Prachtige locatie en top restaurant. Fijne kamer en uitgebreidt ontbijt. Alles wat je wil voor een nachtje weg.
Wij moesten een aantal trappen lopen met onze koffers want er was geen lift

+Nice environment
+New and high quality facilities
-Some wall plugs doesn’t have electricity
-Was expecting a very quite evening, but there was some noise from the wall behind with a frequency of every 10-15 minutes. Sounds like mechanical noise with a changing rhythm. I couldn’t sleep well.

Value for Money - quite place - in the middle of nature. Looks you have a lot of possibilities in neighberhood.
Staff was friendly.
Some elements are a bit outdated (example carpet is really used). For me no problem but only one menu.

it was clean and calm
We paid extra money to stay 2 hours more.but at 10 o’clock one of the person oped our room without any permission or knocking the door.it shows there is no good management

it’s a perfect place in a perfect location just outside the city of Heerlen. Stayed there before and will probably stay there again.
The only thing we didn’t like was the breakfast charge, so we didn’t have breakfast there.

Very nice, cosy hotel in an old building. Good beds, they offer a wide variety of stuff for breakfast. Also had dinner at the restaurant: very nice staff and good food!

Staff could have been friendlier and more polite at check-in / check-out

Nice peaceful rural place. Walking to the summit of Wilhelminaberg is a must - really breathtaking views. Hotel itself - nice historical building. Nice restaurant. Room "junior" itself is quite good spacey room with seems-to-be-recent renovation.
Our room called "junior", entrance is from internal yard. There was a party (like corporate event or something) in that evening in the hotel` restaurant. If you stay in that room it is really close to you and you can hear everything very-very well. I was told the party is till 22.00 or 22.30 at maximum. Indeed 22.30 the music was off. But later in the night I started hearing noise again - like I couldn't get asleep. The situation is following - there was a fireplace (like barrel with fire) in the internal yard. Some folks continued gathering/chatting/laughing there after the party. It is OK. Despite the fact it is 3-4 meters from my room` door. I had to have a quite extensive quarrel with those guys to finally get silence somewhere around 01:30 am. FYI reception is closed at that time.
The next morning the hotel administrator brought apologies and offered a free breakfast as an excuse. It is definitely doesn't overweight overall bad experience, but at least something I must admit.
Input for potential clients - I guess you can have a good experience there (like peaceful rural place etc), but really check if there is an event there (especially if you stay in "junior" room) - it can be a bummer.
Input for the hotel - you must notify your clients about such circumstances when you sell the room. What obvious for old proprietress from Italian village ("you might want cancel, there is a wedding in our village that day") not obvious to professionals. Disappointing.

Warm reception, nice service, super good location, clean room, fresh air, belle view, cute farm with horses and sheep.
The staff always wore a beautiful smile on their face. Chef never disappointed us. Dinner was a surprise.
Wish to come again.

Nice location, plenty of parking, some of the staff were very pleasant.
Breakfast is not buffet style, they give you what they want. The sliced bread was already dry and hard and selection of items very strange. No hot breakfast option and only from 08:00 so not good for business travellers. Evening menu over priced for what you get. Room was OK but small and sparsely furnished.

idyllic location, glutenfree breakfast possible
The rooms are unacceptably noisy. You hear your neighbour turning in bed and snoring in an adjacent room was that loud that despite of noise canceling custom made ear plugs plus snoring noise covering music it was not possible to sleep. Nobody at the reception after 23h, by chance a collaborator was on the terrace with a friend. He confirmed me that sleeping was not possible and got me another room, which was on 1st floot without lift and at 0h30 I had to pack my stuff and move to another building using a narrow staircase lifting my bags despite of having severe tendinitis and basically not being allowed to lift bags, but no choice.
The new room was a downgrade, guest house style and the toilet space was so narrow, people larger than 1,70m don‘t get their legs between toilet and shower wall and head hits the shower wall too. For people like me that need to do interm. self-catherismus due to neurological bladder issues, using the toilet to pee is not possible. How can a room like that be seriously be given to hosts?
This room was very noisy, you hear the neighbour breathe and I got a heartattck when a neighbour went to take a shower after 1h in the morning. Extremely loud. Each time somebody flushes the toilet, you brutally wake up as this is so extremely noisy.
So, it isn‘t possible to sleep, which for that prize and for habing a huge training programm where you need to be fit and having had a serious sleep, this is a nightmare and unacceptable.
The answer by the hotel addressing the concerns and as well the fact of having been downgraded to annunacceptable rooms (medical issue) was that shocking, that it is unbelievable how medical issues are not only ignored but issue to applying a tome to be considered already at least as impolite.
Never ever seen such a customer-hostile communication, they try hard to lose you as costumer, costumers seem not to care at all.
The booked room 105 was not really clean - especially the towel rack was so dusty…

We loved the location, the rooms and the scenery. Beautiful hikes in the area.
The staff were not very friendly.

Gods location
The room is not soundproof. The light is terrible. No lift.
3.5
Beautiful country style hotel and the room had country charms with the beams on but very modern. The hotel is located in beautiful surroundings. Mattress was semi hard which was exactly what I like. It was a small room as I asked for a single bed so if you need more space, a room with a double bed would be better.
Access to the reception before 8am was not possible but I should have mentioned that I was departing early.

The Hotel is in an incredibely location, very nice surroundings. The place is old facioned, very fancy. The staff was very nice. The wifi, if available, is included and pretty good. I liked the breakfast, which was a table buffet.
The room had stone floor, and it was super cold. Suggestion: slippers or carpet.
Need some room service (we were there during lockdown, and got no food).
The rooms were differently equipped, some had no heating or fridge in the room, while others had.
I am pretty sure the TV had more functions, but the remote switch was too simple with few buttons, so I could not try them (timer for example).
There was a wifi problem last day, we had no internet.

The breakfast was really nice and the nature around the place is just amazing. It was quiet and safe and cozy.

Very beautiful and quiet location. In a traditional Limburgian farmstead. Pleasant room.
Plumbing needs some modernisation (which will take place in the near future).
