies on two aspects. I hope to return in the summer. Good location around 15-20 minutes walk to UBahn and the old town centre. (Plenty of e -scooters to rent in the area)

Everything in walking distance, but on lazy days there are nearby stops for busses and Ubahn. Clean, quiet, warm, it has everything you need. Good WiFi. Owner is very helpful and open to questions.

This was my first Vrbo rental and I had concerns about renting something I had only read about. The rental was great! The rental contact was outstanding and the apartment was even better than advertised. There was a grocery store a block away and a city bus stop even closer. It was about a 10 to 12 minute walk to the city center. Overall a great place to stay. Would I do it again, you bet

We loved our stay in this apartment. It was very comfortable and would suit adults travelling together or a family. The kitchen was well stocked - although we were only there for two nights it would suit a longer stay very well. It was a 15 minute walk to the old centre of the city and there was a grocery store 5 minutes away. Thomas, our host welcomed us and was very gracious. We would highly recommend this apartment!

The apartment is very close to the castle, there is a supermarket (Rewe) two clocks from there. The parking space is very small and is for cars under 1.50 meters tall, so we have to use a public parking in a building about 100 meters from the apartment and costs just 6.50 euros per day, a bargain to be in Germany. The apartment is very equipped, we just have a problem with the washer/dryer (I wrote to the owner but didn’t respond) both are in the basement, but they are shared with the other tenants of the building and no instructions on them =(. Fortunately one neighbor was very kind and explain how to use them. Also the apartment is listed as ground floor, but it is actually on the first floor ( with an elevator) but it was embarrassing trying to open the neighbors door. The neighbor was very nice and help us calling the owner.

Well kept and well appointed. Would stay again!
