Nice setting but could do with a shop nearby.

Needed a car. Did not have Uber account. My son was near by and used Uber via him.

Could not get in when we arrived although given our flight details and arrived by 13.00 Could not contact agents because at lunch from 12.00 to 14.00. Phoned owner and advised Could not get key safe code until 16.00 hours which I know was in black and white but Thought exceptions would be made. Was advised to walk to tennis club 12 minutes walk away with 2 x 20 kilo cases, my husband is 81 and not long had knee operation, we nearly got to the tennis club in terrible heat and then owner telephoned and gave me the 4 digit code. We turned round up hill back to apartment, had to stop many times,had trouble with key safe, Telephoned owner again and he helped us get in. Apartment had been cleaned and looked Fine. Could not use iron it was rusty and the cupboard where hover was kept not very clean. We came to Portugal for a family wedding and borrowed iron from my son's villa to press shirts etc. There was no corkscrew to open wine bottles so we purchased one and left it for next guests. We did have a good holiday.

The apartment is good value for a couple to stay at using the main bedroom and bathroom.

All comments are made to be constructive to enable future guests to get a true reflection of the property. The owner Andrew was very approachable . The Apartment was value for money for a couple. .Main bedroom/bathroom/lounge/kitchen/patio were a good size.

En suite to main bedroom was very small and virtually impossible to sit on w.c . 2nd bedroom very small and unpleasant to sleep in( my son had to sleep on the couch). patio furniture was of poor quality and not as shown in pictures. Patio was in the shade from 10.15am. Patio doors and bedroom window needs replacing as not secure. No safe.

Very pleasant short stay which suited our requirements.

Compact, clean & offering what we needed for a 3 night stay. Kitchen well equipped. Comfy sofa & good en suite main bedroom.

No windows or furniture ( apart from a small chest of drawers) in small second bedroom with 2 single beds. A “wardrobe “ was next to the kitchen area. No real sunshine on patio probably due to time of year, late October.

A good base for our visit to Vale do Lobo in a pretty area.

The apartment had everything you would need for a self catering break. Ground floor property in a nice area, walking distance from Vale do Lobo centre.

En suite in double room was small for 2 adults.

Little gem for couples and small families.

We loved the modern facilities and great TV channel selection. The location is very convenient for the supermarket and the tennis academy. The kitchen had everything that you would need for a meal in. The bathrooms and bedrooms were lovely. And the sofa was really comfortable. We would definitely stay again ☺️

The fact of having free access to the tennis academy and their pool made up for no pool at the villa.

it was dirty, humidity , not a good value for the money . All the linen ,towels and blankets were very old with wholes on it . the second bedroom were so small and were more like a closet than a bedroom.

good location to get to local venues easy to walk everywhere staff at tennis club exceptionally helpful and pool there good lovely sunshine on patio for breakfast good aircon

early check out but useful to be able to leave stuff at local tennis club and use their facilities I don’t think you should use the photo of the pool you do when advertising this property . it’s the tennis club pool that is included and it is great but not in the same league as the pool in your photo

I was there on a golfing trip. The golf courses were I great condition and challenging 8/10 the apartment I stayed in was perfect and immaculate condition 10/10. The restaurant's were first class and the food was great and never disappointed.9/10 .

I only had 1 issue at the golf club when my partner was refused entrance to the golf course as a spectator because she did not have a collered shirt on. This was very embarrassing for my partner who was very smartly dressed. To make matters worse I saw other spectator's dressed the same way on the course. Your standards of snobbery are not advertised. Vale do Lobo golf club is the only course I have visited in the world I have played where you have spectator dress codes and I have been to most of the top 100 golf courses. The same person pulled me up for slow play the next day at the royal course going onto par 3 , 9th. My time on the course was 1hr 55 mins which is well under the time published on your score card. He hadn't even checked my tee off time.

Very good facilities and appliances in the property

The location is excellent, being close to the tennis academy which has lots of facilities.

The terrace is only in partial sun which means that you have to go elsewhere for serious sunbathing

Great location, great value, hope to stay again

Great location, good sized 2 bedroom apartment, 15 minute walk to The Praça. Really enjoyed use of the tennis club & pool (5 minute walk, lovely children’s play park on the way, and great prices food and drink at the bar)

The only downside was the hard floor steps between the main bedroom & bathroom and rest of the apartment, our 16 month old saw them as a great adventure!
