booked a room for 2 adults and 4 year-old kid through Booking.com, but at the property I was informed that they did not have rooms with extra bed for the kid. Although the staff was super helpful arranging extra sheets and pillow, my kid had to sleep on the sofa. property should be clearer to Booking.com if it doesn’t have rooms with extra beds for kids.

Location was great for walking, restaurants, snacks, nightlife, groceries, shopping. The hotel's complementary breakfast was excellent and clean. The blankets were a bit rough, but clean and warm. Twin beds were both comfortable. Water pressure and shower temperature made for a good shower

We chose the place for the active nightlife in the neighborhood, which really picked up Thursday night. Even up on the 13th floor, the street noise was loud. Managed to drop off about 3 a.m., but getting up at 5:00 the next morning for the train was not easy. Dishes were a bit of a mashup...a glass here, a cup there, a cup. Not really conducive to planning to eat in the room.

Located in one of the best neighborhood of the cities, near beach, bars and main facilities as supermarket, pharmacies, bank, gym. Very comfortable room with nice bed.

One day I asked the receptionist to call a taxi for me, he tried once and said to me to walk down the street that I'd found a taxi station, but unfortunately with any car. I had to insist with him to call to another company or an uber. In my last day I requested to stay more 1/2 day (I would pay) but the same receptionist said I couldn't because the room I was staying would be under reform (it was Saturday) and I couldn´t stay in another room. So I went to my tour and only when I was checking out (with my day tour already interrupted and my baggage done) he said that I could stay. At this moment I had all settled and made reservation in another place.

Location is great

When I book, I did ask for coffee maker nobody responded.
