We loved our stay. The only complaint would be the roaches. Wasn't infested but we encountered a few.

There was alot to do for kids around the pool area. Great place to walk around and take in the views
The only complaint is the workout room was a little smaller than expected and there was no mat for floor exercises

The amenities were great and the staff was exceptional
Honestly there wasnt a bad part of our stay
6.0 / 10.0
I liked the room, but preferred a balcony, they were unable to make any adjustments which was unfortunate. The room was nice, but the pullout needed a serious update, we had to go and purchase an air mattress. The staff was kind, but a little bummed I was under the impression they had a waterslide, etc. but it wasn’t working when we were there. The amenities were decent, but the gift shop had minimal snacks and the pool bar closed at 6:00 therefore a lot of meals weren’t eaten there. I did love the quality of the pool bar snacks and drinks.
The lack of balcony. Thats it really.

The staff we spoke with was amazing. Loved the fully screened in patio.
We were not able to check in until 7:30pm, after driving 12 hours. Also, I wish we would have known in advance the water slides were closed and/or been made aware at check in that we needed to provide our own floats for the lazy river.

I like the lodging, location, and memories this place conjured up.
Access into the resort. The key entry is not positioned at the right height for certain vehicles and I ended up hitting the curb trying to access the property this way. My wife had a bad experience with a very rude and unprofessional guard after giving our room number and name using the other entry. This event almost killed the mood.

I loved how big the rooms were. So clean! The pools are amazing! It’s so peaceful here!
I loved everything

Some areas were closed like the splash area with the waterfalls and pirate ship. Based on 3 previous stays, this room was much smaller but adequate, staff doesn’t provide much in way of stock like coffee packs, and doesn’t pick up or restock towels making us do more work like laundry 2x a day to keep towels cleaned and dried. Overall still nice, but previous stays were better
Having to do laundry everyday, not have basics supplied like coffee packs for a week and weren’t even able to purchase them. Parts of resort not open like kids splash area. Parking in the 26 unit was problematic everyday not enough spaces

It was beautiful. Friendly staff. Gated facility. We felt comfortable letting the kids go to the pool by themselves. And we loved playing mini golf every night!
