Amazing place to stay in Barcelona and would definitely come back

The was was extremely clean and beds where the most comfortable I have ever slept on in hotels, amazing outdoor space and room service was the fastest in response time

The staff were very kind and the room was spacious and beautiful.

The location of the entrance is ambiguous. The carpet was filthy, they ran out of wash clothes, the jacuzzi was broken which is why we booked the Attic room and they added an extra charge for a 7 year old even though I put him in the booking. It wasn't worth the cost and I wouldn't return.

Amazing. Wonderful.

I looooved the hotel so much it was clean, comfortable and cozy. The staff were very nice and helpful. I would definitely recommend this place if you want a quiet stay.

Great!

I absolutely my room. It was quite spacious , separate living room area. The staff were friendly and efficient. The food was great, of course makes sense as it’s a Restaurant Hotel. Will definitely recommend.

the hotel is one of my favourite now, because of location and design. but the service was not very good.

I really liked the design of the hotel and the rooms, especially the Junior Suite 827 are very worthy. I liked that the rooms are bright and the showers are excellent. good spa and delicious food.

I didn't like the service. We arrived and waited until we were received at the reception, there was only one girl and at the same time 3 people were standing idle. Then we waited for the same girl to show the guests the whole hotel and amenities. In the restaurant I was alone during lunch and they forgot to take out the drinks, and then they took out both the appetizers and the main and drinks at the same time. so it was both days, we ordered oysters and hot, they were served together. the food was getting cold. when I left the hotel, the girl at the reception could not call me a taxi because there was a long waiting time, and I was in a hurry and she offered to cross the road and take a taxi on my own, I had 2 suitcases and 2 bags and there was no person in the hotel who could help me with my luggage. I think this is unacceptable for a 5 star hotel.
