Beautiful large home, right on crystal lake, with a walk out basement that takes you right to a private sandy bottom clear water beach.
Within walking or kayaking distance to downtown Beulah that has - grocery, restaurants, pubs, ice cream, etc.
Ride your bicycle (on a beautiful bike trail) to Frankfort for even more options.
The house is stocked with lake toys, life vests, indoor games, and a pool table to enjoy with friends and family.

This beautiful home checked all of the boxes for my family's vacation needs. It is situated right on the shores of Crystal Lake, within walking distance to town, has a private beach, lots of space and was clean! The well-appointed kitchen had everything we needed for meal preparation, as well as two dishwashers and two refrigerators. There were plenty of dishes and silverware, including plastic items for the kids. The bathrooms and bedrooms were roomy with kleenex, towels and toilet paper provided. The beach was clean and the water was warm and shallow. The owner provided paddle boards and kayaks, which we enjoyed very much, and there was a closet full of beach towels provided, as well. The town of Beulah is a short 10 minute walk away, and there you will find a few restaurants and a coffee shop. Not much in the way of shops, though. The Family Fare Grocery store is a short 10 minute drive away, and it had everything we needed. There is a wood-burning fire pit on the beach, but you will need to purchase your own firewood. There are walking paths and bike trails nearby. The town of Frankfort is a short drive away and has shops, restaurants, and a nice park for the kids to play in. Glen Arbor is 30 minutes north, with shops and restaurants. The owners of this property were very responsive to any questions or concerns we had during our stay. Any text we sent was returned within minutes. Highly recommend this property. We can't wait to return!

We stayed at this property with a group of adult ladies for a weekend getaway. The house is clean and comfortable, plenty of space for a group. We loved that we were able to walk into town for dinner and shopping.

We recently enjoyed our third family vacation at the cottage. We love the location, the perfect view of Crystal Lake as well as easy walking distance to Beulah. The cottage is a perfect fit for our family, this year spanning children’s ages from four to fourteen. The lower level bunk area/tv room is a great area for the teenagers, and the four-year old spent many hours enjoying the beautiful sandy beach. The kayaks and paddle boards are always an attraction and a nice addition to fun along with the fire pit for S’mores. While the cottage was undergoing some renovation, the owners made every effort to guarantee that our stay would be comfortable and all that we expected from our previous stays. This year we enjoyed a beautiful new kitchen with gorgeous appliances and countertops. Another new bathroom is planned for next year. Communication with the owners is exceptional. We have already booked for 2024 and can’t wait to see the completed renovations next summer!

The backyard was the best for all of our friends to hang out at and enjoy all day and night long. All 14 people slept comfortably all weekend. A short walk to a cute brewery with great food. Sitting outside one night we saw the northern lights!!

Best sunsets ever in this generously equipped home. We rode bikes to Lake Michigan on fantastic trail, enjoyed the kayaks and paddle boards, savored delicious home grilled dinners on the deck overlooking beautiful Crystal Lake. Easy access to fresh produce market, Dairy King, great golf and more. We were two families -- 11 total -- and all had comfortable accommodations. Great linens! Shhhh....don't tell anyone ;-)

Another Great Vacation
We found this property last year, returned again, and have already booked for next year. The home is perfect for our family, especially the lower level where teenage grandchildren have their own bunk space, bathroom, huge tv and ping pong table. The property is equipped with kayaks and paddle boards which we all used and enjoyed. Communication with the owners is excellent, and they text occasionally to be sure our week is going well and answer any questions. We all love the location and take full advantage of Beulah, the bike trail, and, of course, the spectacular sunsets. We can’t wait for our return!

Awesome Family Beach Vacation
Our family had 7 adults and 2 babies (both under 1 y/o). This was the perfect spot for us to relax with the little ones and for others to kayak and have outdoor fun. The house was fully stocked and lots of thoughtful touches for kiddos/families. Highly recommend !!!!

Feels like a tropical getaway
Crystal Lake is so gorgeous and so is this house. We went for a girls weekend and it was so perfect! Enough room, bathrooms, and things to do that we could enjoy the house, each other and our own privacy.
We rode the bikes in to town and made food there both was fun. The view and being able to hear waves crashing around you at night felt like we were on the ocean. Very special spot.

End of summer fun
This property is exactly like the pictures! I had six adults and we had plenty of space. Spent all of our time at the beach and on the water. The dock is new and very safe and sturdy. The kayaks and paddle boards were so much fun. The beds were very comfortable and there were plenty of towels and beach towels! Great property!

A Perfect Stay
We have rented on Crystal Lake for years, and this property was by far the best for our family. We love the location on Center Street with easy access to Beulah, the Cherry Hut, and the “long view” of the lake with beautiful sunsets. The beach area is beautiful, sandy with a great dock, fire pit, and yard. The outdoor “toys” are plentiful with kayaks, paddle boards, basketball, bikes, etc., which we all enjoyed. The house is spacious, nicely appointed and so well stocked with all linens and beach towels. Communication with the owners has been great. We have already booked for next summer and can’t wait to return!

