Efficiënt en redelijke prijs/kwaliteitsverhouding kamer inclusief ontbijt.

Prima ontbijt. Wij waren eerder bij dit hotel en vinden het een prestatie hoe Amrath de kamers heeft omgetoverd tot leuke en gezellige kamers. Onze eerdere ervaring met de vorige keten was gewoon slecht. Nu heeft het vertrouwen in Amrath de naam waargemaakt.

Mijn matras was erg zacht en van mijn partner was wel goed. Twee kussen stonken......

Comfortable stay with friendly helpful

Staff were helpful and friendly. Hotel met our additional needs- walk in shower.

There is a sign outside on the road that makes it difficult to see oncoming traffic, but it is not the hotel’s sign.

Geen aanrader!

Heb een "luxekamer" geboekt, maar was de meest basic kamer ooit!Er lag zelfs geen fles water in de kamer. Wanneer ik erom vroeg kreeg ik op zeer onbeschofte manier te horen dat ik eerst moest betalen. Het plafond had gele vlekken waarschijnlijk door vochtproblemen, de kamer was niet goed onderhouden er was overal stof. In de gangen waren aan verschillende ramen grote spinnewebben met dode vliegen. Helemaal niet klant vriendelijk! Nooit meer!

Hotel not suitable for a traveller

Location is perfect, close to the airport and close to the main highway. The free parking is also a plus. And I was able to charge my electric car

The hotel is not suitable for a traveller. They did not have enough staff to ensure that I could have my dinner at the hotel. The temperature in the lobby was too low. I could not work there and have a drink.

Gros soucis pour la reservation qui c'est faite via Booking.com Le soucis: dates demandées nuit du 23 au 24 fevrier 2024 a 78€, Apres validation de la date: correct, Paiement ; correct,

Date sur le reçu de Booking.com nuit du 01/03/2024 à 02/03/2024. Aucun arrangement possible avec la concierge, On voyait vraiment que l'on déranger en arrivant a 7h00 du matin après une nuit superbement magnifique, Cela rend le séjour a moitié raté. Du cout nous avons était obligé de prendre une nouvelle chambre à 187,60€ Résultats: Nuit d’hôtel chambre sans petit déjeuner : 265.60€ L'abus est total, passer par un comparateur pour mieux arnaquer les clients de passage, qui plus est clients étrangers. La notation est sévère à votre goût, pour nous elle est juste. A la hauteur de la prestation. Nous ne recommanderons pas votre hotel pour les prochains festivals et/ou concert a nos amis et connaissances, histoire d'en faire profiter le plus de monde possible.

Girls trip

Comme d’habitude très bien moi et mes amies avons fêté le nouvel ans à Rotterdam et cette hôtel était très chaleureuse et offrait des gâteaux pour le nouvel ans à l’accueil 😃 le personnel pareille toujours présent et disponible à tout moment

Locatie, vriendelijk personeel, ideaal als je vertrekt via Rotterdam airport.

Wat gedateerde kamers, geen idee of er mogelijkheid is van vroeg ontbijt. Hotel reageerde niet op mijn mail voor bijkomende informatie.

Voldoende voor één overnachting

Fijn en vriendelijk personeel. Ben hier vaker geweest maar dan via hun eigen website en €30 duurder, toen mooie schone kamer en heel tevreden.

Nu 2e keer via Booking.com en een andere soortgelijke website en dan is alles echt veel minder. Haren in de badkamer, de wc rook echt niet fris en er lag stof/zand op sommige plekken in de kamer. En de verwarming deed het niet…

Very good

The room was a good size and it was painted in orange color. I found the bed comfortably enough and the room was quite clean. It's next to the airport which I think it was very convenient. There is a bus stop a couple of minutes walk from the hotel, that takes you to downtown Rotterdam.

If I have to say something, maybe the front desk people could be a little more friendly and smile a little. they seemed so serious and not wanting to talk. Oh well, maybe If I have to find something!

Superb

The staff was awesome and it is super easy to get to the Hotel. There is a bus stop right in front of the hotel that takes you straight to Rotterdam Centraal.

There was a spider on my bed, but other than that everything was perfect. The room could have small fridge.

The only good thing is that there is a parking lot. The rooms were clean. From all the staff, only praise for the maids. Everything else is pure zero.

The staff is extremely unfriendly. We wanted to have a drink at the bar, but we were told that the bar was closed. and there were people sitting there drinking their drinks, even the waiter brought drinks to other guests after he told us that the bar was closed. We asked for drinks again, but again we were told that the bar was not working. We have never experienced such a terrible attitude towards guests. There is no mini bar in the room, no glasses. We booked a room with 2 separate beds. We even wrote in a special request that we reserved a room with 2 separate beds and that we wanted it to be that way, however we got a room with a double bed. For breakfast there are 2 types of salami, 2 types of coffee, eggs and bread. We do not recommend this hotel to anyone.

Basics not at expected standard

Room was hot and AC noisy (unable to sleep with AC on). Shower floor drain was not working properly and the shower door was leaking water to bathroom floor. Airplane noise was bad even during the night inside the hotel room. People's noise from the corridor at 5 AM to the room was not nice either. Breakfast offering quite limited, coffee (from automat) taste not good.

The rooms had open washroom and bathroom right in front of the bed which was unexpected and uncomfortable. The lady at the reception had no idea if they have a electric car charging station while it was just outside the main entrance. Not at all worth the cost.
