We arrived on July 13th. and could not be more pleased. The location with water on two sides gave a nice breeze around the patio and pool area. The house have plenty of space for our family of 10 people. We were 6 adults and 4 children and everybody just loved it from the start of the stay to the end. The kitchen is well equipped to cook meals at home.The outside patio with a nice dinner table was a perfect place to enjoy lunches and dinners.There are nearby good restaurants if you choose to dine out. We can highly recomend this property!! A big thanks to the property management for a great service during our stay!!

Everything about our stay was wonderful. Plenty of bedrooms, games, books to read. Location was excellent, we could walk to shops, restaurants, supermarkets, drugstores. Loved that there were bikes available for use. Host was very communicative and flexible when we needed to adjust our days. We loved using the pool, and the backdrop of the intercoastal made us feel like we were at a resort. Would definitely stay again. A great way to stay cool during the summer months.

My husband and I and our 5 children had the most wonderful vacation in Delray Beach. The house was located on the inter coastal with water views from the moment you opened the front doors and all the bedrooms. The house was very spacious with a wonderful outdoor entertaining are with an outdoor living room set up, dining table and grill. Location is also amazing and is near Atlantic ave and the beaches. This was one out best vacations and hope to stay there again soon!

Beautiful home that comfortably accommodates 8-10 people. We had four couples on the trip, and we had a blast. Right on the inter coastal. Pool, hot tub, and every possible amenity. Lars from Irenta was fantastic. Whatever we needed. He was on top of it. Couldn’t ask for a better experience. We’re booked for next year!

The house was as pretty as it appeared in the pictures. We loved the location, the easy drive to the beach and to restaurants . We chartered a boat for 4 hours with Captain Joe, who was a hit with the grandchildren. We would have liked music outside, more information on using equipment in the house ie. how to turn off outside lights. The third adult bedroom had two small ( short) beds put together and they were not adequate for adults. All in all, a fantastic vacation house.

From the moment we walked in, to the last morning dip in the pool, this home was a sanctuary of rest and relaxation for our family. Our time here while on vacation from the Northeast could not have been better, in large part due to the wonderful time we had enjoying the comfort and amenities offered by this home. Being able to switch between beach days and days lounging around the beautiful pool was such a great experience. I could not rate this home more highly and recommend it without reservation to any family looking for top notch amenities and service. We will certainly be back again next year, as my kids have asked that we make this an annual vacation spot.

We just spent 2 wonderful weeks at this property. It is an absolutely stunning setting right on the inter coastal. The views are amazing! We spent many hours outside on the patio watching beautiful boats go by night and day. The outdoor seating was comfortable and plentiful, with options in both the sun and the shade. We used both the grill and the hot tub often. Inside, the home was spacious and very nicely decorated. It was even prettier than the photos. The primary bedroom and en-suite is enormous!!! The only minor critisms I would make would be that there are many twin beds ( and 2 kings), so it wouldn’t be ideal for several couples. Also, the kitchen could have used a few more cooking tools, serving pieces etc. It wasn’t set up for anyone to make big meals for a group. But it did have most basics, so we made due. Luckily, Delray has many many great restaurants very close by too. The location was very centrally located…within an easy walk or quick drive to both Linton and Atlantic Aves, as well as the beach. We also found the management company very easy to work with. All in all, we absolutely loved our stay and would definitely return.

We were a party of 7. grandparents found it easy to get around and spent hours relaxing by the pool watching the boats cruising on the intracoastal. The 3 young adults were working remotely and did not have a problem with internet connections and/or finding private workspace. The bicycles came in handy. Well stocked kitchen and linens. Publix in walking distance. Daily loop to Atlantic Ave, walk on the beach and back over Linton Ave bridge was about 3.5 miles. Would definitely recommend this property.

The kitchen sink is half dislodged from the granite and the property manager was unable to have the pool cleaned until Wednesday (we arrived Sunday). The sinks stopped up and a plumber was called. He said a second visit was required for him to degrease the entire system due to lack of maintenance. We had to purchase our own kitchen towels, paper towels, garbage bags, toilet paper, bars of shower soap, and other basic necessities. The neighbor’s house is abandoned and their pool is a green mosquito breeding ground. Our car was also stolen from the driveway in the middle of the night. I had read other complaints about the carpeting and was told it had been replaced. It had not been replaced and stains on the staircase were covered by a slick bathroom rug. The front door lock is impossible to lock with the key from outside.

This rental was perfect for our group of 10. We had plenty of space for everyone! The rental company was very easy to work with and the property manager was awesome and responded quickly to any issues we had. As in the other reviews, we had similar problems with the hot tub and the front door lock (we ended up never using the front door and just went in an out of the garage). Fred was quick to fix both issues. As for the rental itself I felt it was clean, (yes the carpets are stained up the stairs, but I felt it was clean overall). The kitchen had all the necessary items, although you could not leave food out or you would have these little white tiny bugs all over (a negative for sure). Its also a very quiet area, so on Tuesday while outside after 10pm enjoying the pool laughing and having conversation I guess our voices carried and we had a noise complaint called on us (another negative). Overall the property is beautiful, the outdoor space is breathtaking and the location to the beach and Atlantic Ave is very convenient, a 2 min drive or 20 min walk. Bottom line we would definitely recommend this property.

This is a great place to stay. Beautiful property on the intercoastal, great views, almost every room overlooks the water, pool and jacuzzi are perfect, worth every penny spent. Awesome for a family vacation spot. Close to restaurants, stores, and Delray beach shopping.

Christmas in Delray
The property location was incredible. The view was spectacular and we enjoyed it. I think the downstairs could use a little TLC and the carpeting needs replacing. Initially we had problems with the trash. Finally after 2 days we were able to get in touch with a property manager. It seems as if everyone was on vacation. I would suggest having someone check the renter in at the property to explain the TV, remote control for the ceiling fan in MB, the bar refrigerator, remote for the pool/spa, the nest thermostat, and how to operate the blinds. We did not want to touch things we didn’t understand because we did not want to mess anything up. The location was just perfect!

First I am sorry that I did not reach out to you first. I have been renting houses for almost 20 years at Thanksgiving to share with my family of 14 people. This year we only had 10 so this house worked well for us.
With the exception of Beach Front Only in Oceanside, CA, your service was the best we have had. The house was spotless, the quality of all of the furniture and accessories, were of the best and when we experienced some slight issues with the heater for the hot tub, your people were there within an hour.

Amazing Property
We stayed here with another family so we were four adults and five kids. The accommodations worked really well for us as we all had plenty of space. The house is well stocked with supplies and the outdoor living space is beautiful!
