Area was clean , cant really say much more as the staff were horrid !!!!!
Absolutely disgusting holiday park !!!! And Vile rude staff . I believe this is because we are English !!!! I’m no Karen but we were made to feel unwelcome !
We came over as a family of 5 whilst our oldest child was playing locally in a football tournament. As soon as we arrived and they realized we were English the smiles soon disappeared.
We arrived on the Friday Afternoon and the park was busy with many families . We spent a lot of money on food and drinks ( which may I add was very expensive ! Rack of ribs (processed meat) for €31.00 . Which was a very small portion!! The entire time the staff were watching us from across the reception. We felt very uncomfortable as tho we had done something wrong . Again no smiles just very stern faces .
The bar staff deliberately made us wait whilst they “swept” the floor occasionally glancing over. We found this very rude to not even acknowledge us . The customer service next to nothing .
Whilst we sat outside our caravan and the staff would pass we would smile and say “afternoon or good morning” and we were greeted with scowls .
The inside pool was nice but full of hair and no life guard and extremely dosed up on Chlorine that would make your eyes sting.
The outside pool was empty of water so not in use . But I guess once full would be great for kids . They should advertise on their website that the pool would not be in use .
The play area is nice and what we thought was open until very late Until the last night whilst our kids were walking in ( no other children about), we’re told it’s closed . So not sure what the times the park closes or if it’s a selected time .
Our room was nice and clean , sadly the coffee machine didn’t work and we were not supplied with a kettle so was unable to make hot drinks . Beds were very hard and only given 1 pillow each . Which isn’t too much of a problem but most hotels supply at least 2 pillows .
The main manager was horrid .

we liked the flexibility of staff to accommodate beyond the rules that were really strict
we didn’t understand at booking time that it’s not a hotel, but a camping, so we arrived with wrong expectations and therefore there was nothing we liked. after a long travel you need food and drinks and refreshments in the pool that we selected this place for. but no. all closed, no food, no restaurant or shop no swimming allowed.

Fantastic pool facilities for kids. And the room and building were great.
Room was a little small, but as expected for the price.

The apartment was super, clean tidy well appointed shame about the view over the moss covered dirty flat roof and all the solar panels!!
The receptionist was rude, unhelpful and more obsessed with a man behind me who didnt quite have his mask on according to the hotels very strict rules!
When you have driven for hours across two countries and arrived at a hotel at 8.30 PM it would be nice to have a warm friendly welcome. And yes I have worked in hospitality most of my life, its tiring and very hard work and sometimes you wish customers would go away and yes you want to be rude to them sometimes but its Your Job to be polite welcoming and friendly!!
