top location
it was SO NOISY, cannot sleep

Very friendly people. Location is superb. We had a wonderful time.
There were a couple of families staying who were very noisy late at night. The rooms are not soundproof but we did eventually manage to get some sleep.

It was clean and warm....but...
I could literally hear the people in the toilets throughout the hotel pee, by that I mean the stream hitting the water, while I am in my bed trying to sleep.
Horrible sound isolation

The hotel is located almost at the crossroads of the beach and street with restaurants and shops.
At the front desk was a very nice polite man, registration passed quickly, called a taxi, prepared coffee. rooms with balcony, small but clean and cozy.
it was an unforgettable night) if you want to sleep at night, then it is unlikely that you will succeed. from ten to twelve is a lot of noise from the street and restaurants opposite the hotel, but you can close the window and try to sleep. The hotel itself is very poorly insulated and you can hear literally everyone and everything . At two o'clock in the morning I was awakened by the loud screams and moans of the couple, which were heard on the street and in the entire hotel including reception.
It was very funny, the staff politely pretended that nothing was happening, but it was impossible to sleep. I thought they were used to it. If you are a married couple with experience or a young couple. especially with children, and at night you need to rest, I advise you to look for another hotel

The staff were very friendly, the location was right at the sea, the room was clean and spacious with a nice balcony.
There is parking available but it’s on street parking. we went during the off season where this wasn’t a problem, but I imagine during the summer you might find this misguiding.

Good position, close to the see and promenade . Renovated rooms, very clean. Staff very friendly and helpful. Every time receptionist helps us to provide parking. Thank you for that.
The room was a bit small with small balkony but the view on the see was excellent.

We had no problem with checkin and we also had no problem with checkout. The room was clean and every day around lunch the cleaning lady brought us clean towels and washed the bathroom, hallway and room. The cleaning lady also emptied the ashtray and refilled the toilet paper. Cleanliness at this hotel is guaranteed. The lighting in the room was very good, the bed was big, but the mattress was a bit old (it creaked every time you turned at night). The street the hotel is on is a bit noisier, but Greeks like night life, so it wasn't a problem for me, because you sleep on the beach during the day anyway, haha. There are an incredible number of restaurants around the hotel, a supermarket is really around the corner. The hotel staff were very accommodating and nice and will advise you on choosing a transfer or taxi, but also on buying quality wine. Our vacation was very pleasant thanks to Hotel Avra. We thank you!
Little bit noisy.
