A nagyszerű elhelyezkedése és a lenyűgöző szobák
A medence vize kicsit hideg volt

It’s beautiful
The staff - they are very cunning with international travellers. I booked through the app but they charged me a different fee. Almost 100 Euros more per night. He also requested I cancel my booking on Booking.com just so that the hotel doesn’t get charged by them. A very dishonest staff

The room was lovely. Beautiful French decor with modern amenities (heated floor was a nice touch)
Some of the staff was very nice and helpful like Maximilian the bartender, who made wonderful cocktails and the gentleman from Pakistan (forget his name but loved his kindness and warmth).
Don’t be fooled - This is not a 5 star property. Would be fine if it was a 4 star or 3 star, but really missed the mark at this level.
-Hotel was basically empty and when we asked for street facing room rather than a court yard view, they said it was not possible but they would check again tomorrow (we had a 4 night stay). They also said the courtyard view was better because it was “quieter” - appreciate your opinion but I come to Europe for the charm and the noise of the street is part of it. Not so much as a follow up on this request.
-Booking to use the rooftop? Good luck - “it’s booked today but should be available tomorrow” was said every day until we got a “I checked with manager and it’s closed for maintenance” on the last day
-Front desk mostly felt like they were being bothered if you asked for anything. They were too busy conversing with each other.
- Room service (selection and quality) left a lot to be desired
- House keeping didn’t replace our empty bath and body wash
- when we called down to arrange for a cab at departure, they didn’t even ask if we needed help with our bags
If this sounds overly harsh please know I’m grading them at their star level and price point - all of this is fine at the 3 star level, and maybe even at lower cost 4 star property but it didn’t come close to 5 star service or amenities.

everything was amazing

The location of this property is just amazing — it is within 2-3 kms of any arrondissement you may want to visit. This was perhaps my 15th visit to Paris and don’t think we have stayed in any hotel with a better location.
The customer service is fantastic (not a cliche). The front office manager manager and her team went out of their way to help us (well beyond a Four Seasons Hotel level of service).
The room was super clean, great bed and sheets.
The room was a tad bit small but not tiny and would have preferred a few extra bottles of water. Breakfast was good but not spectacular.

The rooms were immaculate

the location, the cleanliness, spacious room, the staff were attentive and love how it felt very homey
nothing

The room was nicely designed & clean and the location was very good.
The communal areas felt a little tired and scruffy in parts, certainly not what you would expect from a 5* hotel. The pillows were awful - the most uncomfortable I’ve ever experienced and I travel a lot.
We had to ask for our room to be cleaned on one of the days, because the housekeepers didn’t come.
The room service was very poor.

For a 5 star hotel we expected more. Nobody explained us the rules about breakfast so we just went out to have some breakfast, nobody explained to us there was a spa and how we could use the spa so we just didn't use it although we were looking forward to it. We left our luggage at the reception because our room wasn't available yet, when we arrived and went to our rooms our luggage wasn't there,. My mom wanted some drinks and plates in the evening and went to the bar, they had her carry it to the room herself. We had only 3 coffees in our room due to which only one of us could have coffee both days, no milk available in the room. Unfortunately when we book a five star hotel for this rate, we expect a five star service, which we didn't have.

The room was very clean and everything worked. Hot water, air conditioning, quality of the bedding and decor were excellent.
I thought our room would be larger as per the square foot numbers shown in the hotels web site. Perhaps I misread it. The room size was adequate but small for a five star hotel.

Very new, very clean, tasteful decor
breakfast Not appropriate for a 5*hotel, has to be better!

+ good service from Skyla at reception, Arab guy is not polite and should not be there
+ nice wifi
+ good location
+ toilet is clean
+ they store luggage for us
- They added more fees and the bill is different than booking
- We arrived at 4pm and the room was not ready. When we finally entered, there was no safe in room and we asked for one. After one hour, we were moved to worse room (downgraded)
- They don’t change shampoo and other amenities for days
- We asked for power adapter, you have to put a 50€ guarantee
- Only provide place to hang your clothes, no place to store ur clothes
- No tissues in rooms, you have to ask each time for anything
- Elevator is busy
For this hotel price, you can find much much better options!
Note: I booked 2 months in advance!!
