Soggiorno perfetto a Bormio

Struttura bella e pulita nel centro di Bormio. Camera spaziosa e confortevole. I letti sono comodissimi! Unico consiglio sarebbe quello di fornire degli asciugacapelli un po' più potenti. Personale gentile e disponibile. Colazione buonissima. WiFi funzionante.

Come detto sopra, consiglio alla struttura di fornire degli asciugacapelli classici che funzionino un po' meglio.

Schade, wegen des Zimmers.

Das Hotel ist zentral gelegen. Man ist schnell im Stadtzentrum und es gibt einige Restaurants. Das Hotel selbst war schön. Das Zimmer war gut ausgestattet.

Die Lage des Zimmers hat uns nicht gefallen. Es war ebenerdig, aber man kam sich vor, wie im Kellergeschoss. Das hatte ich bei der Buchung nicht gelesen. Zum Glück waren wir auf der Durchreise und demzufolge nur eine Nacht da. Ein anderes Zimmer wäre in diesem Hotel sicher sehr schön gewesen.

Good hotel but not supportive to customers that has booked through Booking.com

Fresh, comfortable, modern and well maintained facilities with good location close to city center. Good breakfast.

Parking was not available if room was booked through Booking.com. Check-out was extra early if room was booked through Booking.com.

The room and the hotel were nicely equiped. There was a possibility of parking in a garage for a fee. Breakfast was tasty with various mainly sweet options. The dining room was clean and comfortable.

Exceptional

I fully recommend this hotel. The location is perfect, the staff is so nice, the breakfast and the room very confortamble, wide and clean.

There are no negative issues.

Location is great, just outside the town centre. Excellent breakfast, room is clean

The walls are quite thin and we could hear people running and shouting for a good few hours in the evening

i was forced to sleep in my car that night. they were horrible and I will report them to booking- and every other review

the road to Bormio was closed - the receptionist / owner couldn’t explain to me how to get there - and they refused to refund my payment even though I had only reserved the room 1 hour before. she was rude and didn’t care that i couldn’t get to the hotel and was lost .

the owners took my money and refused to refund it even though the road was closed and I couldn’t not get there. i called three times and they couldn’t tell me how to get there and also that they would close by 10pm regardless and no one would be able to let me in if I could find an alternate route. outrageous .. unprofessional and rude - the antithesis of hospitality .

Greta hotel, great location and exceelnt breakfast

The location was very convenient for the local town, Easy to find and ample parking either at the hotel or on the street. The room was very confortable and we were given a warm welcome at the reception. The breakfast was excellent and a great choice. We would stay at this hotel again when we are in the area.

One night stay

Was perfect for a one night stay after 1000km road trip, before returning home next morning. In the middle of the town, so we could walk around in the centre at no effort, have dinner in a cosy restaurant. Garage. Superb breakfast.

Great family hotel.

It's a family hotel out of the walk of the hotspots

In Bormio everthing has an extra price added. Just add the 1.5 to 3 eur that a restaurant wants to ask for a paper serviettes and a clean glass in the price of the pizza for example.

ok, not brilliant

Doors made a bang every time opened or shut, not helped by selfish guests. Room was too hot, no way to turn down heating. Surly front desk staff.

Should be 4 stars!

The single room felt like a suite with a direct private access from outside, a king bed, sofa, small table with chairs and a work desk. Breakfast buffet is amazing and the personnel is very friendly and caring.

Lovely stay in Bormio

I loved the location in Bormio. It was in walking distance from the center. The room was fantastic (great view!) and the breakfast was very good. The staff was very polite and helpful. I will return!

Great place to cycle the Stelvio Pass

We loved the full continental breakfast. The hotel is located near the old town and a supermarket. A bike storage is available. The room was really comfy.

Great hotel in the center of Bormio

Rooms were great, big bed, clean, charming. Breakfast was good, Parking on site although you have to pay an extra 10 euro. Fantastic bike room and excellent location to cycle some of the greatest passes

Staff were a bit grumpy but overall it was excellent. We will come again

Basically everything... nice staff, clean and spacious room, comfortable bed, and awesome breakfast

WiFi was not stable... worked in the evening but no Internet connection in the morning
