the rooms are divine, the decoration is wonderful, they have added lots of details to make it special and having stayed at the George V previously I can say the junior suite is much better than a normal room there and also considerably better priced
the manager came to see us at breakfast and was very helpful. fantastic croissants and fruit selection too!
there aren’t great views but that’s understandable as the hotel is opposite a building in a relatively narrow street- you can’t have everything!

the location is near to shopping area.
the staff and food in the restaurant. it takes long time to receive your order. when I am having breakfast, I ordered 1 hard boiled egg and it’s take almost 45 minutes to be done until my husband finish his breakfast and the egg is still not ready. I have tried 2 times and second time is better and only takes 30 minutes to cook the eggs but in the end, they come with 1 hard boiled egg and another one is soft boiled egg. The coffee serving is also take long time to serve. I need to chase them.

Location is fantastic if you want to be close to the Champs Élysées & shopping. Metro station is very close. Front of house staff are incredibly friendly, helpful, professional & knowledgeable. Food below par for this class of hotel. Continental breakfast at Euro32 should be embarrassing to them - not a lot of choice & dried up ham & cheese on offer. Too many gimmicky things in the bath & bedrooms, ie loo equivalent to jet engine - heated seat & spray, but noise not welcome in middle of night when just sitting down & need a quick pee. Tv run by iPad, but not much use when iPad battery dead from having to leave it off the charger during the night because it’s so bright.

There was no milk to go with the Nespresso. Room service took a very long time to arrive.

Very attentive staff, location excellent for the city and very comfy and cosy place to stay.
Breakfast - a bit stingy over a cooked breakfast.
4.3
Stylish & chic hotel. Very clean.
I have to praise a remarkable member of staff I believe to be called Nobell?... who gave us 5star service. Not only made us a beautiful breakfast for our first wedding anniversary & my birthday but also sent cake to our room. YOU made our stay extra special!
Loved the hotel but disappointed we were not offered an upgrade considering the Concierge had told us the hotel was basically empty yet when asked if we could have a free upgrade as was visiting for our 1st wedding anniversary & my birthday was next told all the rooms were full but we could pay for an upgrade?...
Went to the sister hotel of de berri in Venice called the Gritti and was offered beautiful upgrade in August free of charge. These little things make such a difference to your experience.
Tv is behind mirror which is very pleasing to the eye but distorts the sound but all in all a very nice hotel.