Wonderful location on lake. Pleasant host who communicates well. No problems with house. House was a bit bigger than I expected, based on photos. The house comes with everything you could need, from beach toys and towels to surprisingly good kitchen knives and two coffee makers, little details like that.

Convenient location to downtown Beulah
We really liked the multiple levels, especially given that we had young kids with us. The distance to the beach/water was perfect for my (very senior) parents because there was no giant staircase of steps to navigate--you walk right out from the lower level to the beach.

The Perfect Location!
We had an amazing stay on Crystal Lake. The location of this home couldn’t have been more perfect to experience the beautiful sunsets and sunrises over the water. The colors seemed to be different every day. I only wish I could post some of those photos. The house was perfect for our family of 7 which included 4 teens and 3 adults. Plenty of sleep space for everyone with room to move around. Nobody ever got bored. The ping pong table and all the water equipment was an awesome bonus. The house was well stocked with basic necessities/kitchen items. We spent most of our stay in the gorgeous water, but the location was also perfect for venturing out to see the surrounding area/towns. The owners and property manager were excellent at keeping in touch and communicating if we had any questions. We are so sad to be home, but it was the perfect vacation for our family and we hope we can make it back next year!

We loved our stay here with two families for a ski weekend at Crystal Mountain. Convenient access to Beulah, while being less than 15 mins from the Mountain. Tons of space to accommodate two families. Would definitely return.

Beautiful clean home right on the lake
We had the most wonderful time when we stayed at this home over the summer. The home was clean and beautifully decorated. It met the needs of our family. The home was supplied with every type of equipment needed for the water. From kayaks, to stand up paddle boards, and floats. There were also bikes to ride. We come to this area every summer and I must say that this home and this location was our favorite place that we have stayed at. Prayush was available anytime we had questions prior to our arrival and also while we were there. He made sure that we felt at home. We would recommend this home for anyone who is looking for beautiful comfortable place to stay. We would love to stay again but we noticed it is no longer pet friendly. We have a small dog that we always bring with to our Michigan vacations. Thank you Prayush for making our summer 2020 vacation special.

Nice place but double booked
The house itself is great with an awesome location right on Crystal Lake. It has all of the amenities to make for a great trip. However, the property was double booked and we were not notified of this until 3 days before our trip. We had to rearrange our trip to accommodate for this by checking in a day later. The owner did refund us one night and gave us half off of another, but we were unable to check in until 7 that day. If it were not for the scheduling mistake I would recommend.

Perfect Place
Our family just returned from staying at this property and this place was perfect for us. There were three couples and a pair of 3 yr olds. We were provided use of kayaks, paddle boards, bikes, and floaties. The beach area was ideal for young kids to safely play and frolic. There was plenty of space inside the property as well and we did not feel cramped even with two little ones running around. Looking forward to our next stay!

We definitely enjoyed our stay! The home is very comfortable and plenty of room to hang out and enjoy the views of the lake. It was chilly but we still took advantage of the kayaks and fire pit. What a great place to stay!
The property was fabulous. Crystal lake was literally outside your door. The owners have kayaks for use as well as paddle boards. There was a fire pit for fires. The house was clean and anything you needed was there. Would definitely stay here again.

Great house, great location
Fun in the sun!!! The beach and lake are perfect for a family with children of all ages. From kayaking, to jumping off the dock my grandchildren loved crystal lake. My son brought his boat, we fished Lake Michigan and tubed crystal lake. There’s so much to see and do in the area but the house and beach are enough that you could stay and enjoy fresh air, sunsets and campfires almost daily. We loved our week here, the house accommodates 12 perfectly and it was very clean and well stocked. Owner provided us with beach towels, cleaning laundry supplies and some paper products. Wonderful, large, beachfront home on Crystal Lake.
This home was wonderful for our family vacation! The kayaks and paddle boards made for some great Crystal Lake fun, fishing, and exploring. The location is great. You're close to lots of things in Beulah and not far from Frankfort as well. We loved having dinner on the deck--there was plenty of room for all of us to eat outdoors!
The home itself was big! Almost all the rooms were really spacious and they have updated all the furniture.
Overall, this rental is great! The ownwers are extremely helpful and really easy to communicate with! It has the best view for sunsets and made our vacation a memorable one! Definitely recommend staying at this home!!

Beautiful Beulah.
This is a great place to stay with friends and family. There is a great little town a short walk away with restaurants and stores. There are plenty of things to do nearby, anything from golf courses, Crystal Mountain resort and shopping in Frankfort not to mention beautiful Crystal Lake. My kids favorite part was Dairy King right across the street. We had a great week here and I would definitely recommend this house.

Crystal Lake 4th of July
This is a beautiful home on the shore of Crystal Lake. The house is immaculate and very comfortable. The owners are available via text and e mail and respond promptly. There are many activities in the area. We enjoyed the fireworks on the lake from Beulah and Frankfort while we sat by the fire pit on the beach. The water is the cleanest I've seen in any lake. We had a great experience at this beautiful property. Kids loved the kayaks & paddle boards. Lots of space inside & outside to play & enjoy! We all had fun hanging out at Crystal Lake & the fire pit. Great neighbors and so close to downtown Beulah. Loved it & wish we could’ve rented it longer. Was easy from start to finish with the owners!
